the ratio was I forgot the ratio and I kind of like kind of did it on my own.

And it was too much mentaiko.

So I added more cream to it.

Then it was like too much calorie.
Like I didn't have enough crackers.
Right.
For the amount that I made and then it kind of turns into a disaster.

So just a hokoko on that.
Oh what's the taste itself like when you improve the balance?
Yeah if I improve the balance I didn't have enough cream cheese.
I wanted more cream cheese less mentaiko.

I didn't have enough to get to the perfect ratio.

How was the balance?
I think for one mentaiko you should put like one like one bar.
One bar.
Yeah one bar of mentaiko.
You could put like three blocks of cream cheese.
Three or four blocks maybe even five.
