一つの問いを何の準備もせず考えていきながら話すっていうシリーズをちょっとやってみようかなと思います。I'm going to do a series of talking while thinkingwithout any preparation.
今日のテーマは理想のコミュマネって何?っていう話をしていこうかなと思います。 Today'stheme is what is the ideal copycat?

場によっても違いそうだし、どういうコミュニティに属しているかによっても違いそうですよね。 Itseems to be different depending on the place andwhat kind of community it belongs to.

情報キャッチアップ力みたいな部分は一つめちゃくちゃ大事かなと思います。 I think theability to catch information is very important.
それこそコミュニティって日々変化していくものだなって思うんですよね。 I think thecommunity changes every day.

それはどういう情報かっていうと、本当にいろいろあるんですけど、 There are a lot ofinformation,
一つは、もちろん一人一人がどういう状況になっているかっていうキャッチアップ。 and one is,of course, how each person is doing.
なので、例えば、この人は今ちょっと調子よくなさそうだな、もあれば、 For example,this person doesn't seem to be doing well rightnow,
今すごくこの人前向きだからどんどんどんどん好動に移っているぞ、みたいな、そういうキャッチアップ。but this person is very positive right now, so he's getting more and more positive.

あとは、全体感みたいな部分の情報のキャッチアップ。 Also, it's important howto catch up with the overall situation.
例えば、そうですね、なんか今ってすごいワンワンをしようみたいなムーブが来てるよね、みたいな、 Forexample, this person is trying to have a one-on-one conversation,
いっぱい話したい属性増えてそうだ、みたいな感じのこの全体感であったりとか、 and thisperson seems to have more things to talk about.
あとは、なんか今ってちょっとみんな動きづらくなってるよね、とか、発信しづらくなってるよねっていうこの停滞感。 Also, this feeling of stagnation thateveryone is having a hard time moving orcommunicating right now.
このプラスもマイナスもいろんな、こう、俯瞰したりとか寄っていったりとか、 I think it'sreally important to be able to catch up with theinformation
いろんな目でその情報をキャッチアップする力っていうのはめちゃくちゃ大事かなって思います。 withvarious perspectives, including positive andnegative.
あとは、大事だなって思う。でも本当に情報キャッチアップ力がめっちゃ大事ですよね。 Also, Ithink it's really important to be able to catch upwith the information.
でもこれ一個もう一個思うのは、とはいえ全部情報をキャッチしなくてもいいんじゃないかっていうのもちょっとこれは自分の考え、 Well, I think it's my opinion,
全部自分の考えではあるんですけど、結局見えない情報って必ずあるんですよね。 I mean,there's always information that you can't see.
その参加者にしか見えない情報だったりとか、逆にコミマネとか運営サイドにしか見えない情報とか、Like information that can only be seen by theparticipants, or information that can only be seenby the commissioner or the management side.
なんかこの見えない情報は、見えない情報をこう、 I think it's okay not tosee all the information you can't see.
なんだろうな、全部見なくても結構大丈夫だなっていう部分もあるんですよね。 You don'thave to see it all.
あえて見ないみたいな。 You don't have to see it all.
この参加者しか持ってない情報は、参加者だけで楽しんでもらえる。 You can enjoy theinformation that only the participants have.
余白っていうワードがいいのか、秘密基地っていうワードにするのか、 I don't know whatto call it.
どういう言葉にすると適切かわかんないんですけど、 I don't know what to callit.
この見えない情報まで全てコミマネが見に行く必要ないと思っています。 I don't thinkyou need to see all the information you can't see.
で、これ参加者側の視点で行くと、ちょっと、何て言ったらいいんだろうな。 I think fromthe perspective of the participants,
この見えないところでやる楽しみ感みたいなってめちゃくちゃあると思うんですよね。 I thinkthere's a lot of fun in doing it in a place youcan't see.
何だろう、少年心というのか、子供心というのか、 I don't know if it's a boy's mind or a child's mind,
運営が見えない場所で遊びたい欲みたいな。 I feel like I want to play ina place where I can't see the management.
これ、もしかしたら自分だけかもしれないですけど、めっちゃある気がするんですよ。 Maybe it'sjust me, but I feel like I have a lot.
実は裏でこんなことやってましたの、ワクワクみたいな。 I was actually doingthis behind the scenes.
みんなも喜ばせたいみたいな、サプライズ感みたいな。 I want to make everyonehappy, like a surprise.
で、こういうところまで、このコミマネが関与しようとしに行くと、 I feel like it'sgoing to cool down a little bit
ちょっと冷めちゃうみたいな部分もある気がしてるんですよ。 when you try to getinvolved in this kind of thing.
なので、情報キャッチアップ力は大事ではあるが、 So, it's important to beable to catch the information,

