何か花粉症が、今年はスタートがちょっと遅かったですか? Did you start havinghay fever a little late this year?
私は岡山に住んでるんですけれども、今年、結構息子が元気だった期間が長くて、息子が結構ひどい花粉症なんですけれども、 I live in Okayama, and my son has had abad hay fever for a long time this year.
最近になってようやく症状が増えてきたっていう風に言って、後、周りの方も増えてきているので、Recently, the symptoms have finally increased, andthe people around me have also increased.
急にあったかくなったからか、スタートがちょっと遅く今年始まったのかな、なんて気がしてるんですが、みなさんはいかがでしょうか? I think it's because it's suddenlygetting warmer, or maybe it's because I started alittle late this year, but how are you all doing?
という近所報告でございましたが、今日は整理・収納のお話をしていきたいなと思っております。 I'mgoing to talk about organizing and storing today.
仕事部屋で集中できない原因：収納量だけではない問題
ちょうどね、春に向けてお部屋を整えたいなという方もいらっしゃるんじゃないでしょうか。 I thinkthere are some people who want to organize theirroom for spring.
先日、昨日ですね、昨日、仕事部屋で集中できない原因というテーマのインスタグラムのリールを出しました。I posted an Instagram deal on the theme of thereason why I can't concentrate in my workroomyesterday.
これはですね、オンライン片付け相談で実際に受けてくださった方のビフォーアフターの事例をもとに作っています。 I made this based on the before and after ofthe people who actually took the online cleaningconsultation.
そのお客様から映像を提供していただいて、今回作っています。 I made this videowith the video provided by the customer.

実際、オンラインの片付け相談ってどんな風にできるのっていうのが、この動画で伝わるんじゃないかなと、成果みたいなものが伝わるんじゃないかなと思っている、すごくいい例になったなと思っています。
仕事部屋なのに集中できないっていうこと、皆さんはありますでしょうか?
実はこの収納の量が問題じゃないケースっていうのはあるんですよね。 Of course, thereare cases where the amount of storage is not aproblem.
もちろん収納の量が足りないっていうこともあるんですけど、実はそれだけじゃないっていうことが多いんです。 Of course, there are cases where the amountof storage is not enough, but that's not all.
今日はそのお話を少し詳しくしたいと思っています。 I'd like to talk aboutthat today.
まず今回ご相談してくださった方なんですが、ハンドメイドのお仕事をここ1年始めた方でした。 Firstof all, the person who consulted with me this timewas the one who started handmade work for the pastyear.
それをこの1年で始めたことによって材料がどんどん一気に増えたそうなんですね。 It seemsthat the number of materials has increased rapidlyin the past year.
しまう場所に困っていてというか、置き場所にも困っていたような状態でした。 I was introuble with where to put it.
それは作りかけの作品をね、乾かしておかないといけないとかっていうのもあったりするらしくて、 Itseems that you have to dry the finished work,
そういう作りかけのものを触られない場所に置いておくっていうこともですし、 and you haveto leave the finished work in a place where youcan't touch it.
そのデスクの上で、結局仕事の道具を避けて、そこに資材を出して作業するっていうので、 On thedesk, you avoid the work tools and put thematerials there.
仕事の道具と資材のものがごっちゃになって、置かれる状況になってしまっていたりとか、 Also,the work tools and materials are in a mess.
あと、資材自体ですね、やっぱり材料をきれいに置いておかないといけないですよね。 And youhave to keep the materials clean.
で、そういうものをどこに置くか。 Where do you put them?
資材は、お話を伺っていると、パーツとかハンドメイドっていろんなパーツがあると思うんですけど、 Ofcourse, there were a lot of parts,
実はそれを梱包するためのもの、箱というか袋だったりとか、台紙だったりとか、そういうのも折れたらいけないですよね。 Actually, you can't break things that aremeant to be bundled.
