Hello, welcome to Letters Lane. I'm Sofia. Tonightfrom this little room, I'd like to
share a letter with you. Tonight, we have anotherletter waiting to be opened. So wherever
you are, get comfortable, take a slow breath, andspend a little time with us. Tonight's
letter is written to a pen pal from years ago, someone who once lived far away yet somehow
became part of everyday life. Through envelopes, stamps, and handwritten pages, a connection
grew across the distance. This letter looks backon those small exchanges and the warmth
they left behind. Now, let's open tonight'sletter.
Letter to My Pen Pal from School Days Dear Friend,
I was clearing out a drawer today when I cameacross a small stack of old letters. The envelopes
have faded a little with time, and some of thepaper has softened at the edges. Still,
the moment I saw them, I was carried back to adifferent season of life. It made me
smile. Back then, hearing from you was something Igenuinely looked forward to. There was a
certain excitement in checking the mailbox, wondering if something might be waiting there.
Life felt a little bigger whenever a new letterarrived. I don't remember every story we
shared. I couldn't tell you every detail we wroteabout. But strangely, that doesn't
seem to matter. What stayed with me wasn't anyparticular conversation. It was the feeling
of knowing that somewhere beyond my everydayworld, there was someone willing to share
a piece of their life with me. Through yourletters, I saw places I had never visited,
imagined streets I had never walked, and thoughtabout things I might never have considered
on my own. You reminded me that the world waslarger than the one I could see from my
window. Years have passed since then. Life hasbecome busier, and handwritten letters
have quietly given way to faster ways of stayingin touch. Still, every now and then, I find
myself thinking about those days. And when I do, Ifeel grateful. I hope life has been
kind to you. I hope you've found reasons to laughoften. I hope there are people around
you who make ordinary days feel a little brighter. Most of all, I hope you're doing well. Thank

you for the letters, the stories, and the smallmoments of connection they carried.
You may not have realized it at the time, but theybecame a treasured part of my memories.
I simply wanted you to know that. Warmly, a friendfrom long ago. It's a song about the
people who quietly remain with us, even as yearspass and life moves forward. The memories
may grow distant, but the feeling they left behindstill finds its way back home. Inspired
by the feelings carried in that letter, pleaseenjoy.
Where the summer went, arrives without warning. Afamiliar voice, a handwritten note, a name

you haven't thought about in years. And for amoment, the distance between then and now
disappears. Perhaps tonight's letter reminded youof someone. If it did, hold that thought
close for a little while.
Until next time, I'll see you in my next letter. This is Sophia from LettersLane. Good night.
