welcome to Kevin's English Room Podcast! Hello. How are you? Oh you got on a
sweater. It's getting cold, no? Yeah the AC's burning. Did you buy that? H&M?
No it's a Muji Rushi. Oh Muji Rushi. Why? I went to H&M yesterday and I found a
similar one. Oh really? It's like I bought like a black version of that. Oh yeah it's
just you know usual basic items. I bought this like one year ago I guess.
Okay. Yeah. Is it good? Yeah. It's really like you know good for this kind of seasonal
you know transition timing. It's good. You don't, no? It's not cold?
Yeah it's getting chilly. But still I'm okay. Okay. Yeah. Do you have anything to
own? Yeah I have like a Mokomoko. Ah okay. That's really warm. The Uniqlo Mokomoko.
I've told you this in the podcast right? But that thing's so good. Too hot
maybe? Yeah probably too hot for you know a day like today. Yeah but you know
if at night it gets so cold though. Yeah. Right? That's useful. Yeah. Yeah because tonight
we will have the live streaming and right. Be like night. Yep. Yep.
Yep. Sure. So do you have anything that you want to talk about?

Really helping people. We are. I mean we're not helping people but they just you know
found good points you know content you know. Yeah. Actually. True. Yeah. Ii bunka experience?
Yes. Do you have any idea that they can do at the classroom or like at school some cultural
experiences? I have a really good one. Oh you have a really good one. Okay. Some really
good ones. What is that? Make them eat American food for one week. Okay. Then they'll learn.
06:02
True. Like they'll be sick and. Yes. They'll learn that American food is oily, junky. Okay.
Very it lacks nutrition. It's got everything you need to get fat. Yeah. True. True. Yes.
But that's a good idea actually. You know one week is tough like every meal for one week
is what's tough but just you know have some kind of maybe snacks. Yeah. At the classroom
or like eat some American foods. Yeah. So that they can you know have fun. True. Yeah. Or
like only lunch time they can do that right? True. Only lunch time for one week. Yeah that's
nice. Yeah. Yeah. That's a good idea. Yeah. But I don't know but PTA might not be happy.
Yeah PTA will be hungry. Yeah. Where's the vegetables? Yeah. Where's the fruits? The
vitamins? Yeah. Maybe. Yeah. One week French. One week Chinese. Yeah. One week maybe one
week only Japanese food. Yeah that's good. Yeah. That's true. Have to learn Japanese
culture too. One of the the most asked questions that I hear from Ryūgakusei is that when
a Japanese people when a Japanese they go into other countries where the most often
question asked question is like what's your history of like right? True. What's Japanese
known for? True. So you have to know your own country first before you go out there.
That's really important to spark up a conversation because that's one of the the the first conversation
that you'll ever have is the difference in the countries right? Yes. What is why are
the Japanese flag like that right? Why do they eat natto? Why do they like have dashi?
Yeah. Right like that question that's you're gonna have to like be want to be able to answer
that right? Really important. When I went to France first day they asked me like well in
Japan do you have president? Uh-huh. And I was like oh we don't have president but we
have prime minister. Okay. And how's that? Yeah. And okay how's that? Because they have
president in France. Right. You know democratic. You know those political things or like historical
things hey what do you think about the World War II? Yeah. What was the role of Japan?
Yeah okay. Yeah. And actually I didn't know that much you know I just you know lightly
educated at school. So I was like oh I don't know about Japan at all. Yeah. And I learned
09:07
things. Learn about Japan in France. Right. Which is ironic. Yeah. Really. But that's
important. Yeah. Really I really do think so agree with you. Yeah. Any any good ideas
that you have in mind or no? I have a good one too. Yeah. Showing student our videos.
Of what? Of us. Right there. Yeah. Perfect. That's the best solution I guess. That's the
best solution. It's fun. Educational. It's beautiful. Beautiful. Yeah beautiful. It's
what it's yeah. Thanks for listening guys. Bye bye.
