本題：リアルな体験の重要性
リアルに勝るものはないというテーマでお話ししようと思いますが、 Today's theme is,there is nothing better than reality.
今4時52分なんですけど、5時からちょっと別の予定が入っているので、いつもより少し短い時間の放送になるかなというふうに思いますが、 It's 4.52 now, but I have anotherschedule from 5 o'clock, so I think it will be alittle shorter than usual.

自分自身ね、すごく今オンラインで仕事をすることがめちゃくちゃ多くて、 I've beenworking online a lot lately.
何だったらこの後ね、5時から予定が入っているものもオンライン、 I've been workingonline since 5 o'clock,
この後今日夜8時からもオンラインって形で予定が入っているんですけど、 and I've beenworking online since 8 o'clock tonight.
やっぱりリアルに勝るものはないなーっていうのを強く感じます。 I think there isnothing better than reality.
自分自身、教員、学校の先生として、 As a teacher,
リアルで子供たちに向かって授業をすることが多かったかなーって思うんですけど、 I think I've been teaching a lot to my students in reallife,
やっぱりリアルがいいですよね。 but I think reality is better.
自分自身、そのメンタル講習って形で、 I teach them mental training,
今、小学校だったりとか中学校だったりとか何箇所か入らせていただくんですけど、 likeelementary school and junior high school,
やっぱりリアルでやってる時の子供たちの表情であったりとか、 but I think it'sdifferent from reality,
自分の熱の入り方っていう部分でやっぱり違うなーっていう風に感じてます。 like the waythey express their passion.
もちろんね、こういう形でスタイフだったりとかインスタだったりとかで、 Of course, I'vebeen doing a lot of things on SNS,
SNSって形でも自分はね、いろんなことをやらせてはいただいているんですけども、 like Skypeand Instagram,
やっぱりリアルで会ってなんか話したりとかそういった形にどんどん持っていけることをしたいなっていう風に思っているんですよね。 but I want to be able to talk to themin a real way.
リアルな体験の具体例：合宿の構想
自分自身、このスポーツメンタルっていうものに関しても、 I think there's noreal way
伝えていく中で、やっぱりリアルで伝える方法ってないのかなと思ってて、 to tell themabout sports mental training.
なんかね、自分はね、その合宿みたいなものをね、やれないかなって思っていて、 I think Ican't do something like a training camp.
1泊2日、2泊3日とかで、どこかで泊り掛けで、全然知らない人たちが、子供たちが、親が集まって、There are people who don't know at all, and thereare parents who don't know at all,
そこで一緒にメンタルについて学んで、そして一緒にご飯を食べて、 and they learnabout mental training together, and they eattogether,
一緒に笑い、泣き、そんな体験ができるようなものが作れないかなっていう風に思って、 and theylaugh and cry together, and I think I can makesomething like that.
実は、黙論でます。 I'm actually thinking about it.

私は学校の先生だったからこそ、余計に思うんですよね。 that I can feel thereal pleasure of it.
