fried things, fried dishes, yeah. But actually, I've never been healthier in my life.
My dietary intakes are at the highest right now. Let me tell you what I had for breakfast this
morning. This morning, yeah. A banana. Banana, yeah. Kiwi. Wow, yeah.
Oh, you're taking fruit and vegetables, yeah. Oh, wow. I had this. Eight. That's eight. Yeah,
that's eight, yeah. That's, wow. That's what I had this morning, man. Man, that's the highest.
That is the highest you can ever get. The highest. I have never seen anyone go this high. I think
that's like, that's like, that's like Tanaka Minami highest. I know, right? Wow. And no one's
higher than Tanaka Minami, right? Right, right. You're the highest healthier guy in Japan. That's
fucking right. Oh, wow. That's fucking right. Wow. That is, right? That's unbelievable. Right.
And I try to stay away from processed foods. Wow. I do. Great. Yeah. Packaged items. I try to stay
away as much as possible. Yeah, like processed meat. Processed meat. You know, like bacon.
Sausages. Wow. Well, everybody think that you eat, like, bacon and ham every morning.
Every morning, right? And I eat cereal every morning. I eat Pop-Tarts every morning.
Pop-Tarts are really bad for your body.
Wow. How long have you been doing that, like, healthy diet?
Um, so the start of my healthy diet journey began around the same time as I started this
Kevin's English Room YouTube thing because of how unhealthy the Kikaku is. I kind of had a,
like, a pushback of, like, I should be healthier in my private life so that I can adjust to the
Kikakus. That's how it kind of started. Oh, that's why you started. Being very unhealthy,
like, having an unhealthy intake kind of makes me think of, like, oh, this is bad for me. What can
I do to, like, balance this out? Yeah, yeah. So that's how it kind of started. And the first
several months, it was like, oh, I should, you know, lose weight. Yeah. I should start losing

weight. And, you know, like, you know, I tried a lot of things, like, you know, the 16-hour diet.
Yeah, I remember you tried it. Which I sometimes still do. Yeah. Or, like, you know, not eating
too much. Like, I was eating more than full, you know. I see, I see. More than full. Yeah.
Right. And don't do that. I remember you keep distance from chocolate or things.
That's right. Yeah. Right. Not eating too much chocolate. Right. And we're, like,
not consuming desserts after meal because I've been doing that, like, almost every time. Yeah,
yeah. To now, where, like, I think about, like, not going for processed foods.
I got some knowledge. Right. Yeah. Yeah. I studied a lot. You know, I,
the, what are the vitamins in this? What are the new minerals in this? Wow. Like,
how to not get your keto-chi up high after eating something. Like, what can I do to not get that
keto spike? Spike like that? Yeah. Yeah. And. Wow. I've, I've never been more healthy.
I mean, that's great. And, and it's, it's way higher than I thought. Right. Right. I feel like
that's way higher than anyone. Wow. Anyone has the image of me. Yeah. I think. You're eating
Genmai now? I'm eating Genmai, man. That's the farthest thing from Kevin's English from Kevin,
you know? That's right. That's right. That's right. Wow. Well, that's a great thing. That's
a great thing. Yeah. That's right. That's a great thing. Wow. I've, I'm very proud of myself. Yeah.

to find the best way. Yeah. So, so far what's the best for you? Um, there are no finalized answer
yet. I see. It's still a process. I'm still working on a lot of things. So right now it's
balancing out, you know, try to take in as much, you know, balanced food as possible,
not eating much at night, you know, don't get that spike going. Um, that's the main, uh, concept
right now. I don't know if that's going to work well for me. It might change. It's still a work
in process. So it's not, I don't know. I don't have an answer yet. You're still on the way. I'm

still on the way, but it's going to get better and better that I will tell you. That's true.

That's great. Wow. So is eating fruit on the morning good? Well, it depends on what kind of
fruit you eat. Oh, okay. I'm sorry about that. Yeah. I mean, right now I like to eat banana.

taking Kiwi because it's a vitamin C. If you want to eat sweets. Okay. I do get the craving for
sweets. When you get the craving for sweets, it means that you're lacking vitamin C. Okay.

mental health kind of going. So I like to take in Kiwi right now. Yeah. Instead of like cakes or

that. I'm sure you guys will hear this, but I'm very, I'm very healthy. That's true. That is true.
Wow. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, that's great. That's a good thing. Yeah. So every morning you eat things
like that? Yeah. I try to be as healthy as possible. You know, whatever's in the fridge,
right? Like there are times where like it's not in the fridge. I have to, you know, it might not
be as perfect. Of course. But I want to be as balanced as possible. Great. But especially this
morning was the perfect meal. Yeah. This morning was like exceptionally good. I mean, that's the,
that's the highest. Yeah. The healthiest. Oh, I forgot one more thing. There was natto as well.
Oh, wow. There was a ninth one. There was a natto. Yeah. Wow. Unbelievable, right? Yeah.
Unbelievable. I have stocks of satsumaimo. Satsumaimo? Satsumaimo, yeah. It's shokumotsu
sei, right? That's good. Yeah. Yakiimo? No, just plain satsumaimo. Raw satsumaimo. I microwave
it and I eat it. Oh, that's great. Haramoji good. Yeah. Sokumotsu sei. Oh, wow. Great.
And it feels great too. And you feel good? Yeah. Oh, that's good. Like heat. I feel heat coming
out from my body. Wow. Is that a new feeling? I've never had this feeling. Yeah. This morning,
I was walking here, right? And I was already kind of, oh, sweating. I didn't know if it was

so maybe your heat. Yeah, hopefully. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Wow. That's right. Yeah. I just wanted to,
