Welcome to Kevin's English Room Podcast. What's up guys? How's it going? Hello. This one for today. Okay.
Okay. So, this is from...
All right, pick another message. Okay, sure, sure, sure. All right.
So, this is Kuro-san. Kuro-san? I think the guy we picked in the last episode today. Oh,
okay. Yeah, okay. But Kuro-san. Thank you.
時間解放ショー。Time-releasing show.
Thank you. Thank you. My 時間解放ショー, by the way. Oh, yeah. Still going on.
Still active. Still very... Very active? Yeah, not as bad as a half a year ago,
where it was like at maximum. Okay. Where like you'd get it all the time. That's where you start
treatment? Yeah. Half a year ago? Yeah. I don't remember, but yeah, somewhere around there.
And it's getting better? Yeah, I feel like it's gradually, very gradually getting better and
better. Okay. At least on my left side, it's gotten very good. Oh. Yeah. There are some days
where I don't get it at all. Okay. But on the right side, it's still... Okay. Get it sometimes.
The doctors told me... My doctor told me that, you know, like if it worked on your left side,
it will eventually work on your right too. So, let's keep on going. Okay. That's what he said.
Is that how it works? Yeah, that's what he said. Okay. Oh, no, he was like,
if it worked on your left, then it must work on your right too. So like, yeah, let's keep on going.
03:04
Yeah. I see. Yeah. So you're taking medicine now? I'm taking Campo. Campo. Yeah. Okay. Motherfucking
Campo. But it's working, right? Yeah. Like gradually. Gradually. Yeah. Yeah. You're not
happy with that? I mean, yeah. I mean, I wanted it to... I wanted it to fix much earlier. Like,
I hope to have like a good treatment where I can, you know, boom, fix. But like, it just,
it wasn't like that. Right. You know, unfortunately. Yeah. You need time. I need time. I
needed time, I guess. Yeah. And you have to eat things and get more fat. Fatter. Yeah. Yeah. Yes.
Get my BMI up. So that you fix your disease. Yes. That's very interesting as a story. Oh,
yeah. Yeah. I know. I know. How's it going? Oh, yeah. So I bought a weight scaler. Yeah. I told
you this before, right? Yeah. I bought a weight scaler and I've been digitally recording all my
data. Yeah. And check it out. You're doing it every day? Doing it every day.
And you're eating things? Try as much as possible? What I'm doing, it's not so much of like eating as
much as possible. It's more like, let's level down my professional health doings. Okay. I see.
Yeah. I see. You know, so like maybe not taking in vinegar before every meal,
like things like that. Maybe just not go for wakames every time before I take a meal.
I see. So you haven't changed your meal itself. You're still like having like getting mice and
yeah. Yeah. Okay. You're not taking like hamburgers or pizzas?
Oh, you know, hamburgers and pizzas. It's yeah, it's gotten it's I've added it more to my diets.
Okay. Okay. But not as like drastically as what you're imagining. Okay. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Much
more subtle. Okay. So this is my BMI level. Okay. Oh, is it? So my first recording was,
I guess, September 30th. It's right now here. So it's like, it's getting, you know,
yeah, it's an up and down every day. But like, I would say average, it's going higher. Yeah,
it's going up. It's getting higher. Yeah. True. It's like, like this. Yeah. Right. Yeah.
So doing good. I'm doing good. I'm not. Yeah, I'm doing, I'm doing okay. Yeah. Yeah. Right. So
06:04
we'll see. Do you have like goal or something? I don't have an actual number of goal that I
want to get to. Okay. Yeah. How much is the best BMI? Like the exact BMI? I mean, I don't know
like if you have like a range. Yeah. There's a range of like the desired BMI. Yeah. So the desired
BMI. 22 is the average. And if you're over 25 and under 18.5, then you start to get a lot of
trouble. I see. So the 22 is the, I guess that's the best. Yeah. Well, okay. Mine's kind of,
it's getting closer. Yeah. So true. But I mean, it's not so much off though. Yeah. I mean,
exactly in the range, you know, this isn't like this number where like, oh, you have to make a
difference, man. Yeah. Like, like, I feel like a doctor would look at it and be like, you're doing
a good job. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. So I'm going to ask you for a medical advice. And I know you don't
have the knowledge or the profession or any skill to answer this question, but I'm going to ask you,
yeah, I would, I would reply to you. Okay. But you're going to probably, right. Because I give
you the answer. Okay. I will, I will rely you on this one. If you, so, okay. So for my whole life,
I've eaten kind of, you know, kind of on the junkier side, you know, I've had hamburger,
I see pizzas, pastas, you know, my glucose level goes up a lot, you don't get sleepy and, you know,
and I'm not so fat, but like, okay, I was a little bit, my stomach, you know, got a little
bit chubby, you know, kind of like, oh, you know, there's the fat going on, you know, but not so
much, you know, but yeah, so and I was okay. My health wasn't bad. Yeah. But in my head, I knew
it was not healthy to eat hamburgers and pizzas all the time. Yeah. Yeah. So that was how my life
was. One day, I wanted to invest in my health. Yeah. So I changed drastically. You know,
I'm eating veggies, vitamins, fiber, all these good stuff that are good for your body after
doing a lot of research. Yeah. And after doing that, about a year, I lost a lot of weight,
not knowingly, not knowingly. You didn't even notice. I didn't even suffer from hunger.