そういうようなものとか、ワークショップをされたりもされている方なんですけれども、 Forexample, if you have a workshop,
その時に使うコルクボードっていうんですかね、ちょっとお店のところに飾るために置くようなものっていうようなものも伺っているとありました。 I've heard of cork boards thatare used at that time.
だから、小さいもの、ハンドメイドって言っても小さいものばっかりじゃないんですよね。 So it'snot just small handmade things.
私もそこはお話をヒアリングさせていただきながら気づいた感じでした。 I also noticedthat while listening to the story.
もともと急に増えたものだから、置く場所も困っていらっしゃっていて、 There was asudden increase in the number of cork boards, soit was difficult to find a place to put them.
仕事のお部屋っていうのがあるんですけれども、 There was a room for work,
そのお部屋はそのお客様自身のデスクが一つあって、 and there was a desk forthe customer.
もう一つ、ご主人様のデスクもあったんですね。 There was also a desk forthe master.
間にプリンターとか共通で使うものもあって、本棚があって、 There was a printerin between, and there was a bookshelf.
扉収納のところには家族が使う食品系ストックって言ったんですかね、 Some of the foodstocks that my family used,
一部食品系のストックとか、お水とか、まとめて買ったようなものとかは、 were on thefloor.
床にそのまま配達された状態で、置く場所がなくて、そのまま置いてるみたいなこともありました。There was no place to put it on the floor, so itwas left as it was.
お水と炭酸水だったかな、そういうちょっとドリンク系のものとかいうのもありましたね。 I thinkit was water and sparkling water. There was alsosomething like a drink.
あとは玄関の近くなので、マレージャー用品とか、そういうようなものも入っていました。 Therewas also a manager's stuff near the entrance.
その中の一部に、さっきお話ししたちょっと大きめのワークショップとかに使うような梱包材、 Therewas also a large piece of packaging material thatwas used for workshops.
そういう梱包材じゃないか、ボードみたいなものとかですね、そういうのも入れてらっしゃる感じでした。It was like a board or something like that.
急に何かにハマった時って、物が増えますよね、私もそれは経験がありますし、 You know,when you're suddenly hooked on something, you getmore and more things. I've had that experience.
きっとみなさん、これを聞いていらっしゃるあなたも、経験があるんじゃないかなと思います。 I'msure you've all heard of it.
この一つのお部屋の中に、いろいろ仕事のものや趣味のもの、他の人のものが同じ空間にあるという状態だったんですね。 There were a lot of things about work andhobbies in this room.
その中で、やっぱり好きで始めたものは、司会に入ってしまうと、仕事中もちょっと気になったりしませんか?I'm sure a lot of people are concerned about whatthey started to like when they start working.
思い当たる方は多いんじゃないかと思うんですよね。 I'm sure a lot of peoplethink so.
ちょっとチラッと見えると、ちょっとその瞬間に注意が逸れちゃうというか、ちょっと手が伸びてしまうとかね。 If you look at it a little bit, you'll be alittle distracted at that moment.
休憩時間にちょっと触ろうって思ってしまったりとか。 You know, you might wantto take a break.
それが集中力を途切らせてしまうっていうことにもなってしまいますし、 In the firstplace,
いろんなところにいろんな材料の、趣味の材料のものがある状態で、 In the firstplace, there are various materials for varioushobbies in various places.
作業の効率的にも、きっと良くないよなっていうことを思ったんですね。 I thought itwouldn't be efficient to work.
実際それは、このお客様も感じていらっしゃったところです。 Actually, that's whatthis customer felt.
なので、仕事と趣味のものを分けるということが一つの今回のミッションでした。 So, thismission was to divide work and hobbies.
そして、仕事に集中できる環境になりたいということを伺っていたんですね。 And I was toldthat I wanted to be in an environment where Icould concentrate on my work.
この集中しづらい環境だけど、よくあるあるですよね。 This is a difficultenvironment to concentrate on, but it's common,isn't it?
