Wow. Yeah. Yeah, I did. I mean, like what yousaid, people there are so different. They're so
respectful. Yeah. They're, you know, when I go tolike a, like a 24 hour gem, I always hear huge
bangs. Yeah. Like, you know, machine bang. Yeah.When they, um, drop the weights, when they finish
working, like they bang. Right. Right. And thenlike when, when you pass through somebody, they're
kind of like, you know, they're like, they'reacting like a tough guy, you know? I totally get
it. I'm sure they are. You know, their physiquesare great. Yeah. But like their, their attitudes
are kind of, you know, big as well. Yeah. They'reshowing. Right. They're trying to make themselves
like look bigger. Right. But people at the goldgem, they're like, they're so quiet.
They make room for you. Yeah. Like, they're like,Oh, go ahead.
Gentlemen's. Gentlemen's. But the size of theirbodies is, I've never seen people like that
before. They're like big. They're huge. They'recrazy big, man. They're big. Yeah. God, it makes
me laugh. Like looking at them, like what animalare they? Crazy big. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah.
It's a fun place. It's a fun place, man. It'svery, it's like an, like a Disneyland. It is

have. So I, I want to, I like doing the machinesrather than the freed lifts. I like them better
because I don't know. They're supportive more.Yeah. So I like the machines and the, the, the,
so like there's all these different machines thatare like specifically tailored to impact
this, like this muscle specifically. Right. Andit's like, I've like, I've never like impacted
this muscle before. And I'm like, Oh, yes. Like,yeah, it's crazy. Like not this, not here,
but here. But just below it. Yeah. It's just like,I didn't know that those were two different
muscles. God. It is, it is like a Disneyland. It'scrazy. Yeah. It's, it's worth it. I thought

it was definitely worth it. It's a little bit moreexpensive than like the 24 hour gym. Yeah.
Definitely more worth it. I would say it's clean.Yeah. The gears are perfect. Yes. The atmosphere
way better. Oh yeah. Yeah. I agree. Staff peoplethat good. Yeah. The staffs are very bright and
respectful as well. Especially, especially, Imean, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the,
the customers are great too, but like the staffman, but especially the guys, they're like,
like very kind. Yeah. Very kind. Very, very kind.Yeah. Like they came out from the comics or
something. I know they, they did exact character.Sportsman. That's right. Yeah. Yeah. They, they,
they, they, they, they, I said, Sue, they smile.They're very respectful. Yeah. Like shiny,
bright teeth. Yes. Are we going to the same gym?Like exactly. Exactly. Yeah. God. Yeah.

They're so nice. I thought I was dark when I wason college student, but like those people there,
they're like, wow. Yeah. They are tanned. Right.Yeah. Yeah. Especially the people like those
staffs are trainees to trainers, but trainees too.And they have like competitions like every
once in a while. So they have to keep their skinstanned and aesthetic. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
I see. I see. Wow. And in 24 hours, they, they'replaying this video of like the bodybuilding
contest. Yeah. Yes. Those people are crazy aswell. They're like unbelievable. Unbelievable.
Yeah. Like the shape is different. Right. True.Shape is different. Yeah. Like it's not human
shape anymore. I know. It's like robotic almost.Yeah. Sometimes you can meet those people.
Oh really? Yeah. What do you, how do you know ifthere's like, well, what happens? So do people
like look or like, are there like, you know,people gathering and then like they look atpeople?
They're alone. Okay. Basically like they havetheir partners, like a partner. Like a physique
partner. Yes. Okay. Like a coach, I guess. Oh,okay. Yeah. You know, there are some like famous
faces of those top players. Do you know some ofthem? I only know one that, you know, the funny
guy on TV. Yeah. I only know that guy. I once methim in the gym. Really? Yeah. Oh my gosh.
The shape was different. Shape was different. Ohwow. The amount of body. The amount of body.
Like the funny English, the amount of body. Theamount of body was crazy. It was different.
Yeah. Like the menseki. Yeah. Like taiseki. Thebody was like, yeah. So yeah. So I, I regularly,

I go to like 24 hour gym and I go sometimes, likenot every day, but with my brother to
have a good time and go to the gym. And he knowsmany people and he teaches me like,
look at that guy. He's that guy. Second ranked inlike current competition. Wow. Okay. Okay.
Wow. There are a lot of people that are like that.Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Okay. But they are like,
they're very focused, but they're very gentlemen.Like they're not showing that they are like
champions or things like that. So are there like acommunity? Like do people like,
um, yeah, some of them bodybuilder community.Yeah. Okay. Talk to each other and like,
but it's not bad community. Like it doesn't seemclosed. Yeah. It seems very open and welcoming.
Exactly. It's not like community for having fun. Imean, it's fun for them, but more like a
teaching and like helping each other. What a greatcommunity. Yeah. Like, like they teach like
the method and like, you know, those trainingthings. It's like an information exchanges. I
see. And, um, wow. It's not like, Oh yo man, kindof vibe at all. Oh wow. It's,
they have like a respect to each other. Greatcommunity.

Yeah. You go to one same goal team. Yes. Okay.Yes. I, yeah, I, I found out that there'sdifferent
types of memberships, right? Like you can go,there's type, there's, there's a type ofmembership
where you can go to all these different types ofgyms and yes. And one specific versus like
there's a specific story. I only, I chose onespecific culture. Okay. Okay. It's fun to go
another religion. Is it different? Yeah. Like,well, it's different. Machines are different.
People are different. People are different. Whatdo you mean? Like the atmosphere of the people
or, um, well, atmosphere is pretty much the same.They all like gentlemen's brief guys. Okay. But
if you go to like Ginza, like a different, it'sdifferent. You're saying it's much more high
level. Um, I don't know which one's the higher,higher levels. Like they're all like both like,
yeah, too high. Yeah. But like, um, like aforeigners are there. Oh, okay. Like,
you know, they built up a different like DNAlevel. Sure. Sure. Yeah. So you get to see those
two very tall, like very big, like physically,like, Oh, this is like a, they built different.
I see. Yeah. Well, like some of the gold gyms arelike a famous for the amount of the machines.
They have like plenty of like, what is this kindof like spotty specific machines.
That's fine. Wow. That's very fun. Very fun. Yeah.You know, when I look at a machine, I,
I can sort of, I'm, I'm kind of good at this andI've can intuitively know,
Oh, like, Oh, this is how you sort of, uh,position it. And this is the muscle that you
sort of approach. And I went to gold gym and therewere so many that I didn't even like,
had no idea how to use. And that was veryinteresting. Very interesting. That's fun.
Like, like, is it like this way or that way? Like,right. Should I like, how do I face like,
I have to wait for somebody to be like, Oh, okay.Gotcha. That's how you do it. Yeah.

Right. Yeah. But, but I also like asking the staffas well. They're, they're very kind.
Very uplifting, cheerful, helping. Yeah. Yeah.Yeah. Great five. Great five. Great five,
man. Great five. Yeah. It was so worth it. Yeah.So lovely to hear that. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. Do you use the sauna as well? Uh, yeah.Sometimes sometimes. Yeah. Okay. Is that, is that,
is that, is that too crowded or, um, it depends onthe time, but daytime it's very free. Like
sometimes nobody. Okay. That's good. All right.All right. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. I think like,
like evening time of the weekdays you will becrowded. Right. Um, obviously. Yeah. Okay. Yeah.
I prefer going there in like a daytime. Okay.Yeah. All right. Yeah. Yeah. Great. Great new
experience. You can expect my muscle to be alittle bit bigger within the next few weeks.
