日本語の失礼しますにとらわれず、Is everything good?と聞いたり、お茶やお水のおかわりを聞いたりすることでより自然な接客ができるようになりました。

さて、今回は新たな疑問が出てきましたのでトピックにしていただけると嬉しいです。
それはお客様を呼ぶときの形象です。
基本的にパッと見て男性だと思ったらミスター、女性だと思ったらミス、ミズかミズ、MS、ミズをつけてミスをつけて予約の名前で呼ぶようにしているのですが、
相手の性別がわからないときやファミリーなど複数人に対して呼びたいときにどんな形象をつけてお呼びするのがいいか迷います。
確かに複数人でいるときとかね。
はたまた、昨今のジェンダーレスの中、ミスターやミスといった形象をつけて呼ばれることに不快感や違和感を抱く方もいるのではと考えると、中性的な形象は英語には存在するのかと気になっています。
ケビンさんは日本生活が長くなっていると思いますが、アメリカや海外で丁寧にお客様をお呼びするとき、ミスターやミス以外で男性向けでも女性向けでもない中性的な形象は存在するのでしょうか。

The singular they, them. This is a widely accepted way to refer to someone whose gender is unknown.
Similar to how you might already use it in a conversation without realizing.
Examples. Could I get you something? Could I get you something else? Their table is ready, instead of his or her table is ready.
Could I get that for you? Instead of asking, can I get that for him or her?
Kind of obvious.

But, yeah, I guess, maybe, it's hard.

You don't have, like, Mr. and Mrs. version of they, them.