お客様の部屋の状況と課題
一つの部屋は、自分だけの個室にはなかなか大人の場合、なかなかならないと思いますので、 I don'tthink it's easy for an adult to have a singleroom,
こうやってご主人と共有で使っていたりとか、家族のものがあったり、自分の他の仕事以外のものを置くっていうのは、 so I think it's common to have a lot ofthings in one space.
今回の状況を見させていただいて、まず収納棚がありあわせのもので使っていらっしゃったということだったんですね。 First of all, the storage shelf was used tostore things.
それは、キッチンの下にもともと入るような浅い棚だったので、 It was a shallowshelf to put things under the kitchen,
コンパクトではあるんですけど、あんまり物が入らないというものだったんです。 It'scompact, but it doesn't fit a lot of things.
それだとやっぱり溢れちゃいますよね。収納が足りないという問題がありました。 It's goingto overflow, isn't it? There was a problem thatthere wasn't enough storage.
でも、このお客様が悩んでいらっしゃったのが、 But what this customer wasworried about was
買い直すとして何を買ったらいいかがわからないということだったんですね。 that she didn't know what to buy to buy again.
私の方でこのヒアリングをさせていただいた上で、 When I did the hearing,
収納の方も、これは使われますか、買い替えを検討されますかということを伺ったときに、 I wasasked if the storage was going to be used or not,
買い替えも、これは処分して、ちゃんと奥行きのある、収まる収納を置きたいというご希望をいただいたので、and I was told that I wanted to dispose of it andput it in a deep place,
そのご提案をさせていただいたというのが今回になります。 so I made thatsuggestion.
何を買うか悩む気持ち、私もすごくわかります。 Don't you worry about whatto buy?
悩みませんか?買っちゃったら、もうどうにもできないから。 Don't you worry? Ifyou buy it, you can't do anything anymore.
大きすぎるものを買うと、また部屋が狭くなっちゃうしということをそのお客様も心配されてて、 Thecustomer was worried that if she bought somethingtoo big, the room would be small again,
それで踏ん切りがつかなかったということをおっしゃってらっしゃったんですよね。 so shecouldn't dispose of it.
いや、わかりますよね。 I understand.
収納力がちゃんとあるものを置くということももちろん今回大事なんですけれども、 Of courseit's important to have a good storage capacity,
その仕事に集中したいという目的を叶える面で私が気になったことは、 but what I wasconcerned about was
解決策：エリア分けと動線の最適化
収納の量というのよりも収納の場所、つまり動線なんですね。 the location ofstorage rather than the amount of storage.
今回させていただいたのが、部屋をエリアに分けるということをしました。 I decided todivide the room into three areas.
3つのエリアがあって、仕事のエリア、趣味のエリア、ストックのエリアに、 There arethree areas, work area, hobby area, and stockarea.
正式に言うと、ご主人のエリアもテーブル、デスクのスペースがあるので、そこもあるんですけれども、 Tobe honest, the master's area also has a table anddesk space,
そんなふうに分けることに成功しました。 so I was able to do that.
このご提案をさせていただくにあたって、だいぶ配置替えをしてもらったんです。 I made a lotof changes when I made this proposal.
配置替えをすることで、このエリアを分けるということをしました。 I decided todivide this area by changing the layout.
今回の整理・収納は、お客様だけではなくて、ご主人様にもデスクを動かしてもらったりとか、 So,this time, not only the customers, but also themaster moved the desk.
一緒になってご協力をいただいたんですけれども、 Thanks to the cooperation,
おかげで、リードを見ていただきたいんですが、すごくすっきりしました。 it was veryrefreshing.
いろいろ細かく場所を大体3つに分けて、そこに集中させるということをすることで、 When I wasworking, I placed all my hobbies on the back sideof the desk,
仕事をしているときは、ご趣味のものは全部背中側に来るように配置したんですね。 so thatthey can't be seen while working.
実は、収納はニトリの商品なんですけれども、 Actually, the storage isfrom NITORI,
それを2台くっつけておいてもらっているんですね、ワイドタイプなんですけれども。 and I havetwo of them.
