今日のテーマなんですけれども、今日はプライベート会ということで、 Today's theme isa private meeting.
みなさま、スーパーに行くときにお肉を買うと思うんですけれども、 When you go to thesupermarket, I think you buy meat.
そのお肉を買うときに、細切れ、切り落とし、バラ肉というふうな三つがあると思うんですけれども、When you buy meat, there are three things, such aspieces, cuts, and ribs.
この三つ、明確にこういうものだよと言える方って、なかなかいらっしゃらないんじゃないかなと思います。I don't think there are many people who can saythese three things clearly.
そこで今日は、この細切れ、切り落とし、バラ肉、この三つがですね、 So today, I'mgoing to tell you what these three things are.
どういったものを表しているのかということをですね、お伝えするとともにですね、 I'm goingto tell you what they represent,
言葉の定義というものがなぜ必要なのか、これについて迫ってまいろうかなと思っております。 I'mgoing to tell you why the definition of words isnecessary.
なのでね、スーパーに行くときにどのお肉を買えばいいのかとかね、悩まれている方もいらっしゃると思いますので、 So I think some of you are wondering whichmeat to buy when you go to the supermarket.

さあ、それではね、本題に入っていこうかなと思いますが、 Now, let's get to thepoint.
皆様、知っておりますでしょうか? Do you know?
切り落とし肉、細切れ肉、バラ肉、これら3つがですね、違ってくるということなんですけれども、 Cutting meat, chopped meat, roasted meat, these threeare different.
まあ、まずですね、細切れ肉と切り落とし肉とバラ肉ってなんか結構似てるんですね、文字に表した瞬間に。Well, first of all, chopped meat, chopped meat,and roasted meat are quite similar.
でも、これは一つ一つ、実は全然違う意味がございます。 But each of them has acompletely different meaning.
なので、そこをちゃんと理解することによってですね、料理の幅も広がってまいりますので、 So, byunderstanding it properly, the scope of the dishwill expand.
で、ちゃんとしたお肉を使わないとですね、意外に間違った肉を使ってしまうと、なんか違うなぁみたいな感じになってしまうので、 So, if you don't use proper meat, you'll feel like something's different when you usewrong meat.

で、こっちが安いから、みたいなね。 For example, I think thatchopped meat is cheaper,

切り落としよりか細切れの方が安いと思うんですね。 but I think chopped meatis cheaper than chopped meat.
えーと、バラ肉と比べても、たぶん細切れの方が安いはずです。 I think chopped meatis cheaper than chopped meat.
スーパーによって違うと思うんですけど、確か違う、細切れの方が安いはずですね。 I think itdepends on the supermarket, but I think choppedmeat is cheaper.
で、なんで、じゃあ細切れいつも買ってまーすみたいな方もいらっしゃると思うんですけど、 So, I'msure some of you always buy chopped meat,
その細切れ肉と切り落とし肉とバラ肉というのは、そもそも明確な違いがありますよということでございます。but there is a clear difference between choppedmeat and chopped meat.
で、これを一つ一つね、説明していこうと思っております。 So, I'd like toexplain this one by one.
まず、バラ肉。バラ肉でございます。 First of all, chopped meat.
バラバラにした肉、違うんですね。 It's a different kind of meat.
あばらの肉でございますので、別の言い方をすると、カルビという言い方ができます。 It's ribs.
ということは、みなさんが焼肉でよく食べているカルビのお肉がバラ肉であるというふうに I thinkit's easy to understand
思っていただけるとわかりやすいと思います。 if you think of it as ribs.
牛肉だと、だいたいね、カルビというふうに表現されることが多いんじゃないかなと思いますが、 Ifyou think of it as beef, it's usually described asribs.
バラ肉というのはカルビということでございますね。 It's ribs.
バラバラの肉ではないということになります。 It's not a piece of meat.
なので、こま切れとバラ肉は違うということがわかりました。 So, it's a differentkind of meat.
じゃあ、この切り落とし肉ですね。 Now, let's talk about choppedmeat.
切り落とし肉というのは、だいたい片ロース切り落としだったりとか、 It's usuallydescribed as a cut of a loin or
丸々肉切り落としだったりとか、 a whole piece of meat.
そういうふうに明確にどこの部位を切り落としていますよ I think it's written
ということが書かれてあると思うんですね。 like that.
なので、切り落とし肉というのは、その部位のお肉を切り落としましたよ。 So, you can saythat it's a cut of a loin.
スライスしましたよということがわかるということになります。 You can say that it's a slice of a loin.
じゃあ、一方で、こま切れというのは何かというとですね。 On the other hand,what is a cut of a loin?
形が不揃いの部分だったりとか、半端な部分だったりとか、 It's a cut of a lointhat has uneven shapes
というか、バラエティパックみたいな感じになっております。 It's like a varietypack.
なので、部位はバラバラ、形や大きさもバラバラというのが、 It's a cut of a lointhat has uneven parts and uneven shapes.
こま切れ肉ということになります。 It's called a cut of a loin.
切り端が詰まってますよというふうに考えるとわかりやすいかなと思います。 I think it'seasy to understand if you think like this.
なので、外れ肉もあれば当たり肉もあるみたいな感じなのがこま切れというふうに考えることができます。So, it's a cut of a loin that has uneven parts anduneven shapes.

