This program isbrought to you by Anshin Foundation.
This guest is the former chairman of the board ofdirectors of RKB International Air Academy, Mr.Shizuka Nagae.
Nice to meet you.
Nice to meet you, too.
Firstof all, I would like to introduce RKBInternational Air Academy.
It is a 200% pass rate aviation schoolthat trains young people aiming for the aviationindustry such as cabin attendants and grand stafffor 42 years.
In addition, it is run on the three pillars ofsenior attendance classes that support the socialparticipation of seniors.
When I heard International Air Academy, I thoughtit was an aviation school, but it is run on thethree pillars.
Yes, that's right. The other two are, first ofall, company training. Now we have more than 4000companies.
And the other one is Senior Attendant, which isthe first Japanese senior business.
I've neverheard of it, but it was made. How did you make it?
I have a family member who needs to be taken careof, and I thought it would be nice to have acaregiver or a care manager.
I thought that if there were people who were alittle closer to me, I could go out with a littlemore confidence.
I thought I could do that, so I started a businesswhere I could get closer to active seniors.
What exactly are you doing?
He said, for example, going to a meal with asingle person, or a request from his son the otherday, but his mother was living alone. He was veryworried, so he asked,
So, it's a business where you go to the hospitaltogether, or you go to the hospital together. Idon't even cook. I don't even clean.
If I thoughtI was going to support the things in the house, Iwould take them out.
Yes, yes, yes. I don'tgo inside the house.
Igo to the front door to pick them up, and then Igo outside, and then I go to the front door topick them up.
That's true, it's not just a nursing job, it's notjust a housekeeping job, it's a new field thatdoesn't really fit anywhere.
Yes, that's right. We are a company related to theaviation industry, so we do first-classhospitality in various companies.
So, only those senior attendants who have a propercertification can go.
So, is it done by aprofessional fairy?
So, it's not just because you want to do it. Youhave to study the certification properly, get it,and the right person will attend, so I thinkpeople who use it will be very relieved.
It means thatpeople like cabin attendants will come to pick youup.
I felt that cabin attendants and people whosupport seniors were from completely differentworlds, but they are connected.
That's right. The training of cabin attendants iscalled the Airline Department, and they light upthe hearts of 18 to 25-year-olds, so-called Z-generation people, and fly in the sky of theworld.
I came here to light up the hearts of cabinattendants.
I'm doing this kind of training to light up yourmotivation.
I'm training cabin attendants, so I named itSenior Attendant because I'm going to attend asenior.
It'sa common thing. I'm going to attend a senior.
I felt that it was because you came here as aprofessional in the aviation industry that openedup various paths.
I think it would be great if the number of seniorattendants would spread more and more.
I would like you to use this senior attendant toshine until the end of your life.
Here is what I wouldlike to ask this guest, Ms. Nagae.
Whatis your Fukumaru Routine?
What is your FukumaruRoutine?
MyFukumaru Routine is to wake up in the morning withthe word,
When do you do that?
When Iwake up. When I wake up, I say, Becauseit's not natural to wake up in the morning.
If I wake up in the morning, I have all the timein the morning, so if I sigh in the morning or Idon't want to go today, I don't get excited atall.
I just wanted to cover myears.
That's why I definitely say, when I wake up in themorning, I say,
Itmeans that how you make yourself in the morningaffects your daily activities, right?
Right.
So, before I go to bed, I count a lot ofhappiness, so that I can have a good dream. BeforeI go to bed, I may have nightmares while thinkingabout negative things.
So, before I go to bed, I think that everythingwas really happy, and then I go to bed.
Do you teach this to people in their teens and 20swho go to the International Air Academy?
It's the best compliment. It doesn't cost a penny.
Wow! I'm surethey'll say, wow! What a nice smile! Wow! You havesuch a nice voice! You have such a nice complexiontoday! Your hairstyle is nice, isn't it? Wow! Yourmakeup is really nice today!
It's important to know how to make your feelingson that morning.
I see. I'd like to talk with you so that I can bepositive with you all the time. If you want tohear more, please come to RKB Radio. We have aprogram every Sunday at 11.30.
Thank you forwatching.
