じゃあ、僕たちは、あの、その後、
日本に来て、
うん。
東京で、
うん。
えー、下北沢に行きましょう。
あー、
でも、下北沢に行くけど、
yeah, so,
you know, when you go to the
下北沢?
うん。
Maybe,
okay,
oh, there was one course that
we enjoyed.
うん。
So, in the morning?
うん。
We actually
went to the
新大久保。
新大久保。
yeah.
We, by train,
like, about 30, 40 minutes.
I don't remember.
But, you know,
we went to the 新大久保 first,
because this is the biggest Korean town in Tokyo.
うん。
Um, so, my friend,
uh, loves, you know, Korean pop.
うん。
Ah, K-pop.
K-pop.
So, that's why, like, we went there.
Right.
And we could purchase, like,
anything you want there
for K-pop-related stuff.
Ah.
So, it was heaven for her.
Ah.
Yeah, for them.
But, for me,
I love Korean food.
うん。
So, the lunch was super nice.
Nice.
Yeah.
So, we can have, like, some, you know,
lunch over there.
うん。
If we stayed on Shimokitazawa,
so much choice.
うん。
But, uh, I would recommend you Kushiyaki.
Kushiyaki.
Kushiyaki is basically, you know,
started as a yakitori.
うん。
Stick kind of stuff,
and then put the chicken meat.
Ah, I see.
うん。
So, yakitori is very good,
but Kushiyaki means, like, you know,
you can put basically, like,
anything to that kushi.
Ah, OK.
The steak.
うん。
So, if you want to prefer, like,
beef, pork, sausage,
mochi,
and usually Kushiyaki's place
has a lot of creativity.
うん。
So, combination with, yeah,
mochi plus some
scraps together,
or, you know, like, it's called, like,
hotate mochi, all that kind of stuff.
うん。
So, hundreds of kind.
So, you can pick some.
That sounds like the Japanese version of smörgål,
where we take, you know,
you can customize it however you want,
like, if you want to make weird combinations,
you can do that if you want, but...
Yeah.
So, some shops usually cook for you.
うん。
But some shops ask you to cook by yourself,
and then you have some heater.
うん。
In front of you.
Right.
You cook by yourself.
OK.
Yeah.
That's cool.
So, Kushiyaki is very fun,
and it's very reasonable.
Usually, like, you know,
yeah, $1 for, like, you know, one stuff.
Yeah.
Yeah, you're not going to get food that cheap in Denmark,
unfortunately.
$3, and then, like, we can have, like, several, so...
うん。
It's not expensive restaurant.
Right.
So, yeah, you can enjoy it.
So, Kushiyaki place is good.
うん。
Yeah, and then, around lunch time,
like, what we did after Shin-Okubo was
we went to Mitaka.
うん。
Has Ghibli museum.
Ah.
Yeah, and I didn't expect the Ghibli museum great,
but it was really, really great.
Because I've grown up with a lot of Ghibli anime,
there's a lot of original film.
うん。
And there were, like, really nice exhibition
about history of how Miyazaki and his team
make, like, each movies.
うん。
And nice decoration, nice souvenirs.
うん。
And some nice restaurant.
うん。
There's, like, really nice thoughtful exhibition.
Also, they have their original movie,
like, just 15 minutes movie.
うん。
But it's so nice.
うん。
I moved with that movie as well.
So, it was really nice and worth to be there.
うん。
Even, like, ticket.
You get ticket.
うん。
But the ticket has kind of film kind of stuff in it.
Ah, that's cute.
And then, like, in the end of exhibition,
like, there's a machine, like, you know, movies,
movies, camera, like, all the style cameras there.
You can put it in,
and finally you see, like, what was your ticket.
Ah, that's cool.
Yeah, that kind of trick is in, like, everywhere.
Yeah.
So, I could really enjoy it.
Yeah.
That's really cool.
Yeah.
You need to book it, like, you know,
two weeks or three weeks in advance.
Otherwise, you cannot get ticket.
Oh, wow.
Yeah.
But I think my wife took it maybe two months in advance.
OK.
Yeah.
And it is very strict.
If you miss the time, you can't get in.
Right. OK.
Yeah.
But it's really worth to be there.
So, it was good.
Yeah.
If you, if we're in Shimokita, like, you know,
we can go to, like, some other shop,
like sushi or ramen.
Yeah.
So, there will be, like, really so much choice,
too much choice in the...
For the dinner,
I strongly recommend you to have some yakiniku.
Yakiniku.
Yeah.
Even you had kushiyaki on the lunch,
it was to go to yakiniku.
OK.
Yeah.
There's some kind of course.
You can pick from, like, some course.
There's, like, a bunch of stuff together
and it will come accordingly.
So, we just pick that one.
OK.
For three person, we purchased.
So, it was very, very reasonable.
Yeah.
OK. That's good.
Yeah.
Previously, when I was younger,
I felt like, you know, I eat a lot
and, you know, bill is, like, super high
and I surprised, right?
Recently, because I'm getting used to, like,
US cost and stuff.
Yeah.
When I went to Japan,
I eat so much, like, too much.
I can't eat more
and some bill comes, like,
Yeah.
like, you know, it's shock.
It gives me shock.
Yeah.
Because, you know, I become full with, like,
only this much money, you know.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It's not money stuff, but, you know,
it's really shocking, like,
こんなに食べて、
え、これで済んじゃうの?みたいな
びっくりをするっていうのがありますね。
うん。
なので、日本は本当に食べ物が安いし美味しいので、
とてもびっくりします。
うん。
Yeah.
So, I wanted you to enjoy the Japan trip.
Yeah, there's a lot of Japanese food that I would love to try.
So far, I've not tried very many different kinds, so...
I see.
