ポッドキャストと眠りの関係
いつも寝る時にこのポッドキャストを聞いているのですが、
最近これを聞くと寝てしまう癖がついてしまって困っています。
スタートからだいたい5分ほど経つと眠ってしまうようで記憶がありません。
最後までエピソードを聞き終わることができないのです。
次の日に昨日の続きから聞けばいいじゃんとも思うのですが、
昨日の話どんなんだったかなと忘れてしまっているので結局最初から聞くことになり、
やっぱり途中で寝てしまうことになり。
まあ私のことはいいとしてお二人はこれをやると眠れる、
これをやると寝れるアイテムや習慣はありますか?

私は自分を眠る方法を探しています。
最近ちょっとしたことをやってみた

So I would sort of like have a full flowing oxygen in my body and I I've been doing that for I guess
like a week or two, okay, but
It worked it did work on several like the first several days
Okay, but I couldn't really verify that it was due to me doing this
Maybe it was just a natural thing
But yeah after a week or two like there were there was like a consecutive days where it didn't work
Mm-hmm, so I just gave up on the method. Okay, but yeah, I'm trying to find ways to sort of get myself to sleep

I could not sleep at all

And that makes me sleepy
