My routine is like, I would clean my room and my kitchen before I go to bed, and that is so fun.
Wow!
What a great hobby.
Yeah, it's fun. It's satisfying.
Like, when I see my room, like, all clean.
Clean and shiny.
It's just, oh!
Wow.
I love coming home to a clean room.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. I agree.
Like, you go back, you're tired, and you go, you open the door, and it's like, everything's all there.
Yeah, yeah.
In the right spot.
Wow.
It's like, not a mess. It's so, it's a mental relief.
Wow.
I think.
Wow.
Yeah.
That's a very great hobby.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I love, you know, my place to be clean and shiny, but I don't do, like, every day and, like, do those things.
清潔さへの執着とストレス
Like, so.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Right.
Very.
And I know how you love keep things organized.
I do love keeping things organized.
You know, very, like, squared and things like that.
Right.
You keep things and put it, like, the way it should be and, like, put everything in it.
And, yeah.
Yes.
Oh, my gosh.
Yeah.
Right.
That is true.
I also, recently, my hobby has been to keeping the bath, has been to keep the bath clean.
Oh.
Bath.
Okay.
Yeah.
You mean the bathtub?
Bathtub.
Bathroom?
The shower room.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Do you, like, wipe them?
I scrub them.
Wow.
Scrub the floor.
Wow.
Yeah.
Like this?
Well, not every day, but, like, once a week or, like, twice a week or something.
Oh, that's great.
Just, like, white stuff.
Like, white, the sekken kasu kind of leaves on the floor.
Yeah.
Clean.
And I would also do the haisei ko as well.
Right.
Right, right, right.
I love doing the haisei ko.
You love to do it?
I love, it's just, it's satisfying.
Wow.
I mean, that's great.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's great.
Great as in...
But, you know, I do have a little bit of a worry.
Okay.
You know, so she has a point.
She has a point.
Like, I feel like if this continues to the point where, like, it has become an obsession,
It's not good.
Really?
I don't think it's not good if it becomes an obsession because future, in the future,
right?
I would want to live with somebody, but with my wife, right?
I don't know when it's going to be, but someday I want that to happen.
And what if I am so obsessed with cleaning that like marriage doesn't work out?
Right.
Right?
It's the type of person that was like, doesn't give a fuck about cleanliness and doesn't
mind if the room is messy.
I want to keep the room clean.
So like it's going to be a stressful environment and it might not work out.
So right now I don't think I'm at a level where it's a problem, but what if this like,
同棲生活での家事の違いと問題
what if this like, yeah, goes on and on and gets higher and higher and gets more obsessive
of like get big show or something like that.
I don't want that to happen.
So I am a little bit worried though.
That's right.
The longer I feel the satisfaction of the cleanliness, I feel like the more addictive
I'm going to get.
So not a good idea, you know?
Yeah.
Not a good idea.
Even though it is good to keep your room clean.
Right, right.
It's healthy.
It's a good thing.
But true.
In many cases you will be like, you know, many people will be, for example, into coffee
and get too much and like you're cleaning and you know, without knowing you're getting
into and like getting higher level.
And that's normal for me, but it's not going to be normal for them.
So for example, if you start living with somebody and they're like, what are you doing?
That's oil on the plate and you're leaving there out in the cold.
It's going to freeze up, man.
Yeah, that could be.
Put it in the sink.
Could be happen.
Run it through hot water.
Excuse me.
Why the rice is rounded shape on the fridge.
I'm okay with that.
I'm very okay with a round, round shape like this.
Yeah, I'm okay with that.
Recently, I'm using, um, uh, Tupperwares, so it's not wrappers anymore.
Oh, you put it in a Tupperware?
Yeah, I'm put it in a rectangular Tupperware, so it's, it's not a matter of square or not.
Oh, I see.
I see.
However, if I were to do it with a cling wrap, I would probably do it square size.
Yeah.
But not anymore.
I'm doing a Tupperware.
Yeah.
And then the problem is from like her side, you know, of course she, she's going to try
her best to clean, you know, as her level, try to keep it clean.
And for example, like wipe the floor and like wipe the table and everything like that.
And I, okay, now it's clean.
And then you see it.
Yeah.
No, it's not clean.
That's not healthy.
That's not healthy.
That is not healthy.
That is not healthy.
Right.
Wow.
Yeah.
You should be the kind of person that would do that.
You know.
But if you see it and if you think it's not clean, but think about her and okay, I should
not clean because it's for her and keep it inside and that's not healthy.
It's stressful.
Right.
That's right.
I, I once dated, dated someone who was very strict with leaving oil on the, sorry, when
you, when you wash the dishes and the, the dish was oily, right.
And you would wipe the, the, the, the, the, the dish using the sponge.
Right.
Yeah.
And if the oil is still there, you know, right?
Like it's still a little bit oily even after the sponge that happens.
Right.
Yeah.
She was strict and to my standard it was okay, but to her standard it was like, oh no, this
dish isn't, has not, the oil has not come off yet.
So can you do it again?
Oh.
So I did it again and how I felt, no stress.
I was actually perfectly okay with redoing the dish.
So that was there.
Okay.
So I had no problem, but probably because I'm the type of person that would want to level
up all the time.
Right.
Like I would want to up my game.
So I guess that was, I guess I was right.
For you it's like a level up.
Yeah.
It's a level up for me.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
同棲生活の問題点
Yeah.
But if you are very professional at cleaning up.
Yes.
Also, there was this one time I, I'm okay with not cleaning the vegetables before eating
them.
Okay.
Or fruits.
Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah.
Like grapes.
I don't give a fuck if I don't run them through water or anything like that.
I would just go directly.
Okay.
Um, but this girlfriend was like, what are you doing?
That's fucking dirty.
Yeah.
You got to run, you got to run that through water first.
Right.
Right.
I did it and I ate it.
Zero stress.
Zero stress.
Oh, great.
Zero stress.
So you, you're okay with those.
Yeah.
Like pulling up to that.
Yeah.
I'm okay with.
Standard.
Yeah.
I'm okay with like, I will say to the higher standard.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But I don't know how that's going to feel.
Right.
Like on the other side.
True.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But I hear many episodes about those, you know, the differences between like, you know,
the gap between standards about not only cleaning ups, but like, you know, anything.
Isn't that one of the most common frictions out there?
Yeah.
Right.
When couples live together or they start to live together, like night, like when they're
going to sleep, temperature of the room, how they do their dishes, cleanliness, what
food they want, stuff, stuff.
That's right.
Yeah.
Are you comfortable?
Like, are you like, to all honesty, to all honesty, do you think you're better off?
Like do you think you'd rather be alone?
Live alone?
What do you mean?
Are you happy enough living alone to the point where when you live with somebody else, feels
like it's going to eat your happy place away?
Hmm.
That's a good question.
Yeah.
Because I feel like my guess here.
Yeah.
You're pretty happy.
Like, you know, like you're pretty happy with like self taking care of yourself.
Yeah.
True.
Me too.
I am.
And like, yeah.
So it will be like completely depend on who is going to be the partner.
If somebody is like, has strict own rules, and then I have to like, obey and like change
my lifestyle and everything, then no.
Yeah.
Right.
That's true.
Yeah.
But that's kind of sad, right?
Yeah.
That's kind of sad.
Right.
You know.
Maybe you can find somebody who's just, you know.
The right fit, right?
Yeah.
That's right.
Yeah.
That's right.
So that's what we're looking for.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Right.
Right.
Thanks for listening, guys.
Thank you.
Are you going to say something?
No, no.
Thanks for listening, guys.
Thank you.
Bye.
