From July 1st next month, the government will require companies to take measures against heatstroke in the workplace. Specifically, they will be required to take measures to prevent the condition from becoming serious, such as early detection of employees at risk of heatstroke, cooling their bodies, and transporting them to a medical institution.

In light of this, the Gunma Construction Association created a poster this month calling for thorough measures and distributed it to its 276 member companies.
