This podcast is a voice letter to that deeper and higher part of myself.
Well, the other day, I talked about that method for lazy people to get better at English.
Reading English aloud, recording it, and then listening back to myself.
I'm still doing it, you know, every now and then.
And after that, while I was doing that, that recording method, an idea just hit me.
Well, you know, this podcast I'm recording right now, I'm gonna turn this into English.
Transcribe it and translate it, using AI, of course.
And then, that translated script, I'll read it aloud with this voice.
And then, I will release that too, as a podcast, an English podcast.
Isn't that something?
So, today, I'm finally gonna actually try it.
I've taken the content from the previous episode, made some adjustments, and translated it into English.
And I'm reading it aloud right now, pretending I'm already fluent in English.

But, you know, all those feelings of, it's embarrassing, or who am I to do that.
I've gotta throw away all that negativity.
That feeling of, ah, what the hell, just do it.
That's what I need from now on.
Because I'm gonna change, I wanna change.
For myself and for Kei-chan, for my son.
And that's why I'm talking to you like this, hyperself.
Trying to reach you, to you, the super language expert.
Doing this English podcast is like a massive practical joke in a way.
I think it'll be a powerful way to get through to you.
In other words, I'm just doing it first.
I'll just announce it to the world.
Hi, I'm a podcaster who broadcasts in English.
Create an undeniable fact right from the start.
And then say, hey, hyperself, can you hear me?
We are already in a group of people who can speak English now.
That's who we are.
And then you hyperself will go, oh crap, oh crap.
I gotta make this true.

I gotta make him actually speak it.
And then you will start working like crazy.
Adjusting my brain, my nerves, the neurons, the synapses, to make it all add up.

Immerse myself in a role of a seasoned podcaster with good flair in English.
So, yeah, it's only natural that I speak English.
Believe it completely.

Act it out.
And make it real.
Force it to be real.
Fake it till you make it.
Yeah, this is a grand public experiment.
It's a little device to forcibly activate and boost that power of becoming, that power of belief.
If I do that, I'm sure I will really become it.

I decided to give it a name, English name.
It should be active, powerful, and catchy one.

It's a play on the term, hi-yourself, that I've heard somewhere.
I'm calling it, hyper-self.
Hyper-self.
Borrowing the power of this hyper-self, who is also the ultimate language expert,
I will become someone who can speak English smoothly, easily, and comfortably.

This is the first episode of my English podcast.
I'm gonna listen to this myself over and over, get AI to evaluate it, and keep improving.
