リスナーのボディメイクの挑戦
私は32の普通の主婦なのですが、
最近2週間ほど前から
ボディメイクを始めました。
毎日30分から1時間の
油酸素運動と筋トレを頑張って、
食事もオートミールと
低糖質高タンパクを意識し、
おやつもナッツ類や
クキワカメなど
食物繊維も気にしているうちに、
ケーキなどを食べたいと思わなくなりました。

睡眠の質もすごく良くなったというのは変化として感じているのですが、
体重はびっくりするほど変わりません。
本当はジムに通ってみたいのですが、
仕事と子育てをする中で
ジムに通う時間もお金もありません。
お二人が筋トレをする中で
日々の生活で気にしていることはありますか?
またおうちでよくトレーニングなどしますか?
体を作るにあたって
こうしているようとかあれば
話を聞かせてほしいです。
あと素直に励みになるので、
運動をスタートさせたことをお二人に褒めてほしいです。

筋トレの効果とアドバイス
I am no expert but my assumption
is that you're at a stage
where you're building the muscle.
So you're
losing your fat
but at the same time you're gaining
muscle so
your body weight isn't changing.
But long term
your muscle is going to start
working and then
it's going to start losing that fat for you.
So ultimately I think
if you keep it running
it's going to lead you to
losing your weight I feel like.
I feel like it's going to happen.

stayed away from it was because of my knees.

if I start slow
my knees are fine.

what I do is I start slow
and just kind of build up and build up
