1年ほど前のエピソードで、ケビンさんが無意識に独り言を言ってしまうというような話をしていましたね。

私もおそらく同じような癖を持っています。

自転車を漕いでいる時やお風呂に入っている時など、何かルーティン化しているものを行っている最中に、私も無意識のうちに独り言を言ったり笑ったりしています。
主に、過去の出来事を思い出して、そのシチュエーションを脳内で再現していることが多いです。

ただ、いわゆる思い出し笑いなどとは違って、妙にリアルで、脳内で会話もできます。

誰もいない場所でしかやらないようにしていますが、自転車に乗っている時、後ろにいる人に気づかずに一人で話していて、すごく恥ずかしかったことも何度もあります。
山さんは読書が好きで、特に本の世界に入ることが好きと話していましたよね。
私も本、特に小説を読むのが好きです。
私は読書をする時、登場人物の声や作品中の食べ物の味まで脳内で作り上げ、本の世界を作り上げることで本を楽しんでいます。

私にとって、この妄想癖と独り言は同じようなもので、過去の出来事や現在考えていることなどを作り変えて、
即興作り話を演じているという感じがします。
山さんもこういうふうな説明をすれば少しは理解できますか?

I don't know if it's similar, but there's another experience that I get.
In my dreams, I always get answers in my dream.

Like from who?
It could be anonymous.
It could be someone that I know.
It could be someone that I look up to.
It could be anything.

The answers that you've never reached.
Exactly.
There's this new idea that just springs out from my dreams.
So if I were...
If I were trying to think of a new business.
And I was like, "I can't think of any."
And then I just sleep that day.
And then the next day I wake up and I was like, "Oh! I was..."

I never thought that you could connect this and this.
But I saw it in my dream.
That's so brilliant.
I get that all the time.

But like the next day, I dream about...

Do you ever get that?

Or like a precise one.
I kind of sometimes have that.

But something you're passionate about, I guess.
Something that you're strongly trying to figure out.

It's about like humans aren't using 98% of their brain.

you will get to use 100% of your brain.
And then the guy's life changes.

I get that feeling sometimes.

You see, I've heard that brains are, you know,
organizing things and all the memories when we sleep.

The brain continues thinking about that even when we are sleeping.

I felt like if you get to fully utilize this power,
then it would change so many...

If there's this one problem that you really have to solve,
then maybe if there's a way you can utilize your sleeping power to solve it,
then that's awesome.

As far as I remember,
it's like I'm having a conversation with somebody.

But it's usually me having a conversation.
And that person telling me the answer.

I feel like it's a different person every time.
