レインボーブリッジへの旅
Welcome to Kevin's English Room Podcast.
We are about to enter the Rainbow Bridge.
Recovered from the far away, get back from somewhere far.
Oh yes, we have recovered, we are back on track now.
We are on our way to the Rainbow Bridge.
I've always loved the view of the Rainbow Bridge.
I loved looking at the Rainbow Bridge just as much as the view from the Rainbow Bridge.
It's just very beautiful.
So this is a part of the bridge.
That's right.
It's on the way, it's a bridge.
It's the beginning of the bridge.
I think it's a part of it.
You'd have to like, there's a twist, like a twirl.
Wow.
This is something you've wanted to see in Japan, right?
This is exactly what I wanted to do.
You know, be back in Georgia, the chubby little Asian kid back in Georgia.
But I dreamt.
This view, you know, being in it was a big dream for me.
So every time I go through here, it's like nostalgia.
Yeah, you feel it.
Wow.
True.
You can see the Skytree, see all the buildings.
Not to mention the nighttime is just stunning.
Yeah.
Do you sometimes drive through this?
I do.
I actually do.
At night when I'm done with everything and I don't have anything to do.
I do car sharing.
I just drive to Odaiba or something.
I would do that sometimes.
Ah, great.
Awesome.
It's actually a very lovely, lovely view.
Lovely view.
レインボーブリッジを歩いて渡る
And didn't know that you can walk through.
Yeah, you can.
It's very possible.
Very windy, but.
True.
Extremely windy.
Yeah.
Wow.
I recommend going here sometimes.
Just once in your life, like walk the Rainbow Bridge.
Yeah.
Good experience.
True.
Fun.
True.
Wow.
Are they like constructing something new?
I think that's the train.
Oh, the train road.
The Yurikamome.
Yeah.
I see.
ユリカモメとディーエックス
Yurikamome.
Yurikamome.
Yeah.
Wow.
True.
Nighttime should be very beautiful.
Very.
All right.
We're here.
We want to find a park spot.
We should find a park spot, right?
Yeah.
So we're already in the Daiba area?
Yes, we are in the Daiba area.
Wow.
Where you used to live in?
I used to live in the, not in the Daiba area, but the next city.
Next city?
Yeah.
Wow.
That was probably the best place I've ever lived.
Oh, really?
I really want to go back.
Uh-huh.
Yeah.
Wow.
This area is so, you know, it's just, it never gets bored.
Oh, really?
Yeah.
The view, the road.
The atmosphere.
Uh-huh.
The shops and everything.
Yeah.
Yeah.
True.
It's, to me, the same, very, one of the, like a, that Tokyo place.
Oh, yeah.
The Rainbow Bridge and that view.
Right.
Oh, that's a dex.
Yeah, that's a dex.
Dex.
Yeah.
Wow.
You can park like this?
お台場エリアの魅力
Oh, it's a taxi.
Yeah, I think it's a taxi.
It's like a shopping mall, but if you go a little further back, it's a beach area.
Right.
Yeah, something like that.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
I have no idea.
Wow.
Odaiba Kaishinkoen is like that side.
That side?
Yeah.
Sand and everything.
I think Shiokaze is more like wood.
Wood side?
Like work.
Okay.
Oh, I remember I came to the Fuji TV when I was a kid.
Oh, really?
Yeah, yeah.
I entered to the building and saw all the studio and things.
Oh, me too.
I've done that before.
Yeah.
One of the few times you've been to Odaiba, right?
Mm-hmm.
Like your fifth or sixth.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Something like that.
Yeah.
Grand Nikko Odaiba.
Right.
Where many people does the weddings, right?
Oh, really?
Is that popular?
No.
Oh, God.
I've heard of it.
Yeah, but I'm sure Odaiba is a popular wedding place.
Yeah.
Good view.
Mm-hmm.
Oh, so this is the Odaiba station.
レインボーブリッジを渡る
Odaiba station.
Yeah, Odaiba station, yeah.
Oh.
There's parking there.
That's the parking.
Are there?
Yeah, the huge parking.
Oh, here.
Yeah, we can enter.
Is that allowed?
Not sure.
But like there are some people who use like a lounge as a tea time.
Oh, it's true.
Or like just restaurants or...
Oh, they have a parking there.
Oh, they got parking?
Yeah, the right side, right backside.
Oh, there you go.
Tadaima, basu iremasu.
Basu, hairemasu.
Chotto matte kudasai.
Basu iremasun de.
Shiokaze kouen, kita chuushajo.
Oh, ikka.
Oh, basu da.
Many buses.
When you drive with somebody and when you park a car...
Yeah.
And like this, you have to take a ticket like this.
Yeah.
And sometimes you can't reach that...
The...
Machine like, yeah.
Yeah.
And you have to open the door and take that out.
That's very embarrassing, right?
I get you.
Yeah.
You always want to like do it smoothly.
Smoothly, right.
Doko de ikkou?
Yeah.
All right.
I love this view.
This...
That camera, it's so easy to...
Yeah.
Control.
Right.
Assistant.
Oh, so easy.
Yeah.
Look at that.
Wow.
So easy.
It's true.
But you can do this anymore.
You don't have...
Yeah, you don't have to do this anymore.
And act sexy.
Yeah, I mean, you can't do this anymore, so...
Thank you.
Is that a bad thing?
Yeah.
All right.
All right.
We are here.
So, is that park?
Yeah, it's a park.
I think it's a park.
I've actually never been to this park.
渡る初心者キツウェーの潮風公園調査
