10% of Companies Experience Resignation Proxy Services

A survey by a private credit investigation company revealed that over 10% of companies in the prefecture had employees who used a resignation proxy service. The service is provided by a company in Tokyo's Minato Ward, and is used by approximately 13,000 people nationwide, and over 200 people in the prefecture. Clients are mainly in their 20s and 30s. The labor shortage has revitalized the job-changing market, and the use of resignation proxy services is increasing.