料理に関して言うとですね、 For example,
バラ肉というのはどの肉が入っているのかわからないというのもありますし、 we don't knowwhich meat is in a loin,
一枚一枚の大きさも結構バラバラなんですね。 and the size of each pieceis quite different.
なので、例えば野菜炒めだったりとかしぐれ煮、そしてカレーだったりとか、 For example,stir-fried vegetables, shigure-ni, and curry.
そういったものに使うのがいいんじゃないのかなと思います。 I think it's good touse it for those things.
あと鍋とかね。 We also use it for hot pot.
うちは結構鍋に使ったりとかしております。 We often use it for hot pot.
切り落とし肉というのは、 For example,
部位はもう決まってますので、 the cut of a loin is alreadydecided,
なので、牛丼だったりすき焼きだったりとかね。 So we use it for beef bowlor suki-yaki.
そういった、この部位だよねっていう、 I think it's good to use it forthose things
この部位を使わないとダメだよねというような料理に使うのがいいんじゃないかなと思います。 like,you have to use this part.
バラ肉はもうお好きにしてくださいって感じですね。 It's up to you.
うちはよく焼きそばだったりとか、 We often use it for yakisoba
あとお好み焼きだったりとか。 and okonomiyaki.
野菜炒めにも使ったりとか。 We also use it for stir-friedvegetables.
さっき、こま切れ肉、野菜炒めとか言ったけど、 We talked about stir-friedvegetables in Komagire-niku,
バラ肉を野菜炒めに使ったりとかね。 but we also use it for stir-fried vegetables.
そういう風に使ったりとか、やっておりますけれども。 We use it like that.
バラ肉は美味しいですよね。 It's delicious.
ということで、こういう風にですね、 So,
明確に言葉によってですね、バラバラなんですね。 it's divided by words.
定義によって、ちゃんと言葉が決まってますよと。 It's defined bydefinition.
こま切れ肉はバラエティパックですよと。 So, Komagire-niku is a varietypack.
切り落としはスライスしたお肉ですよと。 So, Kiri-otoshi is slicedmeat.
バラ肉っていうのは、バラバラのお肉ではなくてですね、 So, Bara-niku is not apiece of meat.
あばらのお肉でございますので、バラ肉。 It's a piece of ribs, so it'scalled Bara-niku.
わかりやすく言うとですね、カルビでございます。 So, Kalbi.
という風にですね、 So,
確実にこうなんだっていう定義がなされております。 it's definitely likethis.
なので、皆様が普段日頃からですね、使われている言葉にもですね、 So, you have todefine
どういう意図を込めてこの言葉を喋っているのかっていうことをちゃんと定義しておかないとですね、what kind of intention you're using to say thisword.
伝えたい人にちゃんと伝わらないという風になりますので、 You can't tell peoplewhat you want to say.
ちゃんとその部分ですね、意識されるといいんじゃないかなと思います。 I think youshould be aware of that.
例えば、AIですね。 For example, AI.
AI、人工知能と言いますけれども、その人工知能というのがですね、 It's called AIartificial intelligence, but it's not defined.
定義されてないんですね、実は。 It's not defined.
知能というのがそもそも定義されておりません。 It's not defined in thefirst place.
なので、知能が定義されていないので、 So, since it's not defined,
人工の知能と言われてもですね、「は?」みたいになってるんですね。 it's like, what?

なので、人工知能のことを喋るときにはですね、 So, when you talk about AI,
知能とはこういうものであって、人工知能とはこういうものである。 AI is like this,and artificial intelligence is like this.
だから、私がこれから喋る人工知能は、 So, the AI I'm going to talkabout
こういうふうな話をしていきますよってことを言っとかないとですね、 is like this.
みんなそれぞれですね、人工知能というのは怖いものだというふうに思っているので、 Everyonethinks that AI is a scary thing,
伝わるものも伝わらないというふうになってしまいます。 so it doesn't conveywhat it conveys.
こういうふうにですね、本当は伝えたいことがちゃんと伝わらないというのは、 It's a wasteof time
非常に時間の無駄遣いでございますので、 to not convey what you reallywant to convey.
