About On-Site Recording

Who Can Apply

Anyone planning to distribute the content of a talk event on LISTEN (not limited to podcasters)
If possible, please consider paid distribution as well

Equipment-only rental is also negotiable

Audio Interface: MOTU M6 (supports up to 4 microphones)
- Built-in loopback allows online calls or live streaming
- Each input has a level meter for easy gain adjustment during events
- Compact and portable
Microphone Cables: Belden EC-8412 10m ×4
- Longer 10m cables are provided for event use
Microphones: SM58 ×4
- Standard dynamic microphones commonly used in karaoke or live venues
Mic Stands: 3 small stands
Carrying Bag: AMERICAN DJ / F4 PAR MAG
- Convenient for travel by train

Recording Assistance

LISTEN staff can visit your event venue and assist with recording.

Depending on the venue, we can also help with on-site sound support. Please consult us in advance if needed.

Archive & Distribution

We will provide the recorded audio files from your event.
Upon request, we can perform simple audio adjustments, such as loudness normalization, before delivery.
You can distribute the recording as paid content on LISTEN.
- Paid distribution can be set up per episode.
- Users on any plan can receive revenue.
- LISTEN takes a 20% service fee; the remaining 80% is paid to the distributor.
- Listeners can purchase by registering an account on LISTEN and entering credit card information.
You are welcome to distribute the content as paid on other platforms simultaneously.