それは、私がオンライン相談で、お客様に、大体デスクはこの辺に置くから、 So, I asked mycustomers online,
大体、壁から何センチあるかそこを測ってくださいとお願いして、そのときにヒアリングさせてもらって、 Iasked them to measure how many centimeters fromthe wall, and I did the hearing at that time.
その寸法をもとに、そこに入る大きさで、奥行きがあって、 I drew a drawing on adrawing paper
こうなりますよっていうのを図面に描き込んでですね、 and gave it to mycustomers
それをお客様にご提案書として、家が好きになるメモとしてお渡しをしました。 as aproposal, as a note of love for the house.
なので、最初、図面で大体これだけ幅を取るなっていうことが見える状態でお渡ししたんですね。 So,at first, I gave it to my customers in a statewhere they could see that it was roughly this widein the drawing.
で、ご提案書の方には、その収納棚を置くだけではなくて、 So, in the proposal,not only the storage shelf,
それをどう使うかというか、どういうふうに中の収納を入れていくかっていうところも、 but alsohow to use it, how to store it,
そのお客様に合わせてご提案をさせていただきました。 I proposed it to mycustomers.
やっぱり今回は、そういう大きいものもあったり、でも逆に小さなパーツとか細かいものもあったりっていうこともあるので、 As I mentioned earlier, there are largeitems, but there are also small parts and smallitems,
どうやったら、このお客様が好きなことを取り組むときにパッと出せて、 so I thoughtabout how I could make it
さっと作れるっていう状況になるかなっていうことを想像しながら考えたんですね。 so that Icould make it quickly.
なので、大きいものが入るスペースっていうのも下にできるようにしてますし、 So I made itpossible to have a space for large items,
そもそも稼働棚とかにして、どういうものを買っても何かしら棚を動かせば入るというようなことをご提案しました。 and I also proposed that you could move theshelves to store any items.
だって、資材ってね、そのときいいなって思うものがどのサイズのものかわからないと思うんですよね。 Imean, I don't think you can know what kind ofmaterial you like at that time.
どんなものでも自分が気に入って使いたいって思った材料が入れられるように、 So I made itpossible for you to put any material you like,
古き自分に使えるようにっていうことで、趣味のハンドメイドのものを入れる趣味スペースの棚をご提案しています。 so that you could use it as you like.
また、お客様がね、机売り途中のものを乾かす場所が必要なんですって話を聞いててわかったんですね。Also, I found out that you need a place to drywhat you are making.
具体的な収納工夫とお客様の声
それがだいたい机の上とか、高い本棚の上の方とかになってたんですけれども、 It was mostlyon the desk or on the high bookshelf,
それを新たに今回設置する棚の一番上に、それが置けるスペースがあれば、 If you have aspace to put it on the top of the new shelf,
そこで乾かしつつ、その下で何か取って付け加えで作業するっていうようなこともできるかなと思って、 Ithought it would be possible to take somethingunder it while drying it.
そこが作業棚、作業テーブルみたいな感じになるなと思って、考えてご提案しました。 I thoughtit would be like a work table.
ちょっとこれね、お客様にすごく喜んでいただいたんですけれども、 I was very pleasedwith this,
その棚の作り方も、こういうふうにしたら、囲いみたいなのができるから、 The way to makea shelf is like this.
普通にね、フラットな棚の、口頭で説明難しいんですけど、 It's hard to explainin words,
棚の一番上の天板のところをフラットにしちゃうと、 If you make the top ofthe shelf flat,
たまにその奥の隙間に物が落ちちゃうってことはありません? Sometimes things fallinto the gap in the back,
細かいものとかだと。 I thought that was very unpleasantduring production.
実は、天板をちょっと、一番上の棚のとこ、上の段のとこですね、 Actually, there aretwo color boxes that can lower the top of theshelf.
ちょっと下げれるようにできるカラーボックスがニトリにあるんですよ。 There are twocolor boxes that can be lowered a little.
いろいろ、それはランドセル収納とかで、いろいろ見たことがあって、 I've seen a lotof things like that in the land cell storage.
