久しぶりの青空。 It's been a while since I saw the sky.
かなえ
はい、そんな感じで、倉敷の話をしますよ。 I'm going to talk about Kurashiki like that.
ひさぽん
Yes, Kurashiki.
かなえ
Yes, I wanted to go to Kurashiki, so I stopped by.
Yes.
Yes, Bikan district.
ひさぽん
Bikan district, it's famous, isn't it?
かなえ
It's very famous as a tourist destination, but I've never been there,
so I stopped by because I wanted to go there.
Kurashiki is located in the south of Okayama.
Bikan district is very famous as a tourist destination because of the white walls.
Seto Bridge is also in Kurashiki, isn't it?
ひさぽん
Yes, it is.
It's not really a city, but it's famous as a main city liaison bridge.
かなえ
Yes, if you cross Seto Bridge, you'll be in Shikoku soon.
Yes, Seto Bridge and Kojima, which is famous for jeans, are also in Kurashiki.
Yes, that's right.
Yes, that's Kurashiki.
This time, it's our own tourist association.
ひさぽん
It's strange to make the title call float.
What?
Puff, puff.
Puff, puff.
かなえ
Puff, puff.
Yes, it's our own tourist association.
Yes.
It's a corner where we introduce recommended spots.
ひさぽん
Yes.
Yes.
Please press it.
かなえ
I'll press it, I'll press it.
倉敷の歴史と特徴
ひさぽん
Please press it.
Yes.
How was it, Kurashiki?
かなえ
Kurashiki.
You thought it was interesting, didn't you?
Yes.
Can I talk about the premise?
The premise.
Can I use what I learned in my output?
ひさぽん
Do as you like.
かなえ
Kurashiki is a town that was originally built by Kantaku.
I first learned about it when I went to Bikan district.
ひさぽん
Gundam.
かなえ
Gundam.
Gundam.
What?
Kantaku.
ひさぽん
Kantaku.
Kantaku.
I made it by Gundam.
I thought it was a spaceship.
Kantaku.
かなえ
Kantaku.
ひさぽん
Kantaku.
What is Kantaku?
かなえ
Originally, Kurashiki was a famous beach.
ひさぽん
A beach.
かなえ
Yes.
The bottom of the beach was a famous beach.
I made a dam and surrounded it.
I prevented seawater from entering.
ひさぽん
That's how it started.
I made a dam and prevented seawater from entering.
かなえ
I removed the remaining seawater.
That's what Kantaku is.
There is a place called Okayama Heiya.
It is said that 20,000 hectares of the 25,000 hectares of land were created by Kantaku.
ひさぽん
Almost.
かなえ
Almost.
ひさぽん
Almost.
かなえ
Almost.
If you look at old maps, it's the sea.
ひさぽん
So, 80% of the land was created by Kantaku.
かなえ
Yes.
There was seawater, so the salt content was high.
It was not suitable for rice production.
That's why igusa, which is high in salt, and the cultivation of menka were actively carried out.
That's how it developed into the current fiber industry.
ひさぽん
I see.
It's a city of fiber.
Yes.
It's famous for jeans.
かなえ
Yes.
Menka was a popular industry.
That's where Kurashiki is.
ひさぽん
I see.
かなえ
Bikan district is a place where people from the Edo period were trying to leave their memories.
It has been preserved by the local people since the 1930s.
Currently, there are many important traditional buildings and preservation areas all over Japan,
but among them, Bikan district in Kurashiki is said to be the first one.
ひさぽん
I see.
かなえ
It was really beautiful.
ひさぽん
Yes, it was.
It was quite large.
I see.
I've been to Bikan district once, but it was a 15-minute tour, so there weren't that many.
I didn't expect it to be that large.
It was a nice place.
かなえ
Yes.
There are many old towns all over Japan, but Bikan district is relatively large.
ひさぽん
That's right.
Yunotsu, which I introduced to you the other day, is the same.
There was only one street in front of the hot spring town, but Bikan district was a large area with a lot of depth.
かなえ
That's about it.
ひさぽん
Yes.
かなえ
So, Bikan district is a must-see spot.
Bikan district.
