Good afternoon everyone. This is Mahito andwelcome to my channel.
Today, I would like to join English Challenge Dayproject and I will talk fully in English.
For more details about English Challenge Day,please check out the summary section.
This project was one of the reasons why I startedStand FM.
I thought it sounded fun.
So, thanks a lot to all the members for organizingthis wonderful opportunity.
Now, for the first episode, I would like to talkabout one of my favorite English expressions.
It's not my cup of tea. Do you know what thismeans?
It doesn't mean this is not my drink.
Let me give you an example.
Hmm, he's not really my cup of tea. He's just tooshy for me.
Do you get it?
The answer is, he is not my type.
When I first learned this expression, I thought itwas very British
because they love tea so much, drinking every dayand all day.
It's such a nice expression, isn't it?
Why don't you use it when you have girls' talknext time?
Since this episode was about the word tea, let meintroduce my favorite tea brand.
I love Royal Brand of Fortnum & Mason.
This is also famous in Japan. It's great for milktea.
So, if you are a tea person, please give a try.
That's all for today. I hope you enjoyed myepisode.
Thank you very much for listening to the ending.
Hope you have a lovely day. Bye!
