running, maybe only do long, I guess so.
Oh, because right now, we I'm seated pretty formally like, yeah, yeah, I can't only do
the lungs.
Like there, there's like 10% stomach.

using only lungs.

But in reality, you all, it's, it's, it's just lungs that you are using when you breathe.
So there is no, there is no difference between like you trying to breathe.

How your muscles being used.

So you can control which part of your lung to store the breathed in air.
