Welcome to Kevin's English Room Podcast.
- Yeah.
Hello guys.
- Hello.
- Hope you guys are having a great day.
(laughing)
We're having a great day.
- Yeah, we are.
- We're having a great day.
- Yeah, we are.
- It feels like 8 p.m. right now.
- 8 p.m. right now to you.
- What time does it feel like to you?
We had a very early morning.
- Um.
- Let me change that.
It feels like 9.
- 9 p.m.?
- It feels like 9 p.m. right now.
- Oh, it's like the end of the day.
- Yeah.
- Oh.
- Really?
- It does feel like 9 p.m.
Like my fatigue is at 9 p.m. level.
- Oh, oh, oh.
- Yeah.
- Oh.
- Yeah.
- You need to go, let's just take shower
and go to the bed then.
- Yeah.
- Oh, wow.
- Plus, I haven't been, did I tell you
that I haven't been able to sleep lately?
- Oh, really?
- Yeah.
- Why?
- I think I mentioned this during the live show.
Oh, you weren't there because you were.
- Oh, yeah.
- You weren't there that day.
- Oh, yeah.
- I have actually not been able to sleep.
- Oh, wow, really?
- Yeah, I try, recently I've been trying to sleep
at like 12 or like 11 or something like that.
- Okay, okay.
- But I can't, like I find myself 4 a.m.
still trying to sleep.
- Even you won't, even you go to the bed.
- 12.
- 11 or 12.
- 11 or 12, yeah, I don't know.
Like I, I've, all I do is negaidi.
- Wow.
- And I don't know why, but my legs are muzumuzu.
Do you get that, do you ever get that?
Like your legs are muzumuzu?
- I mean, I've never felt that, but.
- Oh, never, oh, okay.
- Wow.
- And like, my left namida bukuro.
- Your eyes?
- Yeah, my left namida bukuro is like,
(imitates drum roll)
sometimes, have you gotten that before?
- Yeah, like, it's fading a bit.
- Like it's twitching, like.
- Yeah.
- It twitches.
- Well, sometimes I had that, but.
- I have it every day for the last couple of,
last couple of days, like four or five days.
- I think that's not healthy.
- I know, right?
(laughs)
- Did you like do something special?
- Well, okay, so there was this one day
where I woke up until, where I was doing something.
I was, I was sagyoing, right?
Like 4 a.m. or 5 a.m.
That was, I guess, the beginning of this catastrophic.
- Okay.
- You're right, it's, I guess that broke the rhythm,
I guess, and like my body kind of got messed up.
My time, my clock is like, what time is it?
(laughs)
- Wow.
03:04
- And it's rare for me that it's not adjusting
to the, you know, the normal schedule.
Like usually, like a day or two will do.
Like I'm back, I'm back in the original.
- Usual time.
- Right, routine.
- Yeah.
- But it's been four, five days,
and my left namida bukuru twitches still.
I had that this morning, like when I was filming
the collab video.
- Yeah.
- Like there's this moment where I'm holding on
to the left namida bukuru, like it's actually there.
- Oh, really?
- Boy, I pushed it down, and I.
- Wow.
- Yeah.
- I hope it, I hope it, I hope I will recover.
- Yeah, huh.
Are you, like, you're not tired enough to sleep?
To fall asleep?
- Um.
- No?
- Maybe that's possible.
- Maybe?
- Maybe.
Around five p.m.
- Yeah, around five.
- Around five, four p.m.
Comes this suima.
- Oh.
- Huge suima.
- Okay.
- Around four or five.
And I know that for me to fix this, I shouldn't sleep.
- Yeah, you shouldn't sleep.
- I sit down in a chair.
- Yeah, but you shouldn't sleep, man.
- Yeah, I know, right?
I do like a 10 minute quick nap.
- Okay.
- Because I can't.
- Yeah, 10 minutes.
- I can't win.
- Yeah.
- I can't fight back, but I can't win.
- Okay.
- But it's only like 10 or 15 minutes.
- Okay, okay.
- Or like 20 or 30.
(laughing)
- Maybe 40.
- Maybe 40, I don't know.
- Yeah, okay.
