He is accused of calling out to a teenage girl living in the Nishi-Gunma region on the street in Kabukicho, Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo, in the middle of the night of April 13th, knowing that she was a minor, and then taking her around with him between the 13th and the 16th.
When questioned, the man reportedly stated that he "wanted to get to know an unspecified number of women," and has admitted to the charges.
