こんにちは。4年前から通勤時に毎朝聞いています。

胃カメラの話を聞き始めてメッセージを送りました。
2つ目に読まれたメッセージ。
水中に眠り問題なくできた方の回。
私も毎年これと同じです。
職場の年一検診でもバリウムが怖くて検査してませんでしたが、
検査そのものはやはりやった方がいいと思い、
眠っている間ならできると8年ほど前から今の病院で検査しています。
快適です。
ただし、経験上注意点があるのでどうしてもお知らせしたく。

医療業ではないのであくまでも私の個人の経験談ですが、
それはお酒に強いか否かは正直に伝えた方がいいという点です。

初回を終えた後に医師から麻酔療が人より多く必要だったと言われました。
私は無意識かにいたので分かりませんが、何やら起き上がったりして大変だった様子です。

そう麻酔の量が足りなかった。人より多く必要だった。
この病院では聞かれませんでしたが、
以前別の病院、別の検査で同じように麻酔をした際には、
事前に看護師さんからお酒に強いですかと聞かれました。
実は私はめちゃくちゃお酒に強いのですが、
それを言うのがなんだか恥ずかしく聞かれた際に、
普通ですと答えました。
結果やはり起き上がったりしたらしく麻酔の量を追加したんですよと言われました。
ですのでもし山ちゃん、ケビンさんがお酒に強ければ、
ぜひ事前に申告してください。

ただし、必ずこの先生本人に検査してもらってください。

別の医師の方にやってもらった時には、
麻酔が効かないうちにされておえおえしたことがあります。
病院に詳しい義理の母から教えてもらいましたが、
腕は確か年一検査のリマインドのためにそろそろ検査ですよというお手紙も送られてきます。
快適な検査ができますように。

私が行っているのは、ここの町にあるこういうクリニックです。

前日話されていたイカメラの件です。
早速ですが、以下、私が言った病院です。

私は現在32歳ですが、ピロリ菌がいる可能性があると言われ、
今年4月にペンネーム猫さんとほぼ同じプロセスで鎮静剤を使うタイプのイカメラをやりました。
自分もケビンさんと同じく不安だったのですが、感動的なほどに負担がありませんでした。
できるだけ詳細に思い出してみます。

Step 0.
身につけているものをロッカーに入れ、リラックス着に着替える。
Step 1.
ほとんど無味の白く粘度の低い飲み物を100mlくらい飲む。
これは胃の中の泡を消す消耗剤みたいです。

Step 2.
血管に鎮静剤を入れるための管をつけるために腕に注射。
腕から入れるんだね。
ね。
ほとんど痛くないです。
ここから短いチューブがずっとピロピロ出ている状態になるので、
多少は、多少は何だろう。

Step 3.
処置室に入り、ストレッチャーに寝かされ、先生が入ってきます。
Step 4.
口の中に空洞を開けるためのマウスピースをはめる。
Step 5.
部屋の電気が消されます。

Step 6.
先ほど腕につけたチューブにまた別のチューブが接続されて鎮静剤が入ってきます。
この後だんだん眠くなりますよと言われましたが、
だんだんというよりパッと意識が飛んだ感覚で、
鎮静剤入ってから5秒後ぐらいの記憶がありません。
不安だったのが何だったんだろうというほど一瞬で終わったので、
嬉しくて周りの人に何回も共有してしまいました。
ちなみにピロリ菌検査は、結果は陽性、現在除菌中です。

暑いので水分補給たっぷりして過ごしてください。
なお井戸水にはピロリ菌がいるのでご注意ください。
