先生になりたい学年
Welcome to Kevin's English Room Podcast. Hello. Hello. How's it going guys?
This room looks dark. It does. It's black. It's black based. Yeah. It looks cool in a way. Yeah.
You know, it looks like some evil villain. That's what I was saying. Yeah. You know,
kind of get the gather here. Yeah. Trying to, you know, destroy Tokyo. Yeah. You know, I can
imagine that. Right. Yes. I've never seen a black whiteboard. True. It's a blackboard. So you got
like white pen or something to write things on. But the thing is there's no pen. Oh yeah. I can't
find a pen. Is this a board? It's not a screen. Yeah. It's not a screen. Oh, you have like the
little pens in there. But isn't this for the whiteboard? Oh, so that's why they have whiteboard?
How stupid is that? Wait, you want to try writing on the whiteboard? Yeah. Because in other rooms,
you have whiteboards like this. Yeah. Where you can write things. Right. So this should be
the black whiteboard. Okay. It's a different design. It's like a different color. Okay.
Wait, if I write this on a non-whiteboard. Yeah. What would happen? Is it gonna be there forever?
Well, you can, you can. I can wipe it off? Yeah. Just like whiteboards, you know? Yeah. Okay. What's
the... It feels, it feels like a whiteboard. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Let me grab.
Okay. A alcohol wipe. Oh yeah. And then I'll be able to immediately erase
whatever I write. Yeah. Okay. I'm gonna do it on the edge. Okay. Okay. But fuck up.
It won't make it. All right. Here we go.
It comes off. Oh, good. Good. But the thing is, look, when we write. Oh, I can't even write. You
can't even see it. You can't see anything. Can you read this? Uh, Kevin. Yeah. Yeah. Like I can
barely. Barely read. I can barely read, but um, it's almost impossible. Like,
yeah. From here. Like, so we need a white pen or something. Yeah. There's a white pen.
I guess that's why there's a whiteboard. That's, what the hell is this? Stupid.
That's why they brought the whiteboard. Yeah. Because we don't have a white pen. That's stupid.
Really? It's a, okay. You know how whiteboards, you want to use a lot of colors, like blue,
red. I don't think you can use blue or red in this one. Like for red. I don't think blue,
ホワイトボードと黒板の比較
you can see it either. You know, it's just too dark. You can just see, you can use this white.
Yeah. All you can, yeah. All you got is white. How stupid is that?
So stupid. And they filled it up with a blackboard. Like it's filled, but walls are filled
entire room. Yeah. The hell is this? It's, you can maybe use magnet. Right. And just put your
paper. That's right. On the wall. Yeah. So get a piece of paper and then write it on the piece of
paper for the whiteboard. I guess they wanted to keep everything black. Yeah. You know,
there's no, any other reason that we can, we don't even know. Yeah. It's just make it look
cooler. Right. Zero practicalness.
I wonder if schools are using kookabons still. Huh? Like, don't you think whiteboards are,
are more superior than kookabons in every single angle?
I can't think of one, one upside. Yeah. That can beat whiteboard. Sure. You think so? Yeah.
I didn't like the powder that chalk makes all the time. And I really hate the sound when,
when it scratches. And I did really hate that. That's terrible. Yeah. Whiteboards,
you don't even have that. Right. You can erase it easily. When you write it,
it doesn't dirty up your fingers. Yeah. And it's really difficult when you write something with
the chalk. Yeah. I've never, I've never wrote properly with that. It was so hard. There's too
much friction. Yeah. You know? Yeah. You can't write fast. Yeah. If you write fast, it's going
to be dirty. Right. Yeah. Yeah. Chalk makes me like bad writer every single time. I get it. I
get it. Yeah. True. It's amazing how some of the teachers do it. Yeah. Teachers have a really good
handwriting, right? That's crazy. It's amazing. It's amazing. It's a different skill than piece
of paper and pen. It's just, it's so different. Right, right, right. Yeah. But there are some
teachers that writes terrible. Right. Like, I don't even understand it. Right, right. The degree
of how bad the handwriting is, it's more, I guess, famous. It's more like infamous than how good a
single hand, like a single teacher, how good their handwriting is, you know? It's more like notable.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. So, why are they putting this blackboard? I know. Have you ever thought
教師になることへの考察
about becoming a teacher? Yeah. Yeah? Yeah. What grade did you want to teach? That's a good question.
Yeah. But, yeah, I honestly, I, there were one moment I seriously thought about it as my future
job. Okay. College? Yeah, college, too. High school, too. But, ultimately, university teacher,
like professor. Really? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay. That's, yeah. I think a lot of, like, when students,
when they imagine being a teacher, to my image, those people will want to be, like,
elementary, junior high school. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So, like, college was new. Okay, okay. Well,
yeah. I love those, too. Like elementary, like, first, second, and low middle school, I know.
High school, that has, like, special, you know. It's more drama. Yeah, I love that, too.
But college? Yeah. Most college students don't even listen.
But I listen, so. Well, you listen. You're the type that listens, yes. Maybe, yeah, yeah. But,
like, ultimately, like, yeah. But elementary is good, too. Yeah. Yeah. Elementary, middle school,
yeah. The impact. I, like, I remember every single teacher that I had in elementary, like, every grade.
Okay, okay. Yeah. So, it has a huge impact in somebody's life? Yeah, yeah. Right. That's nice,
nice. Gets me impactful, right. Yeah. That's true. But what I didn't like was, like,
like, like evil students, like, I don't know, like, do something terrible to the teachers or,
like, to other, I don't know, those ones. Yeah. I don't want to be in those, like,
troubles and stuff like that. So, maybe, like, really, really low grade of elementary
or university. Yeah. You don't want to be, like, the Gok Sen? No. Or, like, you come in the room?
I don't know why. But it has those beauty, I understand. It's a, you know, they're a great
teacher, but it's tough. I don't know. Yeah. What kind of teacher do you want to be? Like,
what would you want the students to say about you? Oh, good question. Do you want to be, like,
the cool teacher? Like, who understands a lot of the pop culture and the kids and, like,
you know the vibe of the kids? Or do you want to be, like, more quiet? More like Zen? More like
you're drawing a line between them? Do you want to be, like, you know, the wise teacher who, like,
教師としての理想
understands and, you know, would protect the kids quietly? Yeah. Those ones. Yeah. I'm not,
I guess I'm not the guy who's, like, become, like, friends with them. But, like,
the, you know, the wisest, you know, existence of the world, kind of. Like, students are, like,
kind of half afraid of me, kind of. Okay, okay. Like, quietly afraid of you. Like,
you don't know what this guy would do. Right, right, right. Something like, you know,
like a magician or things like that. Yeah, yeah. But I'm, of course, I want to be someone, like,
really, not friends, but, like, you know, keep good relation. Not, like, keeping distance and,
like, too afraid of me or things like that. But, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah. Still this day, I sometimes think about that. Yeah. Yeah. It would be lovely if I,
yeah, but not high school. Not high school.
Too much, like, different elements in high school. Yeah, right, right. It's really
difficult. Yeah, right. They look at the human, you know. Yeah, yeah, yeah. These kids,
they really look, they're, like, if you give them, like, a small gap for them to, like,
put their sword in, they would put their sword in, you know. They would go through those cracks
and be, like, take advantage of you. Right, right, right.
All right. Thanks for listening, guys. Thank you. Bye-bye.