ちょっとこう、横に囲い、横、横って言うんだろう。説明が難しい。 It's a little bitlike this, it's hard to explain.
周りに囲いがあって、ちょっと下に天板があって、 There's a frame around it,and there's a top a little bit below it,
そのことによってランドセルが固定しておけるみたいなね、とかあるんですよね。 That's howthe land cell is fixed.
その作り方っていうのが、いろいろウェブで調べて、 I looked up how to makeit on the web,
この作り方でやってみてくださいっていうふうにご提案をさせていただいたんです。 and I wassuggested to do it this way.
その理由は、製作中のものをそこに置いたときに落ちないようにということで、 The reason isthat when you put what you're making there, youdon't drop it.
ご提案させていただいたら、すごく喜んでくださいました。 I was very happy tohear that.
作り方もね、ご主人も見てくださって、協力してやってくださったそうで、 He saw how tomake it, and he cooperated with me.
本当に完成したのも見せていただけて、すごく私も嬉しかったです。 I was also veryhappy to see that it was completed.
それがあることによって安心して作業ができる、趣味に没頭できるっていうようなことを One ofthe things I'm conscious of is that I can workwith peace of mind.
一つ意識してご提案をしています。 I made a suggestion with that inmind.
ということで、その趣味の場所も新たに収納を作ったわけですけれども、 So I made a newstorage space for that hobby,
そこも集中できる環境に実はなっています。 and it has become a placewhere I can concentrate.
ここまでリールで掛けなかったので、ここだけの話ですね。 I couldn't draw itwith a reel so far, so that's all I can talkabout.
そういうような工夫もしてご提案をさせていただいてます。 I also made asuggestion with that in mind.
やっぱり今まで扉収納の中にあった、大きい収納とか梱包材とかも、 The large storageand packaging materials that were in the doorstorage so far,
小さなコンパクトな収納の中にあって、溢れ出ていた細々したパーツなんかも全部、やっぱりそこに収納することができて、 I was able to store all the small andcompact parts in the small and compact storage,
効率よく動けるようになりましたというふうに言っていただいてますし、 and it hasbecome more efficient.
お仕事上のデスクが、ビフォーアフターで見ていただくと、 As you can see fromthe before and after,
はっきり分かるように、すごくデスク周りすっきりしたんですよね。 it's very cleanaround the desk.
それが、仕事をする時もスペースが広く取れるっていうことになるので、 It means that Ican take up more space when I work,
より仕事にも集中しやすくなりましたということで言っていただいています。 and it'seasier for me to focus on my work.
今回、アンケートをいただいたんですけども、すごく嬉しい言葉をいただきまして、 I receiveda questionnaire this time, and I was very happy toreceive it.
まさに私のためのパーソナライズの提案だったということでした。 It turned out to bea personalized proposal for me.
ネットや本では得られない、自分のためだけの提案だったっていう感想をいただいて、 I wasreally happy to hear that it was a proposal onlyfor me,
本当に嬉しく思いました。 and I can't get it online or inbooks.
整理収納って本当その方に合わせた提案じゃないと、その後が片付けが続かないんですよね。 If it'snot a proposal for that person, it doesn'tcontinue.
なので、そこにね、そういうふうに言っていただけて、 So, I'm really happythat you said that,
ご自身のさらなる活動の楽しみに時間が使えるっていうふうな環境のお手伝いができたということは本当に私も嬉しく思っています。 and I was able to spend more timelooking forward to your activities.
ということで、他にもね、実はこのお部屋、ちょっと工夫しているところがあるので、 So,actually, there are some other things I'm workingon in this room,
ストック収納の改善とプロの視点
その辺はまたね、リールでもう一回リールかな、投稿かな、ちょっと迷ってるんですけども、 so I'dlike to make another video about it.
また作りたいなと思っているんですけれども、 I'd like to make it again,
そのお部屋は、ストック収納のところはリールにしないから、ここで言っておこうかな。 but I'mnot going to talk about stock storage here.
