Good evening, goodevening, good morning.
I'll do my best today.
Today's theme isbeer.
I was talkingabout today's discussion, so I don't know how farto go.
Iwent to a supermarket buyer today.
Firstof all, the buyer is the person in charge of thesupermarket.
He decides theamount of beer,
So the buyer always goes there.
There are big chain stores, but not allthe stores in the chain stores are in charge ofit.
The head of the headoffice is in charge of it.
He decides theamount of beer for each store.
He decides theamount of beer for each store.
So the head of the headoffice has changed a little bit.
So he goesto the store again and presents the beer.
I'm going topropose a beer called Yamabudo Radler this time.
For those of you who don'tknow, I'll explain a little bit.
There is a beercalled Yamabudo Radler.
This product is aRadler made by adding lemon juice to the beer.
There is 2.5% alcohol in the beer.
It is a very rare andvaluable product that can be obtained in a villagecalled Nodamura in Kitasanriku, Iwate Prefecture.
It is made with Yamabudo,
a local fruit called YamabudoRadler.
It has been made formore than 10 years, and
it is quite popularin Iwate Prefecture, even though it is a seasonalproduct.
So, I went to theproduct guide again this time.
This new buyer doesn't seem to know much aboutalcohol.
So, how do youpresent it?
In this case, I want totalk about the features and functions of thisproduct,
but I couldn't tell how valuable it is.
Because Ididn't seem to know much about beer in the firstplace.
And, forexample, what is this La-Dora?
And, what is this yamabudo?
So, when I heardthat, I couldn't think of anything.
So, I decided to talkabout this product from a deeper perspective
and I told you aboutit.
So, Itold you why we started making beer.
And, to put itsimply, in 2013, when our beer company celebratedits 10th anniversary,
we went to all the prefecturesin Iwate prefecture.
And, especially inthe Sanriku region, there were a lot of tsunamis,
So, even though it was asmall event, we held it in all the prefectures,
整地に向き合ってイベントをするけれども、 and held it in the prefectures,
we alsotried to make a beer in collaboration.
Because we ran out ofspecial products because of the tsunami.
Andthe product that was made in that flow was this lemonade made from yamabudo.
Iwate prefecture has a lot ofyamabudo,
and it's shipped outof the prefecture.
Among them, the yamabudo made in Nodamurais a single product, and it's high in sugar, andit's very delicious and high quality.
Iwate has sucha thing.
I wantto spread the fact that there are such excellent yamabudo through beer.
That's why I made this product, and I stillcontinue to make it.
I think it's amatter of which one sticks to the other person'sheart.
The story I want to share with youtoday is that people tend to be attracted to whatthey want to buy.
So people tend todrink what they want to drink.
So it's veryimportant how to convey the idea of what looksdelicious.
Butbefore that, it's very important why you made thisproduct.
I thinkpeople are attracted to why you made this product.
It's an extreme argument. Idon't think it's a good thing to make a newproduct.
But whenyou make a new product, you might fail.
And even if it's not good, if you make it, ifyou have the desire, you can buy it.
And youcan sell it, and you can do it together.
There's a lotof talk about whether or not it's going to sell.
Ithink it's natural that people don't say itanymore, but in the end, I think people's mindsare moving to how far I can convey my thoughts.
