I know if somebody is very good at something.
Like do it naturally.
Like genius people
on any field.
They don't know how to do it.
They don't know how to explain it
because they can just do it.
I don't know.

Just as much as I think
my opinion matters
just as anybody else.
What I also do is I look at
the characters of the people.
And if one person is a leader
and if the meeting is working
then I try to
support the leader as much as possible.
And if there's no leader
then I guess I would try
my best to be a leader.
And try to assign people
to be my supporter.

enter into a meeting and then
there's some other corporate people in there.
We'd all agree on who was the asshole.

and the other four, five,
I would say five guys.
Almost everybody was like
stupid.
They sound like stupid.
They sound stupid.
But they are doing the argument
and they are
making somehow

deal with that?
Well then if you think everybody's
stupid and everybody's wrong,
you just have to go in there
and be like, hey,
I know we got to the conclusion of this
but I am kind of questioning
the whole base of this.

I'm looking at it differently.

reaching agreement.
