Alright.
Are you okay?
Yeah, I keep hitting this pole on the desk here.
It's this pole in a position that I'm not used to.
Yeah, it's like the leg is not all the way to the edge.

Thank you.
Good luck with your TOEIC.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Okay.
All right.
I'm actually on a, what they call a 16-hour diet.
Oh, really?
When you don't eat anything for 16 hours.
Now you're doing that?
I'm trying that, yeah.
Great.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I think I like it.
Oh, you like it?
Yeah.
I'm not sure if you remember, but like last year, I guess I tried that.
Yeah, you were doing a similar thing, right?
Yeah, yeah.
Not having food for the same 16 hours.
Yeah.
It was, from my experience, it made me quite mentally sharp.
Okay.
Kind of makes me like stable, always like calm and physically sharp too.
So in that way, that was good, effective.
But at the same time, as your mental get like quite, you know, always calm, you don't have
any like bring up yeah vibe.
Okay.
At the same time, you'll be always stable.
Got it.
So that energy moment, is that like, is that the similar feeling when you eat like a really
junky food and then like you're like full stuff, you're like fulfilled and energetic,
is that what's missing you think?
Yeah, that's one.
And also, you know, all do you know that food, daily routine made me mentally stable.
So I wasn't had, I wasn't, I mean, I didn't felt, I didn't feel the like strong energy
inside me.
Oh, okay.
Kind of like, I always, you know, you're always laid back and yeah, little far from distance
and not like, like energetic and quite motivated, but it's like, quite calm, like always, you
know, concentrated, like kind of.
Is that a good thing or?
Good thing.
It's like you can always working, you can always like concentrate into things.
06:07
Yeah.
Well, I mean, at the same time, not having that energy burst is the same thing as like,
if you flip it around, it's like you don't have that much of a downtime.
Yeah.
It's also like, if you look at it with different goggles.
True, true.
That's the, I guess that's the biggest merit of doing that.
Like for me, you don't have any downtime.
So you always not like tired.
Yeah, always, always up.
Uh huh.
Uh huh.
Yeah, I see.
But as I had, you know, experience of no strong energy come from my inside of me, so I quit
doing that.
Okay, I see.
Yeah, I've tried having little waves in me.
So, yeah.
So the boss has, you know, have good things and bad things at the same time.
For me, I started this thing.
I started this 16 hour diet.
When did I start?
Okay.
Yeah.
And I followed through for four days out of the seven.
Okay.
Yeah.
So three days I had to like I was with somebody like I was drinking with friends or something
like that.
So like it's not my fault.
Yeah, when I had the control, I was I followed through.
Yeah, yeah, that's good.
Yeah, so I'm still I'm still doing it.
And so far, I don't feel like I'm at a loss of energy, nor am I at this state of like
calmness or stable.
I'm not feeling any of it.
Just nothing.
Just same as usual.
Always sober.
Just always numb.
Okay.
Like, I would say that in the morning, I feel hungrier.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And there's a time where even if I'm hungry in the morning, it's not 16 hours yet.
So I have to be active for two hours with with a hungry stomach.
Yeah, that's there.
I mean, that's about it.
That's about the only difference I can feel.
Yeah.
Okay.
I hope it.
I hope it works out.
I hope it really changed my fat.
09:01
Yes.
Losing my fat.
But so far, so bad.
Not I haven't seen any progress yet.
Okay.
Yeah.
Okay.
Well, you know, everyone has everybody's each own best way.
So it's always a good thing to try new ways.
Exactly.
And exactly.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And one more, you know, merit of 16 hours non-food diet.
Yeah.
Is for your, what do you call that?
E?
No, that's cho.
Kidney?
Kidney?
Kidney?
Kidneys?
Kidneys.
That's kanzo?
Yeah.
Jinzo?
Yeah.
Oh, anyways, for daichou.
Yeah.
Or shouchou.
Yeah.
And let them empty so that, you know, inside there are so many bacterias and so many, so
many living creatures inside our body.
Yeah.
And they can do some, their things.
Is that a bad thing?
It's a good thing.
It's a good thing.
Really, really good thing.
Oh, okay.
Keep your meneki stronger.
Okay, really?
Yeah.
Keep your inner things cleaner.
Well, that's good.
Powerful.
That's good.
Yeah.
So that's also one good huge makeup side.
What are some of the things that you can actually eat during the 16 hour blank?
You can drink water, right?
Yeah.
Can you drink milk?
I don't know.
I heard water and also nuts.
You can eat nuts.
Okay.
Thanks.
Okay.
That's cool.
That's it?
Okay.
Got it.
Got it.
Got it.
Got it.
Got it.
Yeah.
Any other recommendation?
Just a one last quick recommendation that you can give because she kind of wanted advice
on which diet and method.
Play with your friends.
Ah.
Outside.
Soccer.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's...
Move your body with your friends.
Yeah.
That's good.
Yeah.
Move your body with your friends.
Yeah.
Exactly.
I understand.
I understand.
It's different from you do alone.
Yeah.
That's...
I think you have a really good point.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
All right.
