1週間アメリカン食事チャレンジの中間報告

okay smooth opening uh-huh yeah thank you thank you thank you thank you uh
another sunny day it's like a great day yeah I feel like every every recording
day recently has been all sunny day yeah the skies are clear and this is great
unfortunately however you don't seem to be feeling that sharp um yeah yeah talk
to me about how you how you're feeling right now um I feel I feel unclear all
right that's not good I'm very kind of my brain is like fuzzy a little bit uh-huh
no not like you know clear enough okay so how so right now yeah currently we
are going through this kaku for YouTube yeah which probably I don't know I think
by the time this episode is out there um probably the YouTube doga is out there
as well hopefully but what it is that is that one week morning breakfast and
lunch all three of us are going to eat American style yeah right for one week
for one week I choose all the dishes so far we've done like hamburgers pizzas
steak bacon and chips and chips and french fries lots of potatoes right and
we are on day four yeah right we've just finished day four yeah day for breakfast
and next next meal is a day for lunch and so we were right in the middle of it
yeah yeah and how much of this well later on I do want to ask you how you're
feeling with the food but how much do you think that you know you not feeling
sharp is being you know it has related to what we're doing as a YouTube kikaku
everyday American food let me say it's like 70 70 that's that's a lot because
you know this happens when the day before we start record this kikaku I
mean on that morning yes so the the real actual problem is not you know because of

this kikaku uh-huh my brain had been already kind of fuzzy but the reason why
I haven't been recovered is I guess you know taking this kind of not you know
contain enough amount of a yo-so so that I may you know I haven't been
recovered yet really because in terms of health yeah cuz like I feel like I'm
taking in lots of like vegetables and we all having same thing absolutely yeah
yeah we're all right yeah we're eating the exact same meal okay because
remember yesterday we had Caesar salad yeah we had Caesar salad leaves and yeah
of course but tell me other things like vegetables well we had Subway sandwich
right we had corn well it's not vegetable it's okay I mean I feel like
I'm taking in lots of healthy food now it's clear that we are completely like
in a different world yeah you don't think it's healthy at all I mean at all
oh my god what I thought it was pretty healthy dude like oh really like the
veggies like you know like I remember one lunch we have like we had corn we had
corn dog yeah in Japanese American American book yeah horn dog oh we had
peaches fruits yeah right corn yeah and french fries yeah milk yeah that's so
healthy tell me where which part of that meal was helping it's got all the news
that's a that's a school that's a middle school lunch yeah that's a legitimate
picture yeah that's what they actually serve you think you think you think the
the American school system don't care about the child's health yeah well they
go and that's what they finalized it with yeah but you know do you remember
when we we recorded the American a cute so called a bit of a video yeah and
we've got some comments that American school yeah they are putting some
additional a yo so okay and take additional like ten cup it'll okay they
are foods okay so that he can have vitamins and and tits boo and those

things so that's good they're getting healthier right yeah even more healthier
because the school thinks the food itself isn't enough oh so they put some
additional a yo so like like what like like beans no no the like supplement
things well like additives yeah they add those things chemical yeah oh my god
what enough a yo so so that's what you've been taking it's all artificial
artificial vitamin yeah in the comments they say the American government you
know takes care about children by adding those chemical things oh god oh yeah
Wow so okay so you think it's very unhealthy well and that's where we
disagree and I am I'm completely okay with well I just feel like I'm taking a
little bit too much more potatoes than I usually do so that's all that's that's
about it but in terms of like eating healthy I'm like completely satisfied
with how I'm how I'm with my diets is that healthy to you well yeah I mean
I'm eating breakfast like I'm eating like I the breakfast I've been eating
recently was like was like what chocolate right okay yeah like yeah like
snacks which is like it's so much healthier now like I wake up like right
eight and like yeah scrambled eggs bacon and bread that's so healthy yeah yeah I
mean breakfast are fine oh okay dinner and lunch bake bagel and yeah and cheese
and you know those things are you know acceptable yeah yeah like everyday like
pizza because and steak yeah some snacks like you know hot dog American
American dog yeah and and potato things are snacks to me
not like okay got it so you feel like you're just eating snacks yeah like
snacks every day and paying too much oils yeah too much you know fats uh-huh I
think I think mentally you're damaged as well yeah not like internal like not
vitamin wise but like your mental health I've gone really like deteriorated I
feel like yeah the guilt yeah yeah wait about your health if it's like so you
had that first symptom of like oh I feel kind of bad I feel like not well under
the weather first when we the day before we actually started the yeah how often
does that happen for you like I never happened to me like I so this is yes

this is some okay some like string here just floating around yeah like usually
like once in a year my I have the day that I don't feel fine I mean I feel
really bad yeah and and I need to sleep whole day okay that happened one day in
a year usually but it's not the same thing I can you know still live okay but
feel you know dizzy yeah so is this what it is right now that once a year kind of
thing or just something different it's kind of different to me okay yeah because
I thought it's the same one so I I thought I needed to oh I can't move
today and I need to sleep but on that day I was fine actually okay so that
heavy one okay yeah so it's been like a week so it's that's it's kind of weird
yeah it's a weird all right so hope I wanna have you know healthy food yeah
and you know take a take a bath yeah and sleep you know well right is that what I
want to do right but you know unfortunately yeah four more days left
but I feel like I know you're not gonna believe me but I feel like the rest of
the meals aren't gonna be that bad I just see the look on your face like what
the fuck so you talking about the first half was more extreme okay yeah I tell
you the first half was I guess a little bit more you know I guess you know it
from your perspective a little bit like happy okay I guess the last half is like
not that bad oh really yeah for me from my perspective it's not that bad so I
don't know I don't want to get your hopes up too much I mean yeah you know
yeah I don't know I don't know that bad so I hope yeah all right you know meals
are good like every meal yes is you know good right it's delicious right right so
that's why I can able I'm able to continue doing this kick up it's our
last string of hope yeah the food is safe it's so good yeah all right yeah
that's really nice well I hope your health gets better yeah thanks yeah all
