ちょっと遡りまして、いぶすき2日目の話をします。

実はね、前回のポッドキャスト聞いていただいた方ならわかると思うんですけど、
ザーザー朝から雨が降っておりまして、ずっと大雨の日だったんだよね。
ひさぽん
大雨です。

なので、前日からね、ちょっとあの宿を取らせてもらって、あのいぶすきの駅のそばにあるゲストハウスマチカドさんっていうところにね、ちょっと連泊させてもらって、そこからの出発になりますが。
ひさぽん
はい、マチブラです。
かなえ

もうね、あの雨の日はね、バイク乗れない。
乗らない。
わかんないしね、地元じゃないし。
ひさぽん
楽しくない。楽しくない。
かなえ
楽しくないもん、そうそうそう。だからもう雨の日は、私たちはあの宿を取ってマチブラをする。
もしくは、あと停滞して、なんかあの作業したりとか。
ひさぽん
そんな感じに当てたりしてますね。
この日はね、特に前々からね、もうあの西日本の、特に南九州はもう気泡球の雨ですよってね、ずっと言われてたんだよね。
もうこれは温泉日和だと。ということで、いぶすきに滞在でございます。
いぶすきラーメンの魅力
かなえ
ちょっとね、ごめんなさい。ちなみに言っときましたけど、今日のBGMは波の音になります。

今日は、キャンプ場にいます。
で、テント場からちょっと離れた海岸線で収録をしております。
かなえ
ではね、いぶすきの話に戻るんですけど、雨の中、ちょっと雨をやり過ごしたかなと思いきや、ざわざわだったので、
この日は元祖いぶすきラーメン二代目さんの方に行きまして、いぶすきラーメンを食べてきました。
ひさぽん
いぶすきラーメンって何ですか?
かなえ
いぶすきラーメンってさ、私知らなかったんだよ。ヒサポンの方がよく知ってるよね。
ひさぽん
いぶすきラーメンね。なんか別に詳しくはないんだけど、前来たときにそういうのがあるんだ。へーって感じでね。
いぶすきってかつおが有名なんですけど、いぶすきの中でも山川っていう町がありまして、
そこの山川湖で作ってるかつお節が大変に美味しいということで、かつお節を使った美級グルメみたいなメニューをいろいろいぶすき氏がやってるんです。
その一つがいぶすきラーメンと言われているもので、このお店が開発したそうです。
かつおだしとラーメン自体にかつお節をいっぱいかけて食べるみたいな、そんな感じのラーメンでございますね。
かなえ
お店によってベースが豚骨だったりとか味噌だったりとかするところもあるみたいなんだけど、
この元祖の二代目さんの方は醤油ベースだったね。

醤油ベースです。シンプルイズア醤油です。

どうですか?
何の笑い?
ひさぽん
出汁が効いてましてね。美味しかったですね。
ちょっと待って、何の笑いだった?今の。
私は月系でしたって言われても、説明以上かと思って、ラーメンの説明しないんだと思って。
かなえ
ラーメンの説明、語彙力ないもんでさ。
何て言えばいいのかな。シンプルっていうか、結構奥深いような醤油で、
本当に醤油ラーメン自体もすごく美味しかったんだけど、
ひさぽん
鰹がめちゃめちゃコワーって香る感じがして、美味しかったよ。
醤油ラーメン自体も結構鰹出汁なのかなっていう感じのね、香り高い感じでしてね。
ただの醤油ラーメンというよりかは結構和系の醤油出汁かなっていうところですね。
それに多い鰹節みたいな感じだよね、加工としてはね。
私が普通のいぶすきラーメンを食べて、ヒサポンが超いぶすきラーメンを食べて、

超は何が超だったんですかね。
ひさぽん
自分で鰹節を削るんです。
かなえ
そうなんだよね。削るマシーンを持ってきてくれて。
自分で削ってどうぞっていう。
ひさぽん
そうですね。渡された小皿の7,8分目ぐらいが一番美味しいですよって言われたんですけど、
最初全然削れなくて、削れるコツを掴んで、
こうやってやれば削るんじゃんって削った時に皿パンパンになっちゃったっていう。
しゃがない、削ったものは食べるしかないので全部食べるっていう形でしたらね、
あとから店員さんに味濃くなかったですかって言われて、
全部入れちゃまずかったですってたくさん削ってましたんでねって言われて、
どうも僕は超濃い目だったみたいですね、あの感じを見るとね。

削るの力がいるし、

コツがいる感じだったね、抑え方にコツがいる感じでしたね。
かなえ
私なんかはちょっと体験させてもらったけど、全然削れなかったから、
女性の方とかは結構きついかもしれない。
体験としては面白いけど、なかなか削れないよねっていう。
ひさぽん
削れないね、なんか鉛筆削りの横倒しにした機械みたいな、
手で回すフライスバンみたいな感じですよね、削ってくるんですけど、
鰹節が平らじゃないんでね、やっぱ歯に当たったり当たらなかったりするんでね、
そこら辺がめんどくさいなって感じですね。

なので私は普通の方で良かったかなって。
ひさぽん
普通の方で良いと思います。
味の方もね、なんか普通で十分バランスが取れて大変美味しかったので。
やっぱ店員さんのオススメの量が入ってますので、
どうしても追いかつをしたい方以外は普通で良いかなと思いますね。

