Endless Paradise しずかの心のおしゃべり
Well, including the festival, Shinji,
I have the impression that there are quite a lotof mock jobs.
There's a festival, so I want to go to Hakata!
That's right!
The fact that everyone understands that word meansthat
as an impression of Fukuoka or Hakata,
I think that's what everyone remembers.
Shizuka-chan, well, of course, you had a lot ofwork last week.
I'm sure you had a lot of work,
but did you have any interest in other festivals?
No, I wasn't interested in Dontaku at all.
You weren't even interested in Dontaku?
I wasn't interested in it, and it was just aboutto be over,
so I was already traveling abroad.
So you weren't even in Fukuoka?
No, I wasn't.
I see.
But after I became the vice-president of theShokokai,
I thought, why not?
I thought, why not have the students
participate in the Dontaku parade?
So I decided to have the students participate.
There were a lot of different effects.
A lot of different effects?
Yes, there were a lot of different effects.
For example, the students who came to Dontaku
in April for one goal,
from April to May,
they didn't have a sense of unity.
They didn't have a sense of unity.
There were a lot of people from all over Japan.
But to participate in the Dontaku,
they had to practice dancing,
practice singing,
and make a lot of balloons.
祭りが職場の人間関係を支える
They had to make a lot of balloons.
So to participate in the Dontaku,
they had to have a sense of unity.
When they were preparing,
they had a sense of unity.
And when they participated in the Dontaku,
they were all so excited.
And when it was over, they had a sense ofaccomplishment.
I felt that this was a part of their learning.
Teamwork is very important.
It's the same for companies.
If human relations don't go well,
work won't go well.
So a lot of companies,
hundreds of organizations,
participate in the parade.
I think it's the same for everyone.
Everyone is a part of the team.
Especially the new employees.
In the old days,
in April, it was the flower viewing season.
New employees didn't know
how to put on a blue sheet.
The first job was to get a place for the flowerviewing.
Yes, yes.
That was the time.
But now,
there's no job for new employees.
But in the Dontaku,
in May,
you get sick in May.
You get sick.
There may be some depressed people.
Yes, yes.
I went in,
and it was different from
what I thought it would be.
Everyone around me
looked great.
I thought,
it's going to be okay.
The grass next to me looked blue.
I thought,
it would have been better
if it was another company.
It was around that time
when you get sick in May.
博多祇園山笠とのぼせもん
That's when the sense of unity was born.
In July,
there was Yamakasa.
We women
couldn't go out
at all.
I'm sorry.
I'm not very interested.
Maybe some women
in Fukuoka
go to Yamakasa
with their children.
But some adults
or people who couldn't
go out
might be thinking,
what kind of event is this?
Have you heard of Nobosemon?
Nobosemon?
The men
who go to Yamakasa
are called Nobosemon.
It's called Yamanobose, right?
Everyone
has a day off
from work
and school.
The men
who go to Yamakasa
have a day off.
It's like that.
It's like
a big event
unique to Fukuoka.
So
they have a day off
I see.
They go to Yamakasa.
Yes.
The topic
of the festival
might be
out of the question.
I don't know
how the men feel.
Of course
work is important
but I think
unity
and work
are connected.
Contributing
to the local
community
and sticking together
might be
to work.
I think so.
上司や社員研修への祭りの提案
I would like
my boss
to go to Yamakasa
with his company.
Then he will understand.
Before I went
to Yamakasa
I didn't care
about going abroad
for a long time.
But when I went
I realized
there is nothing
as interesting
as Yamakasa.
I would like him
to go there.
It would be great
if he could
employee training.
It would be a great
for people
who are motivated.
I think so.
It would be great
if so many people
could join
Yamakasa.
it would be great.
Shintaro-chan
is doing something
like a festival, right?
I don't know.
I don't know.
Your face is getting red.
I think
he is doing something
to get people's attention.
That's his hobby.
Is that his hobby?
It's like half of his hobby
and half of his job.
Before I joined Yamakasa
I was a drag queen.
I was wondering
who those people were.
But after I joined Yamakasa
I realized how fun it is.
I remember
I saw those people
in a parade.
Yes, yes, yes.
They were in a parade.
Yes, yes, yes.
They were in a parade
to make their lives
easier.
There were a lot of people
in a parade like that.
So it doesn't matter
if you know them or not.
I want people
祭りで恥を捨てて楽しむ
to be motivated
and have a sense
of unity.
I think it's good
to tell people
that they are
connected to their work.
Yes.
First of all,
it's good to start
by going to see them.
You will learn
what kind of people
and companies
there are in Fukuoka.
Yes, yes.
I was surprised
when I went to a festival
I remember
there was a festival
like that.
Shindaro-chan,
festivals are like festivals.
When I was a student,
there was no such thing
when I grew up.
There is no such thing
when you grow up.
There is no such thing
when you grow up.
There is no such thing
when you grow up.
So it's like
throwing away shame
and sweating.
You work hard
and play hard.
I think I got this.
Did you get it?
I think I got it to my boss.
I want to tell my boss too.
That's right.
We solve problems
by introducing messages like this.
Today,
out of 10,000 people,
the first person
who sent a message
is a man in his 40s.
Wow, the first person!
Thank you!
The first person to commemorate.
I'm sure this man
will tell his boss
that he should go
and join the festival.
In that sense,
you can say
that you are the second person.
That's true.
Today, you are the second person
out of 10,000 people.
I'm glad you achieved
the second place.
福岡の伝統文化への参加を呼びかけ
On the other hand,
I want you to know
about the traditional culture
of Fukuoka,
including the festival.
I hope you can
enjoy it
and participate in it.
I still feel
that I haven't been able
to join the festival.
Shintaro-chan!
I dare to say this
because I'm not from Fukuoka,
but aren't there many people
in Fukuoka who are shy?
Especially men.
This may be a prejudice.
I have that impression.
If I don't go first,
I don't get the impression
that I'm invited.
I think I'll go more and more
You can go out and dress up.
Everyone is wearing
various costumes.
Make-up, costumes,
it's a great parade.
I don't think there is
such an interesting parade.
I hope you can enjoy
I want my boss to take me out.
That's right.
There are quite a few patterns
that your boss will fall in love with.
I think so.
I hope everyone,
including Don,
can enjoy the festival tradition
of Fukuoka.
We are looking forward to your concerns
and advice.
