Welcome to Kevin's English Room Podcast.
Hey, how's it going, man? How's it going? Good, good.
How about you? Me?
Jet lag's gone. Oh, it's gone. Yeah, completely adjusted to the Tokyo time, I feel like.
How about you, man? Me too. It's not like gone. It's just I feel like this time
I didn't have anything like smooth transition to Japanese time.
What do you mean? I didn't feel like... Oh, you didn't feel anything?
Yeah. Oh, from the get-go, when we came back to Japan? Yeah, the next morning, I feel like, yeah, it's the morning. Back to normal?
Yeah. You didn't feel sleepy around like 5 p.m.?
No, no, no, no. But the first night I couldn't sleep that
like 100%. Like I was like, oh, it's still like I'm not that sleepy on the first night.
Oh, okay. But from the next night, next day, like, I feel like...
花粉症の影響
Nothing's like everything's clear. That's new. Yeah, that's new. That's new. But one problem to me is the kafun-sho.
It's like, you know... Severe? Yeah, I had nothing in
like a week or so. Okay. No kafun in the air. Because it's a different country. Yeah. Different
pollution. Right. Yeah. So I didn't, you know, I didn't take any medicines for kafun-sho. Yes. Because I didn't feel anything.
Yeah. So I was like completely
without like shield. Okay. And getting back to Japan and suddenly like
full of kafuns in the air. Yeah. And then directly attack to me like one time. Oh, it got you hard.
What's the symptoms? Nose. Nose. Eyes. Well, eyes not today, but nose.
Runny nose. Yeah. Itchy eyes. Yeah. That's it.
Do you feel sick? A little bit, yeah. And throw throat. Sore throat. Yeah.
Yeah, just like
like the sickness, the kaze-ness a little bit. Like dizzy, drowsiness. Yeah.
So it's more of the kafun-sho than it is time, the jet lag. Yeah.
Yeah, kafun-sho was like more severe to me.
新しい治療法
Did you do anything?
Did you check up on the laser shit?
Yeah, I checked that. Yeah. But I'm not sure it's the same thing that you searched.
But I checked it was like I need to go like...
It says like, I forget, but once a week things. It's not like once you did it, completely gone.
It's like you have to like go. I think that was like you have like chusha and lasers.
Okay, and one more like different like you put a little amount of kafun to your tongue.
And then you get used to the kafun.
What? Yeah, that's what just like the chusha.
Oh, so what the chusha is doing too is putting the kafun in your body?
Really, really small amount of kafun you put
into your body and then your body get used to that kafun.
And slowly like get stronger to kafun.
That's really weird because like the way you get allergic reaction is because by being exposed to it too much, right?
花粉症の治療法の紹介
Yeah, it's just that's weird. Once you have the kafun show, the way to fight back is to expose more.
Like put it in your body. Yeah, that just seems very
counterintuitive, you know? Right, right.
You're doing the opposite of what you want to happen to your body. That's true. That's weird.
It explains that it's not kafun itself that
ruins your body. It's the kafun get inside your body and then there's like
your
menyaki things trying to beat that kafun and then that guy
does it too much and then therefore like too much hanamizu or like too much
ketsuekis or like too much things going on and then itchiness happens.
So like a small amount of kafun put into your body and a small amount of your menyaki
goes and it goes like that and then makes it like more, everything makes slower.
Everything makes more. That's interesting. Not like strong, you know, fight against. It's like, oh, yeah that kafun again.
Yeah, we're kind of chill and then they don't. Really? Yeah, because if you put it in your body
that just seems like it's gonna fight back even harder, right?
Whereas if you're just without doing the chusha, you're just exposed to it externally.
You're just, kafun just, you know,
coming in from externally. It's just not that you're not
injecting it in your body or you're just being exposed to it.
It just feels like when you inject it, it just feels like your body's gonna fight harder, no? That's weird.
That's how it explains and that's the one of the main
solution for your, not only kafuns, but like almost every allergies.
So maybe your kougaku-rui as well.
Like a little bit, like it's really small, really tiny amount of allergen
you put into your body and then like you do it like once a week every like
really long time and then your body get used to that allergen and then your body don't react too much to that
substance.
That is interesting. Yeah. Are you gonna do it?
