美肌の基本
Welcome to Kevin's English Room Podcast. Hello. Hello, guys. How's it going? So, we were reading
Kevin, 肌を美しくするための旅始まる。 Yes. Got a lot of messages. Yes. I think the last
episode, last message so far. Okay. That's up today. Okay. Yeah, sure.
ケビンさん、ヤマちゃん、初めまして。私は化粧品メーカーで研究員として働いております。
Yeah, we just, last episode, we just talked about how amazing the technology is.
So, 研究員 is very... Respect. Okay. I have so much respect.
Podcastを聞いて、ケビンさんの美肌ライフをぜひとも応援したいと思い、初めてメッセージを送らせていただきました。
Thank you. 私自身、ニキビや肌荒れに悩みながら格闘し続けてきたので、これまでの私の経験や仕事での知識を結集させ、美肌に大切なことを二つに厳選しお伝えします。
Let me guess. Wait, can I guess? Sure, go ahead. Can I guess? Yeah, go ahead. Yes.
So, blocking UV, so meaning using sunscreen. Okay, okay. That's one. Two? Two? Yeah. I know sunscreen's one.
I just, I know it. You know it? I just know it. Is that that important? It's that important. Oh, okay.
It's so important. Oh, okay. Everything that we hate about what's wrong with our skin comes from fucking UV.
Oh. Yeah, man. Yeah, it's true. You have to. You have to avoid it. Okay. So it's definitely.
Even though there are some good parts about being exposed to sunlight, right? Like the vitamin,
I think it was vitamin D. I think we get vitamin D from that, which is good for the skin as well.
So the balance is very, you know, important, crucial and delicate and. Okay. Yeah. So I know that's
there. Okay. Okay. The other one though, the other one I'm going to guess. Okay. Many elements in your
mind? Yeah. Like one's moisturizing. Okay. Okay. The other is like your diet. Oh, okay. The other is like.
Okay. Don't touch him. Okay. Like don't touch your face. Don't touch my face. Don't touch your face.
Yeah. Okay. And it clogs up your pores and then that's how it starts to get.
Don't touch your skin. Don't touch your skin. Okay. Okay. But I'm going to say moisturizing.
スキンケアの基本
Okay. But I'm not so confident in that one. Let's go. Because there are so many things. Yeah.
So sunscreen. Sunscreen. That's definitely there. And moisturizing. Okay. So what's the
thing? Yeah.
Okay.
Yes. I understand. I understand. Okay. You understand? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay, okay.
Okay.
Mm-hmm. Do you agree with that? Well, I mean, I knew that washing it off was important,
but like I didn't know it was like the final two. Oh, okay, okay, okay. Yeah. Okay. By the way,
in the mornings, I use the awasengan. Okay. You know what awasengan is. Yeah. It comes out.
At night, I use the net. Okay. I make a thick-ass foam. You do this? Yeah. Oh, great. So you're
already doing this. Yes. Yes. Good.
Yeah.
Yeah.
First in V, but okay.
Yeah. Moisturizing. Yeah. We'll try.
Okay.
True.
Okay. I'll do that. My room isn't that moisturized.
They say 50 is the best, right? 50 to 60 or something. Yeah.
So 60 is very kind of high. Yeah, I guess.
A bit higher than they are. Okay.
専門家への相談の課題
We need to have him as the first guest, you know. Yeah. I have so many questions for him.
True, true. So many questions. That would be very nice. Yeah. We will invite somebody that we
want to hear, like ask questions.
You know what the problem is? Okay.
What's the problem? If you go to hifuka, they're not going to listen to you that much.
Hey, I'm sorry, doctor. I got some acne. Oh, let me prescribe you the bepio gel.
Oh, okay. Oh, here, let me just take care of this.
But they don't really get to the root of the problem, right?
I see.
You never know what the root is. Too much stress. Your hormone balance is fucked up.
You're eating too much chocolate. You never know because they don't ask, right?
I wish there was some sort of a program. Maybe the Shiseido one is kind of close, but like
they would look at your total life and see what the problem is.
美肌を目指す
No one does that. Right.
No one does that.
Maybe track the sleeping time. Yeah.
Eating habits and everything.
Problem, right? So, you know, maybe you're touching your face too much during daytime.
You don't know. Because like, yeah, so like there's so many factors. So many factors.
And it's so hard to get to the root of it by yourself.
Yeah.
But you can't find any guidance.
I see.
You really can't.
So.
Okay.
Yeah.
But now you have him.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
As a coach, I don't know.
I mean, if we get to do a show where we talk to him, it'll be great.
Well, you can ask questions through this podcast episode.
Oh my God, there's so many questions. It's hard to narrow down to a question, you know?
Oh, I see.
I would want him to look at my skin. I would want him to look at my, you know,
see what's wrong with it. Or, you know, should I, which beau-sejutsu I should do?
Okay.
You know? Should I go for the IPL? Should I go for the pico-dazers?
There's so many, so many things.
I want him to look at my skincare routine and be like, is this good? Like, is it okay?
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Come to your house and just.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Just check it out, you know?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah, but there are many, including him, many listeners that helps you, I guess.
Yeah, yeah, right.
But I guess you already know many things.
I did a lot of research, yes.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Now I'm looking into, like, the medical guidelines of how doctors would treat an acne
when patients come in with an acne.
Yeah, I haven't read it. There was too many difficult terms, but I'm trying.
Yeah, great motivation to learn new things.
Yeah, yeah.
That's good. Great.
My journey will continue.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Thank you for the support, guys.
Yeah.
All right, so thanks for listening, guys.
Thank you.
Bye.
