それは日記を書くときの書き方になるんですけれども、 It's how to write adiary.
みなさん、何らかの方法で、マヤ歴というものをネットで検索したりとか、 I'm sure you'relooking for your ID number
講座を受けたりとかして、自分の金番号、マヤ歴の番号を求めていると思います。 by searchingon the Internet or taking a course.
この求めた番号がわからないとかという場合は、 If you don't know thenumber you're looking for,

そうすると、青い手という神様のところには、青い手というぐらいですので、 Then, the bluehand is related to the hand.

そういえば、こんなことあったよね?とか、もしかしてこれのこと?とか、そんなふうに昔々にたどっていく中で、 You have to ask yourself,
自分の本質っていうものが、もしかしたらこれに結びついているのかもしれないって、いうふうになっていけます。
はじめからこんな作業はうまくはいきません。なので、1日数分でもいいじゃないですか。 So youdon't have to do this kind of work from thebeginning, so you can do it for a few minutes aday.
自分自身に問いかけて、健在意識について今日はちょっと振り返ってみようかな。役割について振り返ってみようかなって。 Ask yourself, and think about your presentconsciousness today. Think about your role today.
