What is じぶんリリースノート編集後記?
I am a-know, and I have been working on a blog called じぶんリリースノート for many years.
After writing a monthly release note, I read it over and over again and chat with people.
This time, I would like to talk about じぶんリリースノート Ver. 0.43.10, which was released on February 1, 2026.
The topic I am going to talk about here has a push mark in the release note, so if you don't mind, I'd like to talk to you while looking at the release note.

The first push mark is the title of the book that I finished reading.

This book was a big hit more than 10 years ago.

Why did I read this book now?
Well, I joined the company now, and I think it will be a year soon.

At this timing, I'd like to talk about what I'm going to do as a manager.
I've done a lot of things in my career, but I've never challenged myself.
The company I'm in now, the environment, and the various situations, I feel that they are supporting me.
So I decided to take on management.
This is the first time I've faced it properly.
Until now, management has been a very big theme, so I think there are a lot of books and documents.
First of all, I read a lot of books.
If there's something like a framework, I'd like to start with that.
It's also written in the purchase of the other release notes.
How many books did I buy in January?

I bought this book and read it in order.

That's why I chose Moshidora as the first book.
It was just a bestseller.
The title is very catchy.
It was easy to understand what it was like.
It was easy to imagine.

With that in mind, I thought it would be a little different to look like I understood Drucker.

I bought it for the time being.

But on that day, it was the exact opposite.
It was a story about a parent who is being pampered by his child's music hobby.
