I wanna give an update on the Shorts that we've been clipping out.
So, first of all, we, on the Podcast YouTube channel, we've been posting out some Shorts.
Like, you know, less than 60 seconds, Tatenaga portrait videos, right?
Yeah, we've been posting that out, and it's done by AI, right?
We use a software, Opus Clip is what it's called.
We feed them a link to our video, and then they post out all the possible video clips
that might be interesting, and most of them doesn't make sense.
Wow.
Yeah, like, it doesn't have context.
Like, it just clips out sections that, random sections, right?
So, like, sometimes it cuts off at a random point, sometimes it starts at a random point,
and like, you don't get the full context of the video.
So, that's a difficulty that we're having right now.
Another one is, there's a more important message that I wanted to tell you guys,
was that the clip also, at the same time, generates jimaku, English jimaku.
That's auto-generated.
So, sometimes it's gonna auto-generate a wrong English word.
Like, the AI is gonna think I'm saying something else,
like, it's gonna say something, like, the wrong word, right?
And, so, that's not 100% accurate, is what I wanted to say.
Yeah, the jimaku on the shorts is auto-generated.
Right.
So, I just wanted to tell you guys that.
Wow.

So, that might be, there might be wrong.
The jimaku might be wrong.

But, you keep posting it?

It's like you're posting out incorrect information.

One solution is, since we're hiring somebody,
we have someone, right, that's taking care of the posting, right?
That person, if the Opus Clip software system allows it,
might go in and edit the words, if that's editable.
If that's editable, I'll do it.
And fix the jimaku there.

Might be a better idea.
Yeah.
But posting out shorts, the merit, right,
I think far outweighs it, I think, rather than...

Like, I would rather go fast and put more content out
rather than spend time just downing the speed
and then just sort of, like,
being a little bit caught up on the jimaku thing.

What about the clips?
Like, it doesn't make sense, right?

I've asked the editor, not the editor, but the poster,
to sort of, like, just feed us the clips that only make sense.
And that's the whole thing that we're doing now.
And yeah, it makes sense.
When you read the title and when you read the conversation,
it makes sense.
But, like, we still want some more.
We will still want something that's more funnier, you know?

Like, sometimes OpusClip would clip out something that's, like, bland, right?
Just a normal conversation.
It makes sense.
Yeah.
But, like, there's no, like, ochii or there's no, like, yama,
you know, there's no moriagari to it.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
There's hardly ever a time where OpusClip would feed us, like,
a really, like, moriagatte,
migotai no shorts.
Right, right, right.
So I'm still thinking of ways how I can put better,
interesting, more interesting content out.
Yeah.
But you found some good clips from them?
Because you posted some of them, right?
Oh, I posted a lot of them.

So I'm treating shorts differently, you know?
Like, if shorts isn't interesting, it just wouldn't be played.
So I feel like get it out instead of, like, judging that,
oh, it's probably not a good content.
I would just let it out, see what the audience says,
see if it, like, plays.
If it's not a good content, it just wouldn't play.
So that's kind of my stance on it.

to, like, sort of, like, clip it for me and then turn it in.
And then my editor, my poster would sort of curate it.
And then the ones that I used,
well, they'll get paid for the ones that are Taiyou or something.
Maybe that could be a possibility.
But I don't know.
That's...I don't know if that's going to work or not.

I'm thinking of ways I can up my shorts game,
but I'm still thinking, I'm still thinking.