So, yeah, right. I lost a lot of weight. And I've gotten, my body's gotten weaker
09:04
to diseases. I get sick more. Okay. Yes. Okay. Yeah. And that's what's happening. But I know
that what I'm taking in right now, like, is very healthy. Yeah. Like, that's so much better
than what I was eating. So, do you think the problem lies under the sudden change of my diet?
Because it changed so fast, my body was not able to adapt. You think that's the problem that I'm
having right now? So, should I have done this much more gradually, you know, instead of going
full-on energy on this health, super healthy life? Or is that not the problem? Should I just
keep going with the super healthy life and my body would someday catch up to its potential and
be very healthy? So, yeah, my choices are to put my, to have it gradually get healthier and healthier.
Or should I just keep going on this full-ass healthy mode? I need an answer, my friend.
As a professional doctor. As a professional doctor who is not, yeah, who do not have the
license. Yeah. As a professional doctor. Yes. You keep what you're eating. Keep what I'm eating?
Yeah. Stay on the healthy track. Yeah. Wait, wait, wait. That was not clear to me. Sorry.
Keep what, keep what I'm eating is, that depends on what I'm eating right now. The healthiest.
The healthiest style. As you can do. The healthiest. Yes. I should do it the healthiest way. Yes.
Your body is going to be adapting. Oh, okay. My body will adapt. For one day. Someday. I see. I
see. How long do you think it's going to take for me to. As a professional doctor. As a professional
doctor who do not have any license. From a year to three years. Okay. Yeah. All right. Why not
just do it gradually? Because you've changed already, right? Yeah. Drastically. Yeah. So
you just keep it. You just keep it. Your body is now just adapting, adjusting. Oh, okay. I see.
It needs time. It needs time. Yeah. So if I go back to my unhealthy, it would redo the whole
adjustment thing. Yeah. It's going to do another bad shit. Your body will be like confused.
I see. Yeah. I see. So one year, from one year to three years. As a professional doctor. It needs
time. It needs time. Okay. It needs time. Yeah. It needs time. It needs time. Oh, I see. I have
a different question. Yeah. So. Whatever you want me to ask. Oh, yeah. I would be. Please,
please. Yeah. So. As a professional doctor. As I am doing this super healthy life. So I went to
Hokkaido the other day. Yeah. Right. And I ate a lot of unhealthy stuff because, you know, gourmet
is a big part of trips and vacations, right? Yeah. And I feel like the damages are a lot bigger than
12:05
when I, when I, when my lifestyle was so much used to eating junk food regularly. This level
and then suddenly like that. Yeah. My damage. I can feel my body being damaged so much more.
What do you think about this? Do you think, um, do you think I should just, you know,
lean a little bit towards more of the junky food so I can enjoy like a vacation or should I just
keep going with the full on lifestyle? Yeah. You should keep going on the full. Okay. Yeah. Don't
eat any, any good. What do you mean? Don't any, don't eat any delicious foods. Oh, like junk food.
Yeah. Like unhealthy stuff. No, those just keep going. Just keep going. Just keep going. Oh,
I see. Yeah. As a professional. As a professional, unlicensed professional doctor. Got it. Got it.
Yeah. Understood. Understood. Thank you. Yeah. Thank you. I needed that advice. I really did.
As a friend. As a friend. Yeah. I think you should take a little bit like
take some step back and just keep the balance between. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Cause you've just
gone so like this side to this side. Yeah. Right. I think like, and then.
And then just go back again, go back to the middle and then just readjust it to where you were.
Yeah. Cause if you, even you step back a few steps, you're still very healthy.
Yeah. I mean getting a lot of good stuff in my body. Yeah. Yeah. Then
cause losing those like delicious foods and junky meals. Yeah. That's, that's happy. Right. Yeah.
That's one of the biggest joy. Enjoyment of your life. That's true. Right. Yeah. Yeah. As a friend.
Yeah. As a friend. I'd say so. Thank you. Yeah. But as a professional doctor,
as a professional unlicensed doctor. Yes. Going on. Keep going on. Do the healthy shit. Yeah.
It needs time. It needs time. From one year to three years. Gotcha. Gotcha. Right. Very
persuasive. Yeah. All right. Thanks for listening guys. Bye-bye.