- But quick one.
- Yeah.
- A quick power nap.
- Yeah, you don't go to the bed.
- I don't go to the bed.
- Yeah, right, I don't go to the bed.
- Sleep on a chair.
- Yeah, just maybe once, go to bed.
Maybe just, I don't know.
(laughing)
Just once, but not much.
- Okay.
- Just once or twice.
- Yeah.
- Yeah.
- Now we know the reason.
(laughing)
- Right.
- But I'm feeling, I feel like right now it's 6 p.m., right?
And I've overcome.
- Yeah.
- I've passed that sleep time.
- Okay, okay.
- So hopefully I'll go back on track.
- Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- Starting today.
- Yeah, that's great.
- Hopefully.
- Great, great.
- Yeah.
- Yeah.
- That's great.
- The doctor told, I mean, on the book,
said that you shouldn't sleep even just a tiny nap.
- Oh really?
- After five.
- Oh really?
- Yeah, or four.
Yeah, four.
So if you wanna take those power naps before four,
06:00
it's the master rule for your better sleep in the nighttime.
- Understandable.
- Yeah.
- Makes sense.
- Yeah.
- Like, makes sense.
- You need to fight against the demon.
- The demon.
- Yeah.
(laughing)
- I have to make sure that I don't fall asleep tonight.
- Yeah.
- Right, 6 p.m., probably gonna end at like seven, right?
And then like.
- Yeah.
- Yeah.
- Or I'll try.
- Yeah, yeah.
- Try.
(laughing)
- Yeah, what if you just go to the gym?
- Yeah, that's.
Is it healthy to go to the gym
when you didn't have enough sleep?
- I did that once, I did it like three days ago.
Like I didn't have that much sleep and I went to the gym
and I felt very unhealthy.
Like I felt like I was pushing myself
to the point where like the body's not,
it's not feeling it.
Like it wasn't like,
I felt like it was damaging my body.
So I thought it was bad.
- Yeah, yeah, it's not.
Like if you have good sleep, that's better.
Or like if you feel bad, you shouldn't go to the gym.
- Yeah, right, right.
- Yeah.
What about just walking or like.
- Walking, yeah.
- Just in light exercise.
- Light exercise, that's true.
Maybe I should do that.
- To keep you awake, you know?
- That's right, maybe I should do that.
- Yeah, yeah.
- Or go shopping or something.
- Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- That's.
- Just cycling around.
- That's doable.
- Yeah.
- That's doable.
- Yeah.
- Yeah.
- Right.
- I might try that tonight.
- Yeah, yeah.
- Yeah.
- Yeah.
- All right.
- Hope you get back to the original rhythm.
Yeah.
- Me too.
- Yeah.
- Me too.
How's your health there?
Are you all healthy?
- I mean, not today or like not these few days.
- Oh, are you too?
Oh, right, because, right, right, right.
- Yeah, so.
Yeah, it's a bit shame that I'm not like
100% energy tech today.
'Cause we had a special recording video with.
So.
- Well, you seem fine though.
- Oh, really?
- Yeah, like I didn't feel like you were kind of affected.
- Okay, okay.
Well, that's great.
- Yeah.
- Yeah.
Yeah.
But yeah, I have been doing great.
Like I had been doing great.
- Yeah.
- Yeah, and sleep well, eat well,
like do some exercises and.
- Are you doing that meal thing?
Like where you make like seven meals and then like.
- Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- You're still doing that?
- Still, yeah.
- What was that again?
- It's like a chicken and like a variety of kinokoves
and then broccoli.
- Oh, you haven't gotten like bored of that?
09:07
- Yeah, a bit.
- You have?
So do you think it's gonna end anytime soon?
- I need to change menu.
- Oh, but the.
- I need to make like two or three menus.
- But the concept isn't gonna change.
- Yeah, yeah, yeah.
It's like good to me.
- Mm-hmm.
- I see, I see.
- It's even like easier to me to get food.
It's 'cause it's already made.
- Yeah.
Well, I hope you recover soon.
- Yeah, yeah, me too.
- Yeah.
- Yeah.
- All right, thanks for listening guys.
- Thank you.