That's right.
Bikan.
Yes.
観光スポットとアクセス
かなえ
We went there by motorcycle, but there aren't many tourist spots with a parking lot.
ひさぽん
Right.
Bikes are parked.
かなえ
That's right.
But Kurashiki is well-maintained.
Yes.
Yes.
There are parking lots for shopping malls and various commercial facilities around Bikan district,
and there was a parking lot run by the city, and it was stopped at 100 yen per hour,
so I thought it would be quite easy to use as a tourist spot.
Also, in front of the station, at Kurashiki station, there is a huge parking lot in the basement,
and you can use the parking lot for bicycles up to 50 cc.
ひさぽん
That's right.
かなえ
We were 125 cc, so we didn't get down to the basement,
but stopped at a parking lot with a roof outside,
and luckily, there was a free space there, so we could use it.
ひさぽん
That's right.
The parking lot at the station is properly separated from the bicycle parking lot and the roadside parking lot.
かなえ
It's about 15 minutes' walk from the station.
ひさぽん
Yes, it's about 15 minutes' walk from Bikan district.
So, I think it's usually used by commuters,
or it's made on the assumption,
but if it's not a very big Harley, I think it's okay to park it somewhere else.
かなえ
We stopped at such a place and walked,
but the river and the bridge still have the old atmosphere,
and it was a very nice town.
ひさぽん
That's right.
かなえ
Also, there was a jeans town, so there were a lot of jeans shops.
ひさぽん
That's right. There were a lot of them.
かなえ
I think it's fun to choose souvenirs.
Yes.
One of our favorite spots,
there is a building called I.B. Square in Bikan district,
倉敷の魅力
かなえ
and there are quite a few shops selling various things,
and I thought it was quite interesting, so I chose it as my favorite spot.
ひさぽん
It seems that the content of the exhibition changes depending on the period.
Oh, really?
Yes, it happens to be selected at our timing,
but if there is a project, it seems that such a project will be released.
かなえ
Yes, there were a lot of shops,
and there were really a lot of products,
so it was easy to get and try on,
so it was very easy to see.
ひさぽん
Yes, it was good.
かなえ
There are not only jeans, but also things related to Igusa,
and there seems to be a place where tatami mats are also made of Kurashiki,
so we also sell accessories using that,
and I bought souvenirs that I fell in love with at first sight.
ひさぽん
I bought materials for DIY.
かなえ
When I saw it here, I thought Igusa was really good,
so we are using Igusa insoles now.
ひさぽん
It's comfortable, isn't it? It doesn't shake.
かなえ
Yes, it was really good.
I'm glad I got to know this.
Yes, it was a souvenir shop where I was able to know the beauty of Igusa.
Yes.
And one more thing.
瀬戸大橋の眺め
かなえ
As I said earlier, Seto Bridge.
We went to Washu Mountain and looked at it from there.
ひさぽん
Yes, Washu Mountain is the root of Seto Bridge.
かなえ
We are traveling at 123 cc of Hunter Cub,
so we can't cross Seto Bridge,
but we were able to look at it from a distance.
The weather was nice, so we were able to see the best view.
ひさぽん
Yes. If you walk a little further, you can go to the summit,
and the view from there is also good.
If you go a little further, you can see Seto Bridge from just above.
The bridge comes out of the tunnel,
and you can see that part from just above.
かなえ
You can also see the scenery of the Golden Gate Bridge.
It was quite impressive.
Yes.
It feels like it goes on forever.
It's really long, isn't it?
ひさぽん
It's long, isn't it?
It goes all the way to Shikoku.
かなえ
I thought it was amazing that it goes all the way to Shikoku by bridge.
ひさぽん
It's amazing, isn't it?
かなえ
It's amazing that the railroad goes under it.
I've seen that part, too.
Yes.
Is there anything else?
ひさぽん
Well, let's see.
海沿いの道路
ひさぽん
Well, the road by the sea.
I went from Kojima to Shinonkayama Port on the next day.
The road by the sea on the way was very pleasant.
Yes.
That's about it.
かなえ
Yes.
Well, that's all for today.
Yes.
Have a good day, everyone.
