シャンプーお上手ですね、というのは失礼になるかもしれないと思い、言葉を飲み込みました。
シャンプー以外の施術もとても丁寧で素晴らしかったのですが、やはり上手い伝え方が分からず伝えられませんでした。
私自身、かつて接客業に就いていたことがあり、ちょっとしたお礼の言葉や気遣いを嬉しく思ったことがあるので、
素敵だなと思ったことはなるべく言葉にして伝えたいと思っているのですが、
上から言っているように聞こえたら嫌だな、逆に失礼になってしまうかなといろいろ考えてしまい、上手く伝えられません。
お二人はショウさんの言葉を店員さんに伝えますか?伝えるとしたらどのような伝え方がいいでしょうか?
また、ケビンさんとヤマちゃんさんだったらそういうことを伝えてほしいですか?
それとも言葉にせず心の中でそっと思うだけにしてほしいですか?