本当に2代目さん美味しかったので、
いぶすきラーメン気になる方は是非食べてみていただきたいんですが、
砂蒸し風呂の体験

私たちはもう一個のB級グルメになるのかな、
いぶからっていうのもあるんだよね、いぶすきは。
ひさぽん
はい、いぶすきのね、いぶからです。
かなえ
それも唐揚げなんだけど、
上に鰹節を乗せているのと、
あと唐揚げの下味がお出汁なんだよね。
ひさぽん
おおよそそうです。
あとは店によりますって感じですね。
なんかね、いろいろあるんですわ。
かなえ
それも食べたかったんだけど、
2代目さんはお昼は忙しすぎてそこまで追いつかないから、
夜限定のメニューなんですよ。
ひさぽん
居酒屋メニューみたいな感じの中に、
いぶから入れてますっていうお話だったんで、
あのいぶから食べたい方は夜行かないと食べれないってことですね。
かなえ
2代目さんは結構土曜日だったんだけどさ、
家族連れがすごい多くてさ、
ひさぽん
まあ地元のファミリーばっかだったね。
かなえ
そう、ひっきりなしにお客さん来てて、
入れ替わり立ち替わりでね、
なんか地元の方から愛されてる、
本当にファミリーレストランみたいな感じだったね。
ひさぽん
ね、本当にいいお店でしたね。
かなえ
うん、いいお店でした。
また来たいなって思った。
ひさぽん
うん、人も良かったしね。
かなえ
うん、店員さんもね、感じすごい良かった。
ね。
なので、またぜひ。

で、そこからテクテク歩きまして、

この日のメインはね、砂虫風呂だったんですよ。
ひさぽん
そうですね、ずっと行きたいって言ってたもんね。
かなえ
砂虫風呂はね、ベップとかにもあったんだけど、
まあ我慢しまして、
このためにとっといてたんですよ。
イブ好きのために。
だったので、
楽しみながら歩いていきまして、
砂虫海間サラクというところに行きまして、
体験してきました。
タオル持参するとね、1500円で入れて、
ちなみにそこの温泉にも浸かれてっていう感じの。

大役場込みで1500円って感じですね。
かなえ
うんうん。
で、一回着替えをして、
外に出て、
本当に海岸の真裏?何?
目の前の砂場に移動して、
そこでスコップで砂をかけてもらうっていう本だったんだけど。
ひさぽん
そもそもの話、イブ好きって温泉がいっぱい出てるんですけど、
温泉があるんで地熱がすごいですね。
その地熱が一番出てる場所が、
海岸線です。要は砂浜ですね。
砂浜の地下部分が温泉が出てるんで、地熱でめっちゃ砂浜が熱いんですよ。
その砂に埋まっちゃおうっていうのが砂蒸し風呂。
かなえ
湯気で出てたもんね、砂から。
ひさぽん
そう。だいたい50度ぐらいね、下の方はあるらしいんですよ結構。
だから掘れば掘るとどんどん熱くなるんで、
その辺は掘る深さで温度調節をするみたいでして、
あとは上からぶっかける砂の量ですね。
それの重みでどれだけ荷重で熱くなるか。
かなえ
っていう体感温度が変わるっていう感じですね。
掛けてもらってる間も背中の温度熱くないですか?とか色々聞いてくれたりして。
そうそうそう。深さと重みで沈んでく分で、深くなればなるほど熱いからね。
それで調節してる感じなんだね。
そうそうそう。熱すぎるんであればもうちょっと埋めて、上の方に練る感じですね。
砂蒸し風呂ってどんなんかなって思ったら、予想よりは砂が結構あったかかった、ちゃんと。

むしろ暑いぐらいだったね。
暑くないって意味ないんだけどさ。
雨の中の砂風呂体験

でも暑くていらんないかなって思いきや、
雨の中歩いてて体が冷えてたっていうのもあるかもしれないけどさ。
ひさぽん
慣れると結構いけるね。最初入った瞬間もうわっつってなったけど、
だんだん5分ぐらい経ってくると慣れてきて、いけるなーってなってくるけど、
確かにこれなんか気づいたらのぼせてるやつだな。
かなえ
そんな感じなんだね。
私は本当に体が多分心まで冷え切ってたから程よくて、
なんならウトウトしてしまったぐらい気持ちよくて。

あんまりウトウトするのはよろしくないらしい。
かなえ
よくないらしい。寝ちゃダメっていうアナウンスがあるらしいね。
ひさぽん
寝ちゃダメって言われてる人もいました。
かなえ
私は直接なんか言われなかったけど、
ウトウトしてたら前と後ろからザッザッザッっていう砂をかけるスコップの音が聞こえてきて、
これは私をきっと起こしているっていう感じだった。
ひさぽん
砂の目が結構荒かったっていうのと重かった。
重かったね。
結構しっかりかかった。
そうだね。荷重はかなりかかって、
その砂に包み込まれるから自分の荷重でね、
自分の脈動ですね。脈のドクンドクン感が砂に伝わるみたいなね。
そうなんですよ。
チャットが来るまでもなくあるんですけど、
僕らがたくさんお話しをしてくれたら、
やっぱりそういうの、
個人的には大好きで、

何が大好きなのかについて分からないんですけど、
