On the 1st, Oizumi Police Station arrested 49-year-old Inoue Naoki of Oizumi Town on suspicion of disability for hitting his 76-year-old father, who lives with him, over the head with a metal tool.
According to the police, he is suspected of hitting his father over the head with a 25cm-long metal tool while he was sleeping at home at around 1am on the 1st, causing injuries.
