僕も時間開放症です。

自分以外に時間開放症の人がいなくて、
誰に言っても、
タイムの方の。
時間から開放される。
時間開放症?
時間開放症?とか言われたり、
ジビカのお医者さんに言っても何それって言われたり、

何それって言われたり、
中時炎じゃない?と誤診されたり、
誰一人理解してくれる人がおらず、
辛い日々を過ごしていました。
Kevin's English Roomは聞き始めて一年ぐらいなんですが、
Kevinさんが時間開放症と言った時には耳を疑いました。
自分と同じ悩みを持った人と出会えて、
正直嬉しかったです。
心が軽くなりました。
ところで、ケビンさんは、
時間開放症をどのように克服していますか?
僕は小さい頃からこの症状があって、
疲れた時とかになっていました。
大人になるまでこの症状に病名があるのも知りませんでした。
というか、
誰も理解してくれる人がいなかったのです。
僕は昨年とってもストレスを感じる出来事があり、
1ヶ月ぐらい片耳が10度の時間開放症になってから、
いろいろと克服方法を探りました。
いろいろ試した結果、
自分にはマインドフルネス瞑想があっていました。
ストレスが原因なので、
心を落ち着かせてリラックスすることで、
症状が緩和されました。
薬は何も効かなかったので驚きでした。
今でもストレスを感じると症状が出るので、
感知はないのかな、
一生付き合っていくのかなと思います。
今では自分に合っていない出来事に対して、
体がストップをかけてくれているんだと、
ポジティブに捉えられるようになりました。

If you have Oksuri Techo, that's basically like a note
that which medicines
or doctors have been
giving to you.

It's like a list of those things.
So if you have it,
it's easier for them to bring it.

If you don't have it, you can just go
and then explain it.

Do you have to, can you just say
that you have Jikan Kaiho Show,
and they'll prescribe you the drugs?
Or do they have to do
their own tests again
to verify that I actually
in fact am
a Jikan Kaiho Show?
I guess for the first time, they would
do that thing.

reading the Oksuri Techo,
