今回は、最近よく聴いているポッドキャスト『OVER THE SUN』について話します。
私にとってポッドキャストは、情報を得るだけではなく、「自分より少し先を歩いている人」が何を考え、どんな働き方や生き方をしているのかを知るための大切な場所でもあります。身近にブレインストーミングできる相手が少ないからこそ、こうした番組から多くの刺激を受けています。
一方で、日本のポッドキャストで語られる働き方やマインドセットは、スイスで暮らす自分にはそのまま当てはまらないこともあります。それは誰が悪いということではなく、社会や働き方そのものが違うからこそ感じるギャップです。
そんな違いも含めて考える時間が、私にとっては面白く、大切なインプットになっています。
今回は、『OVER THE SUN』をきっかけに、働き方や海外で暮らすことについて考えた雑談です。
In this episode, I talk about one of the podcasts I've been enjoying recently: OVER THE SUN.
For me, podcasts are more than a source of information. They're a way to hear how people who are a little further along in life or in their careers think about work, creativity, and everyday life. Since I don't always have people around me to brainstorm with, these conversations often become an important source of inspiration.
At the same time, I sometimes notice that the mindset around work discussed in Japanese podcasts doesn't always translate to life in Switzerland. It's not that anyone is right or wrong—the social and professional cultures are simply very different.
Rather than seeing this as a problem, I find it interesting to reflect on those differences and think about what they mean for my own life.
This episode is a conversation about OVER THE SUN, work, and the experience of living between different cultures.
