Hello. So, Amazon Music is back. Oh, yeah. Finally. It recovered. Did they? Yes.

Amazon Music. It has not been uploading and it's been going for one and a half week maybe.
Okay. And yeah, so the Amazon Japan team was asking the US team like what this is happening
and that might take a long time and they came back with... It was very technical. I couldn't
fully understand it, but it was like... Yeah, I've read the message. Yeah, me too.
There was a little snippet in the code that was not expected by the Amazon uploading platform site.
And because of this, the program did not recognize the episodes properly and that snippet seemed like
it was related to trans... Subtitles. Yeah. So they asked me like, did you change anything
with the subtitles recently? Maybe that's why. And I was like, huh, this is kind of complicated, but
on a different platform, Spotify by Creator is the name of the platform that's distributing to
Spotify, Apple and Google and all the other ones. Yeah. Everything basically. Yeah. Except Amazon
Music. And Amazon Music is uploaded by ART19. That's separate because we have to upload the

plus there. Yeah. What I did on ART19, sorry, on Spotify for Creators was there was a check mark
where you can check. Oh. You can send all the transcription to all the other platforms that's
used by Spotify. I was like, oh, that's nice. Spotify does a good job with the transcription.
So if I could, if I checked that, I was like, maybe I could send all the transcriptions to
Google and Apple as well. Because that's been, because that's something we've been looking for.
Wanting to have, right. I checked it and I guess that was the reason. And from that day on,
it sent that transcription snippet to, I don't know why. I thought it was disconnected,
but it was sent to Amazon Music as well. Oh, I see. Right. Do you use the same files to ART19?
I do not use the same files. That's weird. That is weird. So I don't know how this is
related. Yeah. But yeah, but that was the reason I unchecked it and it went back.
So no idea why, but that's strange, but that was the reason. Okay. Well, thank you.

contract with Amazon, I was using Spotify with creators to, I guess, distribute it on Amazon
Music. Well, no, at that time, Amazon Music did not exist on that distributing platform. So no.

One master setting. Uncheck one master setting and that's it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That, that,
that means like there's no transcriptions on Spotify or any other. Oh, no, no. There's,
there's going to be transcription on Spotify still. Oh, okay. It just wasn't sent to,
well, Amazon, sorry, Apple and Google. But you know, the thing is before I unchecked it,
I checked Apple and Google, see if they, the transcription was available. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Same as a Spotify, but it was not available. So I was like, what the hell was the check for? I
thought it didn't really make a difference. I checked it or unchecked it. So it only brought

um, I didn't have to re-upload it for it to work. So on the publishing date, it says it's,
it looks like it's uploaded every day, but with zero views. I see. Yeah. That's what it looks like.
Yeah. That's strange. Strange thing happened. Yeah. But, um, well, sorry for, um, yeah. Thank
