スターバックスのソイラテシステム
さて、私は今スタバで一人パソコン作業をしています。
フリーランスで事務所を持たない私はいろんなカフェを移動して
はしごして作業をしています。
スタバはあまり優先度が高くないのですが、たまに利用します。
ところで私はソイラテが好きです。
いつもマイタンブラーに入れてもらいます。
問題は注文する際のことです。
ソイラテを購入するとレシートともう一枚
ソイミルクを使っているという証明のレシートが発行され
これをドリンクを受け取る際に引き換えるように言われます。
このシステム自体に文句はないのですが、
めちゃくちゃ空いていてお客さんは一人もいないのに
必ずそのレシートを渡され
ドリンクを受け取るコーナーでチケットを渡すように釘を刺されます。
私はこういう機械的な接客がとっても苦手で
少しイライラします。
お客さんは私しかいないし
必要ないのではないですか?
ソイラテって間違いないですよね?と言ってもダメです。
場所を変えて別のスタバで数件試しましたが
どうしてもこの縛りを破って臨機応変に
人間的な対応をしてくれる店員さんはいませんでした。
スタバは外資系ということで
昔は接客が日本にはない
オープンで人間的な印象でした。
それが最近は機械的というか。
私は高校で授業をすることもあり
高校生にカフェに行くと聞くと
行かないけどスタバには行くと言います。
スタバはカフェではなく
ファーストフード店らしいです。
今ならなるほどと頷けます。
美味しいコーヒーが飲めて
少しおしゃれな気分に手軽になれて
作業もはかどるのでもっと利用したいのですが
これが理由で優先度は高くないです。
ケビンさんは以前スタバで働いていたということで
これについてどう思われるのかご意見をお伺いしたいです。
またヤマちゃんはコーヒー好きということで
ソイラテなど頼まないかもしれませんが
私と同じ立場ならどう思うか
また店員さんの立場ならどう思うかもお聞かせください。