I'm yeah, I'm thinking about it, but you can't do this like right now.
Why? You have to wait the period, like because now we have kafun all around your body.
Oh, yeah, your body's not normal. Yeah, you have to wait until like off
season. Yeah, like your body's not reacting to any kafuns.
Yeah, so from the summer, like in general, from the summer like
July, August, you start doing and then
for the next year, kafun shows. That's a long time, no?
It must be worth it for you. I believe so.
Yeah. How much is it gonna be effective?
Are you gonna have zero symptoms, like after you do one session of one cycle of injection?
I'm not sure. It depends completely depends on the, you know people.
花粉症の治療法
But it says that's the one of the strongest, you know chiryouho for those allergies.
lousy. So at best, yeah, yeah, at best, nothing's like, at best, you'll completely, right,
gone, you're gone, no reaction, yeah, yeah, no symptoms at all. Well, that's, yeah, that's good,
that's amazing, yeah, that's amazing, good, no, yeah, that's good, because like, from like a few
days ago that I returned to Japan, I feel like, why, why do I have this? Yeah, why do I have to
suffer from this? Yeah, like, you know, when we were like abroad, and spending time, should I,
can I say like, where we stayed or not? Not yet, maybe. Okay, yeah, and like, I felt so good,
yeah, like, enjoy the sun, yeah, enjoy the city, yeah, you know, going outside without any troubles,
but, you know, in Japan, I have to wear mask, glasses, like caps, and then, you know, like,
you know, what, yeah, in the summer, it's taking away all your freedom, yeah, like, I can't, like,
fully enjoy this, why do I have this? That's true, yeah, I searched, like, yeah, yeah, he said, like,
there's laser sinks, and yeah, I searched on those things, and then, yeah, I'm like, no,
seriously, I'm thinking about it. So, that's the strongest type of, sort of,
治療? Yes, yes, yes, one is, like, to tongue, yeah, putting your tongue to 注射,
one's tongue seems easier, no? Ah, yeah, you have to inject it, right, right, right,
you have to go through the, you know, it's a little bit, but it is needle, right, right, right, right,
tongue is just, you spoon, yeah, I think, like, yeah, put it in, on your tongue,
yeah, but the problem is, you have to go every week, for how long? For, like, you know, for the
full season, for the full off-season, yeah, so, like, maybe, like, nine months or so, yeah, that's,
how much is it gonna cost you?
So, it wasn't that, that expensive, because if you can apply the 保険, it's not, like, 自由診療,
things like that, so, it's not that expensive, but you have to go every week, you have to go,
that's, I don't know, every week, yeah, you can't do it at home or something,
you have to go to the hospitals, and one another thing, like, the strong 薬,
okay, that's really strong, okay, but it's, it's for, only for, like, really, really severe
people, who, like, who can't work, or, like, cannot, you know, live as usual, yeah, so, maybe I'm not
qualified for it, yeah, so, I have to pay extra for 自由診療, if you're gonna get it, yeah,
okay, and it costs, like, 四万円, and that's, that's expensive, okay,
yeah, okay, so, maybe you're gonna do the, yeah, maybe, the 糖粉, yeah,
yeah, but I couldn't find that, that laser one, that I saw on TV, right, one time, and then,
花粉症の治療法
yeah, three months or so, I think, I believe, is what they said on TV, that sounds like, that sounds
good, good, it sounds like a good deal now, yeah, yeah, you don't have to go, like,
whole nine months, yeah, right, it's just one time, yeah, 10 minutes, yeah, boom, you're done,
that's nice, yeah, I wonder where I saw that, yeah, yeah, it was a morning 情報番組,
yeah, I think it was, like, Day Day, or something, you know, Day Day, Day Day,
yeah, this, it's a new one, you know, oh, I don't know that, it's like, uh, yeah, not you,
Yamcha, but, like, uh, 南海キャンディーズ, Yamcha is doing the thing, yeah, Day Day, Day Day,
okay, it's a new one, yeah, okay, okay, it's like, uh, just like a 目覚ましテレビ,
that's right, or, like, 好きり, or something like that, yeah, Day Day, Day Day, okay, yeah,
Day Day, it sounds fun, yeah, yeah, all right, thanks for listening, guys, thank you, bye-bye.