みたいなのが一旦の自分の考えですね。 That's what I think.
でも、ここの塩梅はめっちゃ難しいなっていうのは感じています。 But I feel like it's pretty difficult.
あとはそうですね、理想のコミマネで行くと、 And then, if you follow yourideal way of doing things,
あとはやっぱり言葉力みたいな部分もめっちゃ大事な気がしますね。 I feel like theability to speak is also very important.
なんか言語化力ともまたちょっと違くて、 It's a little different fromthe ability to speak.
なんかこの違和感であったりとかもそうなんですけど、 It's a little weird,
このポジティブな物事に対しても、この見た情報に対して適切な言葉というか、 but theability to put the right words
自分がそこの場にどういう言葉を置くのかっていうのを判断して置ける力みたいな部分って I feellike it's very important to be able to judge
めっちゃ大事な気がするんですよね。 what kind of words you're goingto put there.
このニュアンスめっちゃ難しいんですけど、 This nuance is verydifficult,
この褒めるとか、承認するとか、一方でちょっと深掘りするとか、 complimenting oracknowledging, or digging a little deeper,
なんかそういうのもめっちゃ大事なんですけど、 it's also very important,
自分がどういう言葉を使って関わるかとか、 what kind of words you'regoing to use,
この場にどういう言葉を置くと、 what kind of words you're going toput there,
どういう変化が起きるのかみたいな部分を考えて、 what kind of changes aregoing to happen,
コミュニケーションを取る部分、 and how you're going tocommunicate with them.
この繊細な感じのキビをキャッチするみたいな部分が I feel like it's veryimportant
めっちゃ大事だなって思うんですよね。 to be able to catch thisdelicate nuance.
で、なんでこう思うかっていうと、 When I think about it,
自分が参加者だった時に、 when I was a participant,
すごいチームの状況が良い時があったんですよ。 there was a time when theteam was doing really well.
で、本当まだチームが出来上がったばっかみたいな状況の時で、 When the team wasjust starting out,
でもなんかお互いが言いたいことを言えてるような感覚があるし、 but there was asense of each of us saying what we wanted to say,
どこかまだ全部安心感があるかっていうと、 and there was still a senseof insecurity
少し、本当立ち上がったばっかりっていう部分もあって不安があるみたいな。 and there wasalso a sense of uneasiness
ずっとそこに居てくれたコミマネは見てくれてたんですよね。 When I was aparticipant, everyone was watching me.
あんまりこう、中に介入せずにそっと見守ってくれてたみたいな。 They were watchingme without interfering.
でも、このチームミーティングをちょうどしてた最後の終わり際ぐらいの時に、 But at theend of the team meeting,
この4人ってすごくバランスが良いよねっていう一言をくれたんですよ。 these 4 peopletold me that we had a good balance.
で、なんかそれを深く説明するとかじゃなくて、 They didn't explain it indetail,
このバランスが良いよねっていうワードを一つ置いてくれたんですよね。 but they told methat we had a good balance.
でも、本当にそうだなって思ったんですよ。 But I really thought so.
しかも、これ自分だけが思ったんじゃなくて、4人ともそう感じたんですよね。 And it wasn'tjust me, but the 4 of us felt that way.

