and they don't, they don't do like a 内見紹介 or like 物件 proposals. They don't do that.
What they do is that I have to find... Your own 物件, yes. Yeah, and then I send that
information to that company. Okay. And then they would, they're gonna like proceed the whole,
you know, 手続き things. Okay, so you don't get to go see the actual 物件? Right, right. Okay,
right. Yeah. But the thing is, you don't have to pay 仲介手数料. Okay. It's where zero,

Whereas if you go to the like usual 不動産屋さん, then 一ヶ月分. Yeah, sure. Yeah.

charge you. Okay. So like what they do is like they charge you for a one month 中華業料, but at the
same time, they're charging that side too for the one month 中華業料. And then they've got
two month fee. Yeah. They become rich. Yeah. It's what they're classically doing. Yeah. So
what they explain is you don't have to pay for one month because they're getting one month fee
from that side. Okay. So that's what basically explains how they do. Ah, I see. Yeah. And then
in case the owner side doesn't pay 1か月分の中華業料, then the company will charge you
