Okay. Welcome to Kevin's English Room Podcast.
Hello.
Hey guys.
Hello.
You know when you sometimes say, happily?
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah.
I think you're using it wrong.
Yeah, thanks.
Yeah, so...
I'm using it in a, like a...
間違って、 kind of.
Ah.
Like a、ミスっておっしゃった、 kind of.
But it's actually wrong.
Yeah, happilyの使い方は、
I happen to 〇〇みたいな。
I happen to come across the store that you were talking about.
Oh, like a たまたま?
そうだね。
ばったり、 kind of.
Yeah, たまたまとかの、
What's gonna happen?
Where did that come from?
I don't know.
It's like a...
I'm feeling like it's...
It's like...
Accidentally?
Yeah, accidentally.
That's what I wanted to use.
But I was like,
that word didn't come to my mind.
So I knew it's not the right one.
But like a...
〇〇?
Right.
Yeah.
I think you've used happily several times.
True, true, true.
Yeah.
Accidentally.
Accidentally is probably the word you're looking for.
That's the one I wanted to...
Accidentally.
Yeah, thanks.
Accidentally.
Right.
Thank you.
How was your week, man?
Yeah, I mean...
Oh, and...
Oh, Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas, man.
Merry motherfucking Christmas.
Oh my god.
Is that the right phrase?
That is the exact phrase that I tell everyone.
Merry motherfucking Christmas.
Well, I mean...
Doing great.
How about your health situation?
My health...
So, I ate...
クリスマスケーキを食べた
I ate cake.
I mean, I couldn't help it, man.
It was Christmas, you know?
I know, I understand.
Right?
The only thing that they sold
was like the whole cake.
The whole fucking...
They didn't have like...
Not one of those pieces, shit.
Short little ones.
No, they only had one of those like...
Okay.
One whole shit.
Yeah, I ate that.
It was good.
It was good?
But it was too much, you know?
Was it like a...
You know, the...
You know...
It was like a classic strawberry...
Wine...
White...
Cream...
And yeah...
Sponge shit.
That's...
Yeah, it was good.
Wow.
It was a cozy corner.
Oh, yeah.
You know, those...
Yes, yes, yes.
Typical ones.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
You can't find anywhere.
Classic one.
Yeah.
I did want to go for like one of those fancy shit.
Yeah.
But I didn't get the chance to get them.
No, I mean cozy corners is perfect.
Cozy corner is good.
Yeah.
Cozy corner is good.
健康状態は良い
Besides that, my health...
Very good.
Very good?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Because I heard, you know,
you did a thing and then...
Right, the Kitaku, right?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
That made your health a bit worse.
I see.
So that's why...
Right.
It did.
Yeah.
But...
But...
But...
It sort of...
It was sort of like a rebound phase.
Like a...
Like a reverse rebound.
You know what I'm talking about?
Because I've been eating so unhealthy,
ジムに行っていないための問題
the rebound of wanting to be healthy came in play ever since then.
You know, my usual, you know, excluding Christmas,
my usual diets have been extremely nutritious.
Oh, that's great.
Vitamin-rich and nutritious.
Thanks to that, Kitaku.
Thanks to Kitaku, yeah.
It's more improved.
I want you to look at my refrigerator right now.
It's like...
ジムが混雑していて、他の運動方法を探している
It's like a grocery store.
Yeah.
That's great.
Yeah.
That's great.
How's your health, man?
Well, actually, it made my health a bit worse too.
But not that much.
And then, yeah.
But I'm feeling like I...
Gym, kintore, undou is lacking now.
I've not been...
I haven't been there for 10 days, I guess.
10 days?
Uh-oh.
That's not good.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That is not good.
Yeah.
I'm feeling...
I feel like my body is getting heavy, kind of.
Heavy?
Uh-oh.
Like a...
Oh, no.
Not stretched yet.
Oh, no.
No.
And then, yeah.
That's what I'm feeling.
I see.
Yeah.
It's getting rotten.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Uh-oh.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You should.
Yeah.
I'm going to go today as well.
Yeah.
I'm going to try to squeeze in a gym session.
Yeah.
Right.
Right.
Yeah.
How long...
So what are you going to do?
What's going to be your...
You know, after a long no-gym week, what's going to be your menu for a comeback gym?
Yeah.
I don't have comeback menu usually.
I just...
Get back to the...
Like a daily...
Daily cycle?
You know.
Yeah.
Okay.
So I was thinking just today for like upper...
Upper body fat?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's a good idea.
Maybe do all the, you know,全身.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Maybe I should do.
My gym has been very crowded recently.
Oh, really?
Ever since the renewal, it's been gaining a lot of memberships, right?
Wow.
And the gym has been very crowded.
Wow.
I really...
It doesn't have space for me to do the kickboxing.
Oh really?
So I got to find a different way to sort of, you know, get some cardiovascular...
Wow.
Workouts.
Sure, running is an option, but I'm looking for custom running.
I'm looking for other ways to sort of enjoy cardiovasculars.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah.
Oh, it's that dark.
It's pretty crowded, man.
Wow.
Yeah.
Very crowded.
Most of the machines are occupied.
Really?
Most, yeah.
That's something I don't like about, you know, those gyms when I get into.
But there's nothing I can use.
トレーニングジムの混雑
Right, right.
And I just have to, like, wait for 10, 15 minutes.
That sucks.
Yeah, yeah.
It really sucks.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Wow.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I was hoping for a ChocoZap to come into my building, but no, that was gone, so.
Sadly.
Yeah, sadly.
Damn.
Yeah.
Right.
Maybe personal?
Personal?
I don't like, you know, reserve it and have to do it all the time.
I know.
It's too much shit.
Yeah, I know.
I get it, man.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So, those, like, 24-hour gyms is very good, you know, for people like me and you.
Right, it's suitable for us.
Yeah.
Right.
Just go randomly and.
Man.
But.
If only there was a really good solution.
Yeah.
You know, yeah.
Even the daytime?
Like, uh.
Even the daytime, man.
Wow.
Like, I, the most, um, non-crowded time zone was around, like, 2 p.m. or 3 p.m.
Mm-hmm.
I went there.
I went there.
Yeah.
Packed.
Wow.
Like, what the fuck are these people doing in the middle of the day?
Like, it's a weekday.
It's a, yeah, yeah.
Y'all got some job to do or not?
Wow.
What are y'all doing?
Right?
That's, I don't know what they're doing.
This is fucking.
They're like the professionals, like.
They, they don't look professionals, you know?
They, they look like the kind of guy that would go to Marunouchi during the weekdays.
And, and wear fucking suits.
Wow.
To fucking showdown.
But, like, they're here on the weekdays during, you know, 2 p.m.
What the fuck?
Yeah.
Wow.
Yeah.
It's amazing.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Me too.
I have to.
But you, you going to the gym regularly, though?
I have been going to the gym regularly, yes.
That's great.
I have.
Yes, yes.
Even though it's crowded.
Even though it's crowded, I still, yep, I still try to squeeze it in.
That's great.
Yeah.
Yep.
Right.
I have to go.
Yeah.
Good luck with your gym.
Yeah, thanks.
Yeah.
All right.
Hope it's not crowded.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
違うジムへの変更
Is your gym, has your gym changed in terms of, like, crowdedness?
No?
No.
No?
No.
But I'm actually recently going to the other one.
Yeah.
Like, the second closest to my place.
Okay.
Which is renewed.
Mm-hmm.
And, yeah, I prefer that one because it's a bit bigger and less crowded.
I see.
Yeah.
I see.
I see.
Well, all right.
Good luck with the gym.
Thank you.
All right.