でも、その4人がなんとなく感じてたけど、 But the 4 of us somehow feltthat way,
別に伝えてなかったことを、このコミマネの視点でこう感じるんだよっていうのを置いてくれたおかげで、but we didn't tell them what we felt from theperspective of the team.
自分の役割であったりとか、ここの場にどういうことをしたら、 I felt that it waseasier for me to do
みんなに喜んでもらえる貢献ができるのか、みたいな部分がすごくやりやすくなったみたいな部分があったんですよ。 what I could do to make everyone happy.
そんな感じで、本当に些細な一言かもしれないんですけど、 I know it's a trivialthing to say,
すごい影響ってあると思うんですよね。 but I think it has a bigimpact.
だからこの言葉力、どういう言葉をその場に置くかっていう部分は大事なんじゃないかなと思います。 SoI think it's important to know how to put thewords into action.
理想のコミマネっていうより、良いコミマネに必要なスキルみたいな部分を話してるような気がします。 Ifeel like I'm talking about the skills you need tobe a good comedian.
あとは、でも純粋に楽しむ力もめちゃくちゃ大事なんじゃないかなって思います。 I think thepower to have fun is also very important.
一歩引いちゃうというか、いろいろ考えることも多いし、見るところも多いし、 I tend tothink a lot and see a lot of things,
やっぱり正解のない仕事だなって思うので、不安になることとかはやっぱりあるなとは感じるんですよね。but I think it's a job with no right answer.
とはいえ、やっぱり良いコミュニティってすごい楽しそうなコミマネがいると思います。 But Ithink there are a lot of people in a good community who seem to have a lot of fun.
その場を楽しんでくれる安心感というか、やっぱそれってコミマネだったりとか、 Despitebeing a comedian, there are people who seem tohave a lot of fun in a good place.
コミマネに関わらず、良い場ってやっぱり楽しそうな人がいるよなっていう。 There arepeople who seem to have a lot of fun in a goodplace.
この人がいたら、この場ってすごい明るくなったりとか楽しいと思える場って絶対そうだと思うんですよね。I'm sure there are people who think this place isvery bright and fun.
だから、一番大事かもですね。楽しむ力があるみたいな。 So I think the mostimportant thing is to have the power to enjoy it.
何があっても楽しんでくれるだろうっていう安心感。 A sense of security thatyou can enjoy whatever happens.
やっぱコミマネが怖い顔とか、なんか深刻な顔してたら不安になりますもんね。 If you have ascary face or a serious face, you'll be anxious.
本当にこんなことしていいのかなとか、こんなこと言っていいのかなみたいな。 Like, can Ireally do this? Can I say this?
それでも、「いや、いいよ。めちゃくちゃ。」みたいな風に言ってくれる人が一人でもいる安心感ってやっぱ大事だと思うので。 I think it's important to have a sense ofsecurity that even one person can say,
理想のコミマネは楽しそうにしてるコミマネかもしれないですね。 so the ideal copyand paste may be a fun copy and paste.
っていう感じで、ずっと考えながら話すシリーズでした。 It was a series ofthinking and talking.
ちょっとこの理想のコミマネ像みたいな部分はいろんな人に聞いてみたいですし、 I'd like toask a lot of people about this ideal copy andpaste,
自分でももっと考えていきたいなと思ってます。 and I'd like to think moreabout it.
自分は今本当にちょっと去年1年半ぐらいコミマネを今お仕事としてしてるんですけど、 I've beendoing this job for about a year and a half lastyear,
やっぱめちゃくちゃ楽しいなって思うし、 and I think it's a lot of fun.

この編集っていう行為とこのコミュニティを考えてこうアクションを起こすに何か繋がる部分であったりとか、but I'd like to think about this act of editingand this community,
そういうこともっといろいろ考えていきたいなと思っています。 so I'd like to thinkabout it more.
