#53 Year One: Season 1 Wrap-Up
One year, 53 episodes. Sano and Oka look back on Season 1 -- the guest curation, the surprising moments, and the patterns that emerged. They dig into the problem of "media art" as a category, why the audience skews 75% male, how anime and SF shaped Japan's tech-art scene, why counter-culture needs to stay open, and what's coming next: a book, a Discord, an international research project in Hokkaido, and possibly Season 2.
