I remember one thing.
You just mentioned the cheating hack.

I can imagine if you were in Japan, like Japanese airport,
and the ground staff-san would be very, very polite
and just, yeah, I can kind of imagine that.
But when I went to France last year,
all the ground staffs were very, very not Japanese-like.
They were very, very slow.
Very, very, I don't know.
How should I explain that?
Like, I don't give a fuck about your life.

They're like, too late.
Too late, buddy. Go home.
They were very, very, I don't know,
unlike Japanese service.
So, yeah.
It may work in Japan, but here in France, you're like...
I took a flight from Nice to Paris.
That's like southern side to northern side,
like a domestic flight.
And it was a relatively small airplane.
You have three seats, three seats.
That's enough.
You know, it's a smaller one.
And as you may know, last summer was very, very hot in France.
It was like 40 degrees outside.
And what terrible was they don't have any ACs,
like strong ACs inside.
They have some, like, I don't know,
like very, very old, doesn't work properly ACs.
But it didn't work properly.
So it was very hot inside.
And the flight was being delayed.
So everybody had to wait inside.
Yeah, inside.
It was a small airplane.
It was very hot.
AC didn't work.
Everybody was kind of sweating.
Sounds like a nightmare.
Yeah.
And then there's this captain or CA,
sounds of whoever, announcing.
We're kind of being late.
Don't know why.
Oh, shit.
It's like, don't know why we're being late.
Just keep saying, oh, God, please.
Just...
They were...
You know, it just realizes how professional Japanese are,
you know?
Yeah.
And that was like 10 minutes announcement.
Like, oh, we're kind of late.
So at the beginning, 10 minutes late.
So let's say the flight was...
The takeoff?
Takeoff time was 12.
Yeah.
And then no announcement until 12, 10.
OK.

And then finally, like 12, 10.
Well, 10 minutes, but no problem.
It's just 10 minutes.
We're OK.
So just relax.
Don't care about it.
And then like 15 minutes, 20 minutes.
And then 20 minutes, announcement.
We're like, oh, we're kind of late.
Don't know why.
Maybe some problem.
Maybe we don't know.
We're not sure.
Just wait for the information.
And then 30 minutes after that, very high.
It's like, don't know why.
Don't know why.
It's getting more like you can feel the frustration in them.
Yeah.
There's no information.
I don't know why.
We needed to wait one hour inside a plane.
OK.
The delay was one hour.
OK.
It was very, very hard.
Yeah.
There's nothing inside.
It's a very small plane.
And everybody was like sweating.
Right.
But the captain was like...

It's not my fault.

And then the CAs did a really good job.

Not a single person was injured or no death.
And adding on to that, most of the crew, cabin crew, was a junior.

They were fresh.

I don't know how much of a freshman they were, but like they were new.
They were new.
Wow.
And so like all around the world, it was like, wow.
Yeah.
Kudos.
Totally.
Kudos to Japan.
I mean, I'm sure all the other countries, cabin crews are professionals.

But like I can't help but think that if that was some other country, I mean, I should stop.
I should stop saying this, but I was like, wow.

I remember, so that same plane, there's American husband and wife sitting inside.
And the lady was kind of being mad.

Are you talking about the same aircraft?

The same small aircraft that was being very late?

And she was very upset.
And then she was like, excuse me.
Like, you know those like ladies that, you know, hey, excuse me.
Sure.
And then, I don't know, like start like fighting against the CSMs.
Oh, like Karen's?
Those ones.
Karen's, yeah.
Yeah, kind of like that.
And then...
Was she French?
No, no, no.
She was American lady.
She was American, okay.
Okay.
And fighting against French CSM.
The French cabin crews, okay.
Yeah.
And she was very, kind of like funny.
Okay.
The Karen side has like very American spirit.
And just, I needed to be, I need to be like explained why this is late.
Yeah.
Or like the reason and like, you know, the payback, the flight fees or like...
Yeah, yeah, like refund.
Compensations and refunds and everything.
She said about those things.
Like, kind of, she was about to sue her company.
Yeah.
Kind of like that.

And the CSM was like...