ストック収納のところもすごくスッキリしたんですよ。 It was very refreshing.
それはオンライン片付け相談の60分の間で、チラッとそこが見えて、 It was a 60-minute online consultation, and I could see it.
そこってそんなに今回、重きを置いていない場所だったんですけれども、 It wasn't a veryimportant place this time,
オンラインの相談でつないでるときに、背景にね、そこがすごく映ってしまっていたんですね。 It wasreflected in the background when I was having aconsultation online.
扉を開けたりしたら丸見えになってしまっているっていう状態だったんですね。 It was in astate where you could see everything when youopened the door.
で、というのもあって、オンラインを良くするんですかっていうことを伺ったら、 If I asked,
じゃあ、背景そこでいいのかなっていうところから、そこをね、配置外の話になっていったっていう形だったんですけど、 I was wondering if it was okay to put thebackground there.
その中の収納については、ちょっとね、簡単にやってみましょうかっていうことで、 I thoughtit would be easier to do the storage in the background.
片付けのオンライン中に、お伺いしながら、作業していただきながらやったんですけども、 Then, Idid it while I was having a consultation online.
そしたらね、すぐに整ったんですよ。 Then, it was ready right away.
お客様も実行力がすごいとは思うんですけども、 I think the customers arealso very efficient.
実はね、そこを見てると、ストック品とかがすごく上の方とかにあって、 When I waslooking at it, there were a lot of stock items onthe top,
そこにあると、ご家族とか他の人が取れにくいんじゃないかなっていうことで、 so I thoughtit might be difficult for other people to get it.
もしそれをもっと下の方に下げれたら、家族も小さいお子さんとかでも、 If I could lowerit further, even if it was a small child,
あれ取ってきてって言ったら、取ってきてもらえるようになりますよっていう話をしたんですね。 Itold them to come and get it.
そしたら、「なるほど!」って言われて、 Then, they said,
だったら、もうそれを下段に、そういうスペース作っちゃえば、 I told them that ifI made such a space at the bottom,
いつも置き場所が決まりますよというお話もさせていただいたら、 I would always havea place to put it.
その後、すぐ実践してくださって、 Then, they did it right away,
で、もう床置きがなくなりましたということで、 and the floor was no longerneeded.
すごく整った、また部屋の中がすっきりしたし、 It was very tidy, and theinside of the room was refreshing.
中の方も家族も使いやすいという状況になったんですね。 The inside of the roomwas also easy for the family to use.
これも感想の中でいただいてたのが、 This was also in the commentsection.
自分では当たり前になりすぎて気づかなかった格の配置なんかにも、 They wrote,
プロならではの視点でたくさんアドバイスをいただけて嬉しい限りです。
って書いていただいてました。
やっぱり客観的に見て、それは何でそこに置いてあるの?っていうことを何回かこのお話の中でもしていた中で、 I was asked,
お客様も、あれ、そういえば何でここにしたんだっけ?
あ、そうだそうだ、こうだからこうしたんだ、みたいな理由を伺って、 I was asked,
あ、じゃあそれだったらそこじゃなくて、こっちの方が実は家族も取りやすかったりとか、 In thatcase, it was easier for the family to takepictures,
実は見えにくくなったりとか、視線を隠すのに使えたりとか、 and it was easier tohide their gaze.
いろいろね、おそらく気づきをお渡しすることができたんですよね。 I think I was ableto give them a lot of tips.
なので、その辺、すごく今回実感してもらえたらいい機会だったなというふうに思っています。 So, Ithink it was a good opportunity for them to feelthat way.
まとめとエンディング
ということで、今日のポイントは、収納は量も大事なんですけれども、 Today's point isthat storage is important,
片付けやすさを考えると、位置、片付けやすさだけじゃなくて集中力とか、 but when itcomes to easiness of storage, not only easiness ofstorage, but also concentration,
その使い心地については、やっぱり位置が大事ですよというお話です。 so it's importantto have a good position.
